There is no where else in the Bay Area I would take my vehicles to. They have amazing customer service and deliver work at its finest. I have had no reason to ever take my vehicle back for any touch ups or for dissatisfaction. The staff insure that you leave happy and satisfied. They go out of there way and make sure your needs are being met. I have recommend this shop to friends and family and they had a great experience as well. GREAT JOB SINMEX!!!!!Service: Painting

I have been patronizing Sin-Mex auto body shop for almost 20 years and always satisfy with their professionalism and quality of work. They will explain what need to be done and give you an estimate that is sometimes negotiable. The shop is always ready to work with customers and go beyond their contractual duty to make sure the customer is satisfy and happy. That is always my experience and will always recommend this shop to anyone. They have gotten lots of happy referral from me personally.Service: Body & Trim

I honestly don t recommend this shop if you want to be respected and valued as a customer. I have been coming here for the last 10 years but this time when I took my car to get repair the owner and one of office assistant actually told me that me and my dad were never welcome to the shop and Julio (owner) denied the services. All of this started because I was disrespected by one of the front desk assistant but she twisted the story and the owner denied my car to get service on the day I dropped the car to them. Did not call me or email me to cancel. This shows how they can be rude to you and you will not be valued as a customer.

Definitely recommend. Responsive, accommodating and timely work. I dealt with Julio personally and he made the process seamless for me. If you want good work done by honest professionals, this is the place to go

**DONT USE THEM AT ANY COST**Worst shop ever. They are a joke. They screwed my insurance company over which in turn caused my policy to skyrocket. Huge mistake going there.
