Good prices but lacking in detail and got my car back without the trunk opening button so it took another 2 weeks to get that fixed and they wanted to charge me initially for a button that they lost.

Carlos did an amazing job fixing my car - he replaced the bumper and painted to match the color of our car perfectly, and let me say that the cost was fraction of other competitors in the area of Oakland. He was also very prompt with his work and definitely kept the promise of the timeline he said he'd need for the repair.I was more than happy to have him work on my car, and whenever I need repairs like surfaces of cars, I surely have a place to return in Oakland. Oakland Collision Center made getting (self-paid) repairs for my car after a collision extremely seamless and pleasant. Carlos Ortiz was incredibly efficient and professional: I emailed him pictures and he sent over a descriptive, comprehensive quote. He was honest and incredibly helpful, and when I asked if I could pick the partial repairs I wanted to save money, he was understanding and did not pressure me to get all the repairs done (unlike a different collision center I went to). I wanted to buy the parts myself (to save money), and he was reasonable in being willing to work with that and gave me the part numbers I needed. He answered all my questions with honesty, helpfulness, and respect. He also offered the best prices for labor I could find and discounts for paying out of pocket. Upon getting the repairs I needed, the repairs and paint job looked perfect, and the quote was accurate and he did not try to charge me more than what was signed. Furthermore, when it turned out a window applicator needed to be replaced after the job was done, he offered to do it for free (I only had to get the part). Great customer experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Great service and price! Oakland Collision Center was the third shop I visited. They quoted a much better price than the other two and followed up on it. The owner coordinated the work (ordering parts and painting in advance) so that I was only without the car for about five hours. He included a little work the other shops had excluded. He also helped a friend with a lot of advice about her car situation although there was absolutely nothing in it for him. I highly recommend Carlos and Oakland Auto Body.

I was in an accident the Friday after Thanksgiving. We live in So Cal, so finding them the next morning was great. I called the number, the owner (Carlos) answered while on vacation out of state. Although the shop was closed, his brother opened up for us, inspected the car and was EXTREMELY helpful. I was still shaken from the ordeal, and was given such professional, caring service.Sadly, our auto insurance wanted our car towed down to us, so we had to cancel our service with them on Monday evening. They had already prepared an estimate and were incredibly kind and understanding throughout. If our insurance didn t advise us to have vehicle moved closer to home, I would have confidently and assuredly moved forward with them. After all, they showed nothing but excellence in dealing with our holiday crisis.The shop is clean, safe and secure. I would recommend them to anyone based on our interaction and the quick response and extra miles they went for us.

Fast, reliable and affordable. I ve brought myCar here a few times to get fixed and the outcome is always good. I like that they work with your needs and always keep in touch with updates. I highly recommend coming here.

Could not recommend the shop more highly. After a fender bender that pushed in the front of the car, damaged the headlight, and jammed the door shut, I went to four places and Carlos s estimate was the first honest one. He gave me the potential range of costs for each part of the repair, and outlined how he d try and find savings on each. He never tried to upsell me. Very reasonable price, excellent service, great guy. Thanks sir!

A very nice guy Carlos . He helped me fixed a passenger door leak with very minimum price but of course small procedure, but one problem with other dealer at downtown oakland the price can be way more expensive. Great thanks to him. As he said , if problem can't fixed, bring the car back to him to fix. Good quality service.

Came here to get my window regulators replaced and fix a dent on my door. The shop is large and the service here is great and the repair was done well, and they went above my expectations by filling in a lot of random scratches and paint chips around my car for free. When I picked up my vehicle it had also been detailed inside and out free of charge. Needless to say I recommend coming here If you need a repair at a good price.

The shop went above and beyond. I brought my car in with a damaged hood and headlight. They polished all of my lights to match the new one and repainted the hood as well as the bumper so my car looked brand new. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Carlos and Patty are the most kind people ive ever met. They have such humility. They were going through a hard time and we were too with a totaled car. They are heaven sent and helped us out beyond belief.
