Geico sent me here after I was rear-ended, and these guys did an amazing job on my van. They even fixed the front fender, which had come loose before the accident, free of charge! Great customer service, too.

The quality of their work is great, but giving 2 stars because of their very unprofessional staff and slow turnaround time. Ally was extremely rude and condescending when I was asking about the process to order a part for my car.How am I supposed to know that leaving my car at the shop vs taking my car home would be a different process with insurance? This was never explained to me, and when I asked for clarification on why the part was delayed, she scoffed at me. She then told me that the repairs would take anywhere from 3-5 business days, even when my estimate said 2 business days of labor. What?After taking my car to another shop, I had it fixed in under 2 days and with much better customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

My toyota tacoma got banged up on a trip to tahoe. Yan and the team at Quality Body and Fender took great care of me and my truck. They gave us all the information we needed to decide whether to make an insurance claim and coordinated seamlessly with our insurance once we decided to go that route. The repairs were done perfectly and I am happy to put that experience behind me. I highly recommend Quality Body & Fender if you find yourself needing auto body repairs.

I had my older vehicle stolen (twice) and the second time they got into an accident damaging the front bumper/grill/headlights and graffiti'd the car.I was referred to them by my local dealer and while the work was satisfactory (so far), I did get some miscommunication.During the estimate I mentioned the graffiti on the front bumper and they replied they'd replace the bumper.When I brought it in an later for my appointment I reminded about the graffiti and the new person I spoke to said they'd replace the front bumper, but I mentioned the rear graffiti and she said she'd mention it to them.When I got the vehicle back the graffiti was still present and when I asked about it the (original guy) talked about how expensive it would have been to replace and/or repaint the bumper (when they said they'd be giving me a new one in the first place, and all I asked was if they could scrub off the graffiti).I then asked about the rear graffiti I mentioned to his other employee that she said she'd bring up, and was provided an unintelligible dismissal.Typical mechanic I suppose.

The quality of the work in my vehicle repair was excellent! Car looked brand new on pick-up! Was convinient also since the Enterprise rental I was provided, I can drop off at the shop so was able to avoid taking Uber or something to them after.Only issue I have is the area is very sketchy and full of homeless encampments

Great professional work performed here. From the initial quote to the perfect body work and matching paint jobs. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. If you want your vehicle repaired properly go with Quality!

I was suspicious and not thrilled about leaving my car in this neighborhood but they did great work and did it quickly. My insurance opted to replace the hood with an aftermarket one so the panel gap isn't perfect but that's not their fault. The paint job is actually better than the one my car had from the factory.

Car Broken in - Epicenter of Homeless EncampmentHad a minor accident in my own garage, came in for an estimate last month. Just before I arrived, I had to drive through a half mile long of homeless encampment. �And you probably do not want to walk there. When I arrived, they were extremely busy and their lot was full. I parked my car a half block away, waited almost 30 minutes in their office. They moved a few cars outside so I can pull in. When I went back to my car, my car was broken into. So I had to go to an auto glass shop to have the window replaced first. I ended up bringing my car to another body shop in a safer area in BerkeleyTo be fair, they might as well provide very good body works. But I will never know. I am all for supporting local businesses, but they are already REALLY REALLY busy! They should not being leaving customers' cars outside on the street. The rating is purely for my experience during my 30-minute visit there.

Seems like a very professional place guaranteed for life by Honda but I cannot say I find them useful for the small damage to my new car. For a small deep scratch they want to take apart the whole side and "do surgery" on my brand new car. I do not want this. It just seems too much to do for a small damage. And too Expensive.

Around 2018 service was very professionalEmployees very patient rep thoroughly explained processEstimate was quick and detailed. Service was quick and better than expected for the bumper during that time.I have different vehicle now and another issue 2021; im going back again.I highly recommend Quality Body & Fender!

After someone backed into me in a parking lot, Quality Body & Fender took great care of my car. The car came out looking better than before the accident. They coordinated closely with my insurance company (AAA) to provide me a rental car, even allowing me to drop off the rental car at their facility. When I got my car back, a day before they said it would be ready, it was washed, the inside was vacuumed, and the gas tank was full (I don't *think* I had brought it in with a full gas tank). This place goes the extra mile and I'm happy to give them a high recommendation. Thank you!

You can definitely trust these guys, and you absolutely should; not only do they know what they are doing, but they will treat you with respect, and they will do everything needed to get your car looking the best it can, even if that means they have to do a lot of work that you can't see.These guys are really awesome. I have worked with one of their service writers, every time my car has needed body work, and he has been absolutely great! Not many people are willing to stay at work late, simply because a customer calls near closing time, about to be 10 minutes too late to pick up her car. These guys have, every time, and they are so sincerely friendly.The business is family-owned, and all of their techs are certified to work on unibody cars. They have never had any problem with making slight adjustments to the work I've had them do, per my request, and they've always done really good work. I can think of one time that there was a little slip-up, and my service writer promised to address it, if it ever became an actual issue. It did, and they fixed it without questions.They are also capable of checking chassis alignment, which is not something most people are even aware of, but is really a critical element of any type of repairs done to a car that has been involved in an impact. If the chassis is compromised, the car may appear totally repaired; however, this is like using a Band-Aid to cover a broken leg... it might not be visible, but an out-of-whack chassis can, and will, cause a car to have terrible wear-and-tear in unexpected places, and I have seen cases where a chassis out of alignment has generated failures in every system in a vehicle that otherwise looked to be in very good condition.

I took my SUV in for repairs after it was hit. They repaired all of the damages and a few other areas on the truck. It looks so nice and I m definitely going to use them in the future for all repairs . These folks were very professional and did great work. I needed my car back right away after a hit-and-run because I'm trying to sell it, and they turned it around faster than expected. They even vacuumed the interior. I saw the owner cleaning and watering plants, which demonstrated humility to me; he was willing to do the jobs some business owners would feel 'above doing.' I highly recommend Quality Body & Fender.

I'm a car guy who owned and sent cars to a lot of different shops. Some shops will treat you "like a number" just to get you in and out. I even had a shop who took my car and forgot to ever call me back (It was there for 3 months before I called a tow truck to get it out). Some shops will paint parts which are never supposed to be painted. I had a shop repaint my bumper, and over sprayed on my muffler and wheels. Sloppy!! Anyway, QUALITY has always been a pleasure. Why? Because they have been in this business forever. They are well-known by car-guys for top-notch painting (looks smooth as glass!). The shop is ran by computerized machines and modern tools. And, best part, I feel better using them because they're family run. Always will be. My repaired cars have never looked better. Shiny, and just like new. I can't say enough good stuff.

I had a quote and was arranged an appointment right away. My Prius got repaired and did keep me posted through the process of repair and returned to me on schedule. Their quality of workmanship is fantastic, I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Had both good and bad experiences there after (unfortunately) having to get repairs 3 times in 3 years on my car. The last time was a really big job but it took way too long and they just couldn't give me a valid ETA. It was really disappointing, but the person I was dealing with always remained very friendly and helpful, so not clear to me who's fault it was...

I went there to fix my car , before you start a conversation they tell you to pay a $100 for an estimate. The customer service is not much.

Found out when they repair my car they cut the wire for the heating element to my rear window and disconnected the terminal so I got the car back and don t have the wire or the connectors for the rear wind shield. Also they removed the emblem and never put it back. What is this place running?
