I've been coming here for 22 years. Muhammad is very professional and friendly. He does his best to help people get their cars fixed affordably. Inside is always clean and coffee is always hot. They open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. They have restrooms for customers

I ve been bringing all my cars here since I was 18 so over 10 years. Super friendly staff and definitely affordable. If there s no one waiting you ll be in and out in less than 15.

I've had the good fortune of meeting Goitom 15+years ago. And have never bought tires anywhere else since. He is fair, honorable, and he works with a very stable crew of folk. Mid-day waits can be long for a simple repair. But listening to his crew of happy customers all share their stories is worth the time spent.

Hate to give it four stars but I have to because the wait period for my rims was too long and plus I had to call in to see if they were there. This place does a good job with whatever needs to get done but customer service wise I felt lost in the dark. Took a whole week and another weekend to finally get what I wanted. If you have loads of spare time I would recommend coming here. But if it's a dire emergency definitely go somewhere else. Love the quality of my rims

Came here after my tire popped coming off 98th exit 580. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He gave me a good deal on a used tire in a pinch. I was super pleased with the service and found my new tire shop.

Been doing business with Goitom and Tina the owners of the store for 35 years they're very trustworthy I've sent many other customers to them and they've all been satisfied customers they go above and beyond on every job they do on every customer that comes in they are the best. They've worked on my new cars and my old cars and I trust them.

This place is the best. I ve taken all our cars here for not just tire issues but battery replacement, alternator replacement, etc. I always start with these guys for any car issue. They re fair, honest, reasonably priced, kind to work with, and timely. Thank you!

This shop is run by the best people, totally helpful. Our family vacation was getting ruined by the fact that our truck badly needed a wheel alignment. Every other shop said they could do it later but these guys said come on over! . I drove over and they put it on the rack and got it done in an hour for an incredible price! Love this place and the people who run it!

Summary: Had a great experience, good prices, seems honest, would use again.First time customer, recommended enthusiastically by a friend. Brought my 20 year old truck in for an alignment after getting some work done at my regular mechanic. I came in around 8:30 am and was helped right away by G-man, who was awesome. He was friendly and when he rung me up, he didn t try up sell me on things I didn t need like the big name tire shop in SL I tried out last time. Oakland Tire Pros seems to genuinely care about their customers and the community. Would definitely use them again if I have any tire needs.

Great customer service. Each time I've been there had tire I needed and made quick work of replacing. No upselling like some of the other shops out there.

I should have wrote this review a long time ago I've been living down the street for 10 years from them and every time I have a car I find myself stopping there for something and even if they can't fix it they still find a way to help me never overpriced me and always nice making sure I can drive off safely I really appreciate the service will always recommend and stop here first before I go anywhere else

Tire Pros hooked me up with good name brand tires with an alignment and a good price. I feel good about going there . Great customer service . And he welcomed me back for free rotation and balancing. Great people.

My family absolutely loves this place! Very professional staff and owner is sooooo helpful! The owner always looks out for the best deals and he never purposely overcharge you. When our family bring our cars in for service he is always present and ready to get you in & out quickly! Please give them a try.....you won t be disappointed. Great job!

Service was great BUT one of the employees cut my car club badge off my window!!! That's beyond disrespectful and as a woman driving such a hot car (custom Challenger) I'm used to men being jealous but to go as far as to take something off of it AT YOUR JOB... that's new. NorCal Challengers car club will be diverting business for other members & spreading the word about not doing business at this shop.

Best advice from the manager and payment options. It took me over 2 years to get fixed my car. Even the car dealer in downtown oakland and Toyota specialized car repair company didn't figure out the problem. Here, they fixed my car in just one day!

Wow! What a service. As a lady, I am always a little skeptical about walking into a car shop. Earlier today, my tire popped. I called AAA who told me my tire was no good and put on a spare. I first went to Costco Richmond and waited two hours to find out they could not repair the tire (which I told them previously) and they also did not have the tire in stock. The customer service was very poor. They sales representative told me he d have to order the tire and call me whenever it arrives. I decided to leave and go to this place, tire pros (found with excellent reviews on google). As soon as I arrived, someone came to my car, saw the spare, and offered me inside to discuss my options. I was blown away when I was quoted a price $32 less than Costco for the exact same Bridgestone tire. The customer service representative was very honest, professional, and attentive. I had a hectic day, but I am very grateful to have found this place.

Oakland Tire Pros is the ONLY tire shop I will use. They are absolutely amazing and totally next level. They only charge $25 to patch a tire... and I don't know about you, but living in Oakland means I run over nails and screws literally all the time. This most recent patch was the THIRD time this summer, insane. Going to OTP means I get the most reasonable price and they are so kind and professional. They are typically able to take my car in and fix it within no more than an hour; they have wifi, offer coffee and tea while you wait. I don't even have to miss work because I can work from their lobby. 10/10, I couldn't recommend them more, they are the best!

Mr G listened to me, and even though he was busy he is an excellent manager. He keeps the work moving to help the customers get in and out. I only had to wait five minutes for my car to be put in the bay so it could be worked on and this was a Saturday morning. Thanks Oakland Tire Pros!!

I am so very appreciative of Goitom (G Man)as he was welcoming, thorough and excellent! Another car site told me I had a issue that would cost me $1,800.00 yet G man took the time and conducting tests and I was able to leave the Oakland Tire Pros. With no holes in my pockets!The Oakland Tire Pros is my new car service location and I shall share this information with all my friends and the seniors I spend time with in Oakland, San Leandro and Alameda! Thanks GOD for Tadesse taking me to Goitom! It s 2021& I m getting it done!

I go there all the time since 2014, I use their $30 coupon to service and fix tires for almost free a whole year. The manager is friendly and accommodating, free coffee while you wait. It s a neighborhood store everyone seems to know him.

I took my car here for suspension work. It took longer than I'd like to get the needed parts but once they were received they took car of my car right away. I'd go there again. Everyone there was very nice...

Mr. G & Nina are my car saviors! After another shop in El Cerrito (which has excellent Yelp reviews, btw) totally cheated me, I came here & now I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are fast & honest & will refer you to other shops if they don't have the time to see you that day. I've come in for oil changes on 2 different cars, tire rotations, spin & balance, and a faulty back door latch.One more thing: They even helped an older local resident figure out her car payments one time I was here. I've seen a lot of folks come in who've been coming here for years. Totally trustworthy & affordable.

I tried to fix a flat and they refused, they claimed that the tire had sidewalk damage and that I need to replace it with a new one or a used and he gave me prices on what he had in the store. I've been here before I bought two tires from him because I heard his advice but this time I wasn't too convinced so I went somewhere else and the tire was fix right away and they told me that the tire it still in good conditionNow I'm wondering if I got scammed the first time i went there and how many people get scammed everyday by this shop

We called and asked a couple of questions the guy that picked up was very Vague with his answers and really seems that he didn t wanna be bothered with what I had to ask I took my car in and he still was very rude towards me. Just seems like they don t want people business I m not a rude person at all and this disappointed me
