Carjacker's had my car smelling like a skunk and dismantled parts of my rear view mirror as well as scrapped the sides and rims. Thanks to the masters at Service King, my car smells good and is back to the factory standards.

This shop performed an excellent job with my car. The front desk staff member is incredibly professional and friendly. Their service provides you with updates of the status of your car and the workmanship was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Worst repair place ever. Took over a month of my car being at this shop and no repairs were done. Johnny Ramirez clearly doesn t know what he s doing. If you want to drag the time to get your car repair this is the place.The secretary as well not friendly, speaks with an attitude. They don t communicate unless you are the one calling. I decided to pick up my car take it elsewhere, they wanted to charge me $400 just to pick up my car they had not worked on, no repairs were made.Service: Body & Trim

I'm here now being strong armed to pay for my vehicle that they went over on the estimate by $1k and service time by 2 extra weeks without communication. I left my CC at home, which is 10 minutes away, and the only time the manager seemed to care was when he might not get a fraction of the balance immediately. No regard for me being without a car for extra time or billing insurance more.To top it off, i had to review all of the numbers with them manually - they didn't even have records that my insurance sent 2 payments - so they tried to collect $2500 from me then it was just $250 after I did the math for them.This is just bad customer service, won't ever be coming back.You can do better.

They are pretty busy but they do a great job! The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating! I came on behalf of my boyfriend's car (he didn't have time in his schedule to come) and they were very understanding and helpful with helping me navigate the insurance process. They did an amazing job fixing the car! They didn't try to add on excessive parts or change things that didn't need changing. When the price rose a little over the insurance estimate, they contacted the insurance company for us so we didn't have to deal with any of that! They fixed the car in a timely manner! It was overall a great experience, If I needed my car fixed, I would definitely come back here!

I was contacted by them immediately, explained the service thoroughly and kept advised of the progress. I was given a rental vehicle and the process was to take four days. My vehicle was returned in excellent condition in three days. Every part of their premises was neat and clean.

Great customer AND tech service. I had an insurance claim, they did the work. There were some issues but Service King resolved them before having me come there for pickup. -- Had to go back for add'l repair. Shannon was patient with my laymen's explanation... I'm appreciative of their service and showing me the problems rather than just showing me the report.

Somehow, someway, my driver's side door lock fell into the door panel.I was a little strapped for time so I came during my lunch hour. For $30, they opened up the door panel, inspected the lock, and replaced it--within 30 minutes.I might have been able to do it myself, but we'll never know as they took care of me. I had to wait a little bit for service, but once they got to me it was golden.

Liberty mutual recommended the shop and paid for all of my repairs.I refused my car twice due to poor repair work. The first time, the paint was not properly blended, causing raised surfaces. The tail lights were scratched and not replaced. The second time I asked to have my car put on the lift so I could inspect underneath. The piece they connected my bumper to was cracked and filled with putty. I pointed this out and the technician tried to convince me that this was normal. I requested that they replace that piece. I then got a phone call from the supervisor, telling me that they noticed a new Crack in my back light while the work was being done.The shop had my car for a total of 15 days. They tried to pass off shoddy repair work and I'm really worried about the damage they did that I can't see.Their initial estimate to liberty mutual was $1300. By the time I drove my car off of their lot, it was $2600. The rise in costs were due to their lack of quality work.

I went to get work done on my bumper again since the first time they blended the paint well and did a decent job. This time as soon as I walked in and the guy did a walk around with me he said he couldn t guarantee the paint will look exactly the same because flakes don t lay out the same on plastic. I said sure whatever sinceI already been here before and knew the paint would look okay. I came to pick up my car three days after and since I arrived ten minutes before closing time I was rushed to just sign the paper because everyone wanted to go home.Once i get home I decide to wash my car since they did a poor job but I was surprised they even washed it since the first time they just fixed the bumper. I noticed my windshield had some writing on it and now I don t know what kind of marker they used but I can see that some tech Freddy worked on my car as well as the name stacey and a bunch of numbers. This is frustrating because no one even said can I write on your windshield and if they did it anyways you should try to remove it completey so that I wouldn t notice.

Had a very frustrating car accident that took over a month to fix (more Volvo's dealership problem than Oakland Service King), but the staff here is INCREDIBLE! (Particularly Travis and Robert). Very flexible and accommodating, Travis even offered to deliver my car on a Friday to San Francisco PERSONALLY! so I could make a weekend trip. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would do so again.

I liked the quality and speed of the repairs but it seemed like a bit over priced. I would have given a 5 star if price was better and there were not shoe prints all over the back of my car and on the roof and seats.

They gave me back my car 3 days late and dirty. I asked them if they could detail it and they said yes but when I took it all they did was rinse the car with water and dried it sloppy to where you could see water marks leave it worse then it already was
