Luis is very personable and kept me up to date on the status of the car I wanted to purchase. He made sure I was still interested after some miscommunication, thinking that the car had originally sold only for it to still be on the lot! I rushed to the dealership to check it out then two days later I inevitably bought the car! I love my Lexus NX 300h and was very happy to get the right car within my budget and with all the specifications that I wanted in a car. I was fortunate to even trade in my old car even in its condition, getting more than what I had thought I was going to get.The purchase of the car did have some road bumps, there were a few things that made it not the smoothest transaction and we did have to finish some paperwork even after leaving the dealership while my family and I were at lunch. Other than that I do appreciate Luis for his help in getting me the car I was really looking forward to getting. One Toyota of Oakland is definitely a place I recommend for getting the best deals on your next car!

Purchasing a vehicle from One Toyota of Oakland is an absolute pleasure. I recently purchased a new car there and it was so easy and so quick. I think it was quicker than buying a new smartphone! I dealt with one person, Mohammad the whole time and he was super nice and great to work with. I would highly recommend going there to buy a car. They can get very busy (probably because they re so awesome) so go early on Sunday morning like I did, or make an appointment. I m serious too, I m not just blowing smoke. I m genuinely pleased with my vehicle purchase there.

I came to One Toyota to have my headlight repaired and I was very impressed with their excellent service. They did an excellent job throughout the repair process. Andrew who assisted me was very friendly and responsible. Not only did he help me got the headlight repaired quickly but also made sure everything was done professionally. Additionally, he made sure to keep me updated every step of the way which kept me informed and at ease. The staff was courteous and the service was efficient Very high. I have been to many Toyota dealers to receive services. In comparison, One Oakland left a deep impression on me, because this dealer is the best. I highly recommend One Toyota for their reliability and EXCELLENT customer service. I will recommend this store to all my friends, hoping that they can buy the car of their choice from this store and receive the BEST after-sales service. Absolutely the BEST experience!

Hands down my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Eric Xian was amazing. He took us through the whole process. It was seamless and at no time did I feel pressured or like I was being take advantage of. The pricing was very fair, the office was clean and professional. I highly recommend them.

One Toyota is always very orderly and good at communicating. They try to make the experience as easy as possible. On my latest visit, my service technician was Kevin, who was very friendly. Knowing that I did not have a ride home and the wait was over two hours, he arranged for free Lyft rides home and back to pick up the car. I was very appreciative of the attentive service.

Rudy offered fantastic customer service. He was very attentive to my preferences as a customer and provided honest feedback to my many, many questions. He is not your typical car salesman and took time with my purchase. I will definitely be referring future car buyers to Rudy at One Toyota!

This is a second review since I changed my opinion on this dealership.I was very happy when I received the vehicle delivered to my doorstep. It saved my trip to the dealership. My happiness is short-lived though. I found there is no registration paper later. I repeatedly contacted the sales person, Arthur. He was very responsive until I bought my vehicle. However he completely changed his attitude after the sales. Very slow response, wrongly claimed the registration was sent in email.... It was very frustrating days. I had to drive the car without a registration!I changed my rating from five to two. They should improve their behavior right away!

When you need the job done right the first time you take it to the house. When it comes to Toyota repairs and services I've learn the hard way after having my engine rebuilt, to always take it to the dealer service.Ethan, the guy who helped service my car this time around was very knowledgeable and he also went over other preventive maintenance for my Hybrid Camry. Even got me a Lyft ride from and back to the service center.Great service, awesome effective team, Took off a star because the labour was 7.4 times the parts. But I'm totally happy with the result and will take it there again.

Victoria was very helpful and patient with me purchasing my new Prius. The sales staff is very well supported by a customer friendly process where one team member takes care of the whole customer experience. She helped me with all the (paperless) paperwork, the financial forms, and then put on the temporary plates and helped me move my stuff out of my trade in. I got a very generous trade in offer too ! Finally, out of the "corner-of-my-ear" I could tell that Spanish speaking customers will be very comfortable at One Toyota of Oakland.

Jason was great at check in for service and explaining what services my car would need coming up. He also highlighted in 2 areas that I didn t want me tires rotated. I had them done the day before when I hit a pothole and replaced a tire. They rotated anyway putting 2 different tires on the front (sand brand different tire as they were out of stock on others). I had to go back to the tire shop because I felt the car pulling. This is why I gave 4 stars. Please read notes from Service Representative.

I was helped by Rudy who was very kind and helped me find a vehicle that would fit my budget. I appreciate the fact that at this dealership you don t get the typical rush of many seller you would get at other dealers. The whole process was smooth and easy to go through. He even helped me look for a good deal on auto insurance. Once again, thank you Rudy for all the help and I will definitely recommend that anyone that is looking for a good dealership with great people should go here.

All in all, it was a very good experience. You just expect to pay more at the dealer, but part of the job was warranty , so I went there. My Service Writer Andrew was great.. professional, knowledgeable, friendly , and efficient..They gave me a rental car at 33$/ day, and diagnosed it and did the repair correctly the first time. I will use them again.

I called my service advisor Chase at 1730 to notify him my car would not start after it had been serviced the day before. My car had started 4 other times after the service was completed. Chase knew I has a long drive the next morning starting at 0700. He sent the service technician Drew over to the hotel where I was staying and he changed out my battery and made sure my car started. Everything worked out great and all the work was completed in one hour. Great team work and excellent customer service and support. Thank you

I ve always had great service at One Toyota! As someone who s not familiar with cars I go here because they make sure I m taken care of. They do not charge me unnecessarily or force me to get services that are not need. They have been honest about putting off what I can to save some money. Yeah I can go to a local mechanic to save money, but here I know I m getting the great quality of service that I pay for.

