This is a good shop. I haven't needed Bruce in sometime, but the car needed some work. Anyways someone rear-ended us on the 80 and he fixed it like new. The price was reasonable and the work done was on time. It looked brand new. I came back couple of weeks later because my heat shield fell off (weird) and shifter was sticking. He fix that too. He just gets it done. Bruce and his crew are honest mechanics. Shout to Marina, he's a good dude too.

Pretty terrible experience. I was actually lied to three times. He kept promising me that it would just take one more week. If he was just honest with me from the start I would never write this review. Bruce had my vehicle for 2 months and didn t get anything done. Had to get it towed to another mechanic. Super disappointing. I am surprised to see all the good reviews to be honest.

Bruce is an anomaly! He's an honest mechanic and tells you all that is going on with your vehicle. You have the option to fix everything or do safety first issues. The service is great.

MY NEW MECHANIC!!! I have been taking my car to Dublin Honda for many years. I recently had trouble starting my car and was told nothing was wrong just my battery. Had it replaced and 2 days later my car wouldn't start... it was completely dead. I call them Dublin) and never returned my call. My brother and cousin referred me to Bruce at Quality Tech and had my car towed to his shop. Bruce treated me as if I have known him for years. He said it was the starter and there was a huge crack on the air flow motor boot. He showed me the part and said "How did Dublin Honda miss that?" Same thing I wanted to know.... Well I know not to take my car to them anymore. Bruce took good care of my car, was fast and the price was very reasonable. I will most definitely take my car for service at Quality Tech Auto Shop. No more driving to Dublin. I highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed.

A friend recommended this shop and I wish I knew about them years ago. I am very pleased with all the work done on my two vehicles. The issues that couldn't be solved by the dealership "experts" were solved by Bruce and his crew in less than half the time and price. This is an honest, very knowledgeable, polite and experienced mechanic shop. They level with the customer, explain and show everything going on with the vehicle.

I learned about Quality Tech Auto Shop through a coworker after taking her to drop off her car with Bruce. Bruce listened carefully to my coworker's needs & worries & instantly knew what was wrong with the car. He is very understanding, attentive & responsible. Plus, the turn around time was quick! After that experience, I decided to take my car to Bruce as well. Throughout the day he sent me texts updates including photos & parts. Problem was solved & my car runs smoother than before. Bruce & his team were very helpful & work extremely well together. Did I mention that he's also very funny?

Great place to go for guidance. Bruce looked at my car for free, helped me talk to the dealership to see if it would be under warranty, and helped me get my car there. He saved me untold thousands of dollars by being honest and upfront with me instead of taking advantage of my ignorance. Definitely going back there for my auto repair and advice in the future.

I generally don't rely on google reviews when it comes to mechanics. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I prefer word of mouth on this sort of thing. Well, I heard about Bruce and his team by word of mouth, and I'm here to spread the word.I called in to make an appointment, he got me in next day; the place was as clean as an auto shop could be and totally hopping even right at opening time.By the end of the day he called and quoted me on what seemed like a laundry list of issues with my rig (I knew she had issues, duh, and had done a little research on what I thought might be going on...but it seemed like he had discovered some surprises).He named his price and he nailed the going rate. Very fair bid for what he recommended I needed done.By mid afternoon the following day he called me back to the shop: all work complete. Fast.When I picked up the rig, he'd decided to give me a discount on the original bid! Gee, thanks!Then I discovered he'd had his techs clean the thick coating of months-old backroad dust off every interior surface which I had been secretly dreading trying to remove (this was literal pounds of the finest road-powder dust)! Gee, thanks!He told me to test drive the rig and come back. It felt like a new machine; he'd sniffed out and solved some ongoing issues I'd had for a year that two other shops had missed (or dismissed) including a make-specific technician who really should have caught some of this stuff (and whom I've decided not to throw under the Toyota...I mean bus).Quality Tech is Thorough, Honest, Efficient and Fair.Bruce is a businessman of high caliber and he and his team are expert technicians, it would appear from my peek into the shop, in all aspects of all species of automobile.The next time I need my vehicle serviced, I'm coming to this guy; I'd come back from out of state. I'd come back from Mars.Quality Tech, you've got a customer for life.

After my car died on the Bay Bridge Sunday night this is where AAA happened to tow me. I'm glad they did. Bruce had me fixed up and back on the road quickly and at a reasonable price.

These guys are amazing!!!! This is long but all info is relevant in showing just how amazing they were. I don t live in the Bay Area, I work there on weekends and live 4 hours away. On a Saturday afternoon/evening My van overheated on the freeway near Oakland while headed to San Francisco for work and I had no idea what to do because I have no connections or experiences in the area!! I was a little panicky!! CHP contacted a tow truck for me. The first thing that happened was another tow truck was there helping a different vehicle but was with the same company...he took the time to come over and let me know who was coming and when they would be there and assured me I was in good hands and if I wanted it looked at they would find a place that was open or I could go to the shop connected to the towing company. The driver who towed my vehicle was so nice and helpful and even went so far as to try helping me figure out a place to stay, he even drove me to a nearby hotel so I could see if they allowed animals since I had my dog and what was available. He took me to the shop the tow company was connected with. The mechanic there assessed my van though it was closing time and gave me an idea of what we would be looking at. However he wouldn t be able to get to it until Monday because they were closed sundays. He was very nice and patient while talking to me even though I was worried and emotional about many things including cost. He assured me first thing Monday he d get parts and get things going and that everything would be fine. By the time I got off work Monday morning and got there around 9:30 am he already had the parts on the way and they were getting the van started. They checked many things and fixed many things and went above and beyond to make sure the van was running and safe for me to drive!!!! The main mechanic in charge also explained what they did and showed me all the things he d taken out and what exactly was wrong and concerning. While it took a good chunk out of my pocket book I honestly didn t mind and felt it was well spent because it felt as though they had done a good and thorough job. To top it all off several hours later I was almost back home and got a call from the head mechanic asking me how the van was doing and making sure I made it back home safely!!! WOW!!! That was such a wonderful thing to have done and really made me feel grateful they ended up being the ones to help me out during a very stressful time!!! Just amazing and if I need more repairs done while I m there for work I wouldn t hesitate to return there!!

Great place! Ended up here after my vehicle stopped working. Even though they were fully booked Bruce made room for me and had my vehicle working by the end of the day. Would definitely suggest this place to my friends.

They left my car out on the street for no good reason, it got hit and heavily damaged. They agreed to fix it at one of their friends shop down the street, at no real cost to them, and the work looked fine, but it technically devalued my car, as I have a classic car with all original paint.

Too expensive l guess he's always over charged me until l went somewhere else. I feel that I was being overcharged because of the epidemic and a lot of people aren't getting their cars fixed so when I brought my car in and it was way way too expensive I might as well had bought another car
