Working with Andy on a two-year-old repair job was a great experience. He provided some great guidance on getting sorted with the past claim, and took exceptional care of our vehicle. After getting a few quotes I went with Real time Collision for my 2009 BMW 328i. Andy was very professional and trustworthy, he made my car look brand new again and got my issues taken care of, in a timely manner, the detailing was also a nice touch. I will definitely be going back for any body work I need! He was very communicative and knows his stuff. I m leaving before and after photos because I m still amazed at how well the work came out! (someone ran into my car while it was parked)

Can't say enough about the steadfast professionalism and utmost care taking of one's vehicle at a body shop. Best prices around .The epitome of "Save me. I live in oakland" Shop where you can get all your broken mirrors keyed car and smashed windows replaced efficiently and diligently in an unreal timely manner. Had an HRV that needed full body work Andi and the team got it done within 2 weeks time and assisted stupendously throughout the entire process A-Z. So if your new to the process or an old ways car guy this is your shop! Thanks again!

The business is truly a diamond in the rough (part of town). Do not let that dissuade you, as Andy is super customer oriented and and genuinely a nice guy to deal with. Typically I am very wary of automotive fixes whether it be body work or mechanical, but he put me at ease and took care of business for a body repair I needed done. He is very transparent and makes sure you're happy with every interaction, especially keeping you informed as to parts availability and status of the repair. His pricing is very fair and left me feeling that we made a good deal which virtually unheard. I can't say I'd want to need his services again but he's the guy I'd go to. It's the most low stress repair I have ever done...driving for the past 40+ years.

I just got into my first accident ever, and I was real sad about my car. Andy was able to take care of it. Sent me pictures of current progress on my car and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Not disappointed at all, came back looking new.

I was feeling very stressed out after getting into an accident with my few months old brand new car, but Andy reassured me and handled everything with my insurance after I came in for a consultation. They did a beautiful job with my car. I dropped the car off before going out of town on a weeklong trip and then picked it up when I got back. The whole process was surprisingly seamless, and went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this shop and know that Andy will take care of anyone who comes in.

I brought my 2014 Infiniti Q50s in for an minor auto collision. I been coming to Realtime Collison for all of my repair needs. Either its out of pocket or insurance. Andy was straight forward on cost and quality of the parts that he used. Got me an estimate in a timely matter. My vehicle literally was in and out within a week for a fender and bumper replacement, fast turnaround time. There s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and Andy owned it. I would recommend all my family and friends. Realtime collision did a GREAT job with my car. It looks brand new! Andy, the owner, answered my call on a Sunday morning and met me at the shop to take in my car after a pretty bad fender bender. He was super communicative with me and the insurance company giving me updates. He got the car done quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend!

Realtime Collision is one of the best shops I've ever been to. The team there are very professional and they offer very reasonable pricing for the amazing work that they've done for my cars. I'm glad that a shop like this is in Oakland, and I'll definitely come back here for all of my car needs.

I had a great experience with Real-time collision. They took in my car quickly and replaced my bumper and grill in 24 hrs. The pricing was great and I wasn t pushed to buy any additional extra services. Andi was super helpful and explained my options very clearly and calmly. Drove all the way from Walnut Creek area and would definitely do it again if I m ever in need of car repairs. I shopped around three or four places and this was definitely the best!

My car had a hit and run scratching the right side of my car and dented on the corner panel and right front fender. My friend whos a huge car fanatic recommended this shop, this Took about two weeks even with the waiting of parts (which is understandable its not the shops fault if parts take a while) otherwise was super fast with quality finish. they accepted my insurance AAA and it worked out very smoothly. THEN they even detailed it and was able to fix small details like the vinyl on top the front window shield because it was cracking! Super thoughtful no extra charge since the parts were taking longer than expected.Thanks Andy for your help.

11/10 service. I smashed the back of my Honda Sedan. Trunk and bumper were busted and I had damage to the frame. I brought my car in to Realtime on a recommendation from another local mechanic in Oakland. Andy and his team took apart the rear of my car and within a few days was able to give me a very clear estimate over facetime and explained exactly what the damage was. I don t mean he just told me what it was. He actually showed me diagrams and photos of the exact parts along with my car. I was very thankful because I like working on my car too and I was interested to learn what it takes to fix this type of frame damage. Then he broke down each individual labor and part cost on the estimate, in depth, so I knew exactly what I was spending my money on. I was clear from the start that I was going to source my used parts and Andy was very helpful in letting me know exactly what to get from the scrapyard and what parts I would need to brand new (frame). I told Andy that I wanted to save as much money as I could as I was paying cash and not involving insurance. He walked me through the possibilities of where we could cut cost and we agreed to skip some certain painting jobs for the parts. Then he went above and beyond by purchasing some small parts for the trunk, vacuuming my car and painting some of the parts free of charge on my final bill! Now the work itself absolutely beautiful. Like Andy said. They aim to get it as close to factory as possible and they delivered. I was giddy when he sent me pictures of the final job. It looked awesome!!Thank you Andy. I'm not the kind of people would give reviews, but this body shop sure worth it! They need to be recognized for their quality of work with affordable rates. I have other shops I could go to, but Realtime shows me no need to look elsewhere.When it comes to body shop, I get worry if I go to the right place. But Realtime Collision takes care of me through the whole process at ease. I just need to drop my car off to the shop, Andy (owner) takes care of it with insurance and ensures I pick up my car according to my schedule. He'll work with me to avoid me doing car rental. Even if I really need to get to that point, he has me covered with a possible car in the meantime. (luckily didn't need to) Andy is very responsive. I feel well taken care of. If anyone need body shop work, highly recommend Realtime Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to another collision place (caliber collision) and they glued my fender back on. Real-time collision took time to speak with us and confirm the replacement parts and fixed the horrible job Caliber did to our car. If you want a good, quality experience, go here. It cost us less money to get the job done right and it didn t take three weeks. Truly amazing work done! The best part is I asked them to perform additional work on the car (beyond the original scope of the accident) and not only did they do it, it was done within 24 hours and when we got the car back we had 0 issues. Compared to the other places, this for the experience alone was worth it.

Realtime Collision was fantastic! Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgable through the entire insurance process and all the repairs. All the costs / parts replaced were clear and I received an estimate quickly. In addition to all the repairs, he even replaced the rear wiper blade that had been falling off. I felt extremely taken care of and cannot stress the professionalism and quality of the shop enough. Thanks so much to Andy (and your team)!

I don't even know where to begin. I needed some prep and paint work done on my roll cage for my m3. I am super picky with whoever touches my car, but seeing his work done on a few of my friend's cars made me feel confident and comfortable dropping off my car here. I was always updated on the process of everything, and was not pressured at all. He even installed the cage for me as well! It looks so flawless and looked like it came with my car from factory. If you are looking for a collision auto body shop that is honest, does quality work, goes above and beyond, a place that you can trust, work that is guaranteed, and great customer service I recommend RealTime Collision Repair. I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent work Andy did on my car. I was rear ended by someone which I took it to Andy who allowed me to bring it in the very same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and professional at the shop, and answered all my questions regarding what to expect. I felt I was leaving my car in good hands, and I was. When I got my car back it looked amazing.. I definitely highly recommend this place. Best choice I could've made!