Advisor didn't completely explain all the services that my vehicle needed to me at the beginning. When I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. Then, I found that there was a charge of $80 just for the tire balance without wheel alignment. The tire balance is just pump the air to the tires to 35 psi for all four tires. Why would I need it if the tire are fine.

This is my third time bringing my car in for service at One Toyota and as usual I have only great things to say about your service department. I was met promptly by Jennifer Avalos who said she would assist me until my advisor was in at 8 a.m. She was extremely, professional, knowledgeable and polite. My paperwork was processed and completed by the time I met Juan Ochoa my service advisor.Juan spent time with me on the phone prior to my appointment and carefully explained and itemized all the work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. We agreed on a price and that was exactly what I paid when I picked up my vehicle.Juan is professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He provided outstanding customer service and I look forward to working with him in the future.By the way, it is obvious that your employees love their jobs and love working at One Toyota. It really shows in the care and level of customer service I have always received. That is a consequence of a top-down decision to run the service department in a way that benefits both employees and customers.

I took my Prius to other places but they couldn t find the problem only pay for diagnostic and some unnecessary parts but AT TOYOTA SERVICE they did an EXCELLENT JOB, offering me not only a free cup of hot chocolate but a free courtesy shuttle ride, they keep me updated with all the procedures they did , they order the part from San Diego Toyota arrived in 3 days and the following day they gave me another big surprise, ALL THE WORK INCLUDING NEW PART WAS COVERED BY TOYOTA even my vehicle is old 2013. Thanks to God and thanks Tom and all the crew

One Toyota of Oakland is simply amazing. From the very beginning Besa who helped me with the buying process the whole way through was nothing less of awesome. She got some personal info from me and helped me pick out the best Tacoma for me with my wants and needs at the forefront of her priorities. Once we got me on the truck for me the buying process was super easy, fast and transparent. I got a great deal on my trade and the best truck. Thank you to Besa and the team at Toyota Oakland. Will definitely be back in the future for our next car.

Gabe sales person great. Trading my car in was a joke. ( Gabe not involved in the trade in) Had been offered more for my trade in elsewhere should have walked, ( New car was not in stock would have had to wait 45 days). Toyota One offered me $29,000 for my car saying it was fair condition not worth more than $33,00O on Kelly Blue Book for sale by dealer. Used Car Manager said TRUST US I have 4 on our lot. They had a Carfax report that said minor damage fixed ( told them it was the windshield). The car less than 48 hours later now on their lot for sale for $35,961.00 and Kelly Blue book value of $37,450.00 (Now being considered in excellent condition). Would not recommend them. On top of that they add a $100.00 to the payoff of my lease on the car I'm turning in. Better Dealers out there. I should have waited and gone to the other dealer, As I have bought and leased several cars from them.

All the sign off docs were sent to my cell phone and were impossible to properly read and sign. This is not acceptable. Also time spent for purchase process is way too long. I bought another Toyota a couple of years ago and it took less than half as long to complete the purchase.

I had such a great experience purchasing my car. The whole process was so easy and I felt no pressure at all. Everything was explained to me and I felt peace of mind that Rudy and his team were looking out for my best interest. The service people are always super nice and friendly and go out of their way to explain everything. I wish that they had a shuttle or car service (though maybe they do for longer services). It seems like most dealers (at least in Oakland) no longer have this service and it was a great selling point for me. I actually swtiched to this service department because they offered rides home last year. But overall, I like this particular service department.

Jackie was the best I ve had in my 7 year relationship with Toyota One. Of course, all of the Service Ladies and Gents have been great but he was just extra professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and gave a detail review of the inspections. I respected and appreciated the extra time. He was also very nice to a woman who was irritated about having to wait a few minutes! Great Job Jackie.

No hassle buying experience. Was offered a fair price for a 2024 Tundra almost right from the start. My sales person was courteous and tried hard to satisfy my requirements. Overall a great car buying experience.

Spacious, a lot of personnel to do the work, but it was extremely too slow to do the paperwork for the service done.I called in around 10am before arrival to make sure the dealer would take my car with no appointment, the person who answered said: Yes, sure! You ll be fine if bringing the car before 10:30, we are not that busy right now I arrived at 10:15am. There was a bit off confusion where to leave the car and a bit of delay to be addressed by one of the technicians and do the check-in, but got resolved within 5-8 after arrival. I asked how long was going to take for the service of my car (minimum service, the 5 000 miles check up) the lady who did the initial inspection said 2 hours, I couldn t believe it, but agreed, in other dealers they said the whole maintenance takes 1hour.After 1hour waiting the car was ready and parked outside ready to go. I approached the lady who did the initial inspection and asked her how long more? She response with a have you received a text message yet? I said no. To this the technician responded with I ll text you when the paperwork is done, there a few more cars in front of you I wasn t that happy, but I went back to the waiting room. Another half an hour passed and went back to the service office and said I m sorry, but I can t wait any longer I had a work appointment in Novato and needed to go. The point is that the service was done extremely fast (in less than an hour), but unbelievable that the paperwork had taken so long . I would never go back to that dealer again.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from One Toyota over that past few years. The staff and managers are always great to work with. Everyone is honest and upfront. No games at all. I also bring my cars there for service and have never been disappointed as well. Definitely the best in class.

They drove this car to my doorstep, which is 5 hours away from them. The vehicle is far above average compared to everything else out there we were looking at and the price was right. We are extremely happy with our purchase and Toyota one of Oakland ca. Thank you so much .
