Extremely friendly and accommodating service; in and out in about 15 minutes..just as promised. The young man who helped me went above and beyond in explaining what he was doing, why he was doing and the importance of the service. Felt like I d been transported back to the old days of drive up full service gas stations.HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be back

I had the best Oil Changing service EVER! I just went to have my oil changed for my Prius-2010, all the services I received were out of my expectation. First they recommended with the relevant oil type (Synthetic) for the better function of my car's engine (after reading about the oil type, I discovered that the oil type they recommended was the ideal one and is recommended by Toyota themselves). They checked my AC and replaced the old and dusty cabin air filter which was giving dusty smell whenever the AC was on (now I'm experiencing fresh air whenever i switch on the AC), checked the water level and added more and did some extra inspections, like checking the tires and made sure if all lights were working. All the employees over there are friendly and very respectful...... the level of professionalism of all of the mechanics there is phenomenal! Now they have me for ever! I highly recommend this shop!

Prices have gone up, and they do not offer the multiple tiers of service they provided before. Instead, they charge a flat rate of about $100 for oil change, and it includes cleaning your windshield. The quality of service remains the same.

I was so impressed with the customer service. I jumped the gun and did not need a change yet. The service guy let me know, didnt push me into a purchase I didnt need, but did offered to do a change, if i wanted it just the same. I am so much more encouraged to return when there is no hard sell and overwhelming upselling. Ill be back! Thank you!

ATTENTION: THIS IS NOT A 10 MINUTE OIL CHANGERS ANYMORE. THEY GOT BOUGHT OUT BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY. They need to change the sign to reflect the change in company ownership.They only offer 1 service now so if you were used to the different levels of oil change services they previously offered that is no longer the case. If you need full synthetic it's gonna run you over 100 dollars.They do not honor the 10 minute Oil changers discount cards where you would get 15 dollars off your 4th OIL change.

This place is GREAT! David was very trustworthy and explained every aspect aspect of the service, yet was quick and efficient. Showed me my engine air filter and cabin air filter(both gross)-told me the price to replace (same as on Amazon)- had both in stock-BOOM-on my way in 20 min with oil changed, all fluids checked and topped off, filters changed and tire pressure all equal. And best part-I didn t even have to get out of my car!!!!

The guy charged my vehicle oil wasn t respectful and he was having attitude. The worst person I got there.he was supposed to pour water but nothing just oil change for paying $103 that s crazy.Just the oil and tire checked only. But I have to pour water by my self. I don t like it. He gave it to me tip is not mandatory then why did he gave me then.I said thank u but he was mad at me for doing his service. He was supposed to do it . That s crazy I paid for the service then why his facial expression was bad. Did I make a Mistake by paying for the service????

I showed the service technician my $12 off coupon before the oil change occurred but instead of getting $12 off, I was charge full price. The technician said that he forgot to enter the coupon and it was too late for me to get a refund.

Everything was fine but I made sure to ask before if you guys would add windshield wiper fluid and you said yes and it s still empty. Very disappointing when I paid $100+ for oil change.

They're super close to me so it's my go-to place and they're always so incredibly nice. Prices are reasonable, service is usually fast, they don't try to aggressively upsell me but give me a range of options, which I appreciate.I've also gone a few times for help with non oil change stuff (turning off a malfunctioning tire pressure light, removing an engine guard that has gotten ripped off from my little car bottoming out in a drive way dip) and every time they do it for free, never make me feel dumb, are never grumpy or act like I'm bothering them.I've only ever had really good experiences and I recommend them to everyone who asks, and I will keep going as long as they're open.Thanks, you guys!

If I could give no stars I would...I was charged 65 bucks for a top off I could've done myself.. they didn't even change the oil ...i think because im a female .. not only that the guy helping tried to charge me 110 bucks for fluids I already had in the car he told me my rev light was out and when I went to check and buy a bulb it was working fine ...idk who took over that spot but ur greedy and so was that employee who got me for money I didn't have to spend..be careful going the prices are no longer listed ...i will never go back there again just shameful

I went in for a 10 minute oil change but they drained my transmission fluid. The guy told me he was sorry and that it would be free of charge but he had to go to the Audi dealer to get replacement fluid. Then another guy tells me they only drained some of it and had a spare transmission fluid quart they could use but I would only have to pay 50%. After 80 minutes I went home and noticed my car cameras no longer work. I phoned Oil Changers and they claimed it was impossible for them to cause that. Now I'm on the way to the dealer to have the car checked and fixed.

We have been going here for over a decade. The cost has rapidly increased from $36 for 5qt of synthetic in 2016 to $108 in 2023. We were shocked by a 20% increase in 2023 alone. We will find a better value next time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The last time I went for an oil change, they didn t screw the oil filter tightly. I loss the oil and I fortunately noticed the problem before there was no oil in car. I learned to stop going to these places and go to a car mechanic business where a professional does the job!!
