The manager stole the part I ordered online for pick up in store. He covered it by marking it released in the computer. Corporate has been zero help. Im going to have to go to the bank and reverse the charges now. Don t spend money here, they ll rip you off too

Closed early with no notice or sign and people clearly goofing off in the store. Locked and ignoring people. Make sure to update this place's hours an hour off at both ends of you want to have any assurance of them being open..... Photo is security guard constantly peeking out the front door before leaving promptly at 9 but at least 20 minutes after they had locked the door.

My check engine light came on and went to O Reilly s to get it checked. Not only did they do it for free but the customer service rep Alex/Alejandra was very nice and helpful with advice and a positive demeanor. I ll be back if I need any additional automotive parts or advice because of her!

Got my car towed 3days before xmas last year . Was parked for 7 mins...any company that hires a towing company and allows them to practice predatory towing can kiss my a*** IDGAF PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!Thats criminal $475! My car was there 45min.

Bought a battery for my bmw and the battery was worse than the one I replaced dropped down to 12.2 volts overnight and kept having to jump start it this is after having it fully charged so it ended of leaving me stranded and had to buy another new battery up in Merced so I paid cash explain my situation they told me that they need to test the battery first and if it is no good even with my receipt there not giving me a refund because it doesn't work like that I shouldn't have bought another battery so if it's bad they can replace it but t I'd also have to wait feel days they treated me like I stole the battery the store manager lalady waS the b igfest b. Ch and rudest I ended up taking my battery and going to a different O'Reilly and they refunded it and treated me like th a paying customer I was this lady tried to tell me that jf the battery shows 12volts its good then it should be around 12.6 and her dumbassi s store manager they need to repace her she poor to have out there with the public

Great customer service and prices. Only thing is somebody needs to do something about the outside of the business, people loitering and blocking the walkway especially in the mornings. Graffiti and trash.

Always have the product I need, they have good stock of their merchandise. Service is good. The only thing is their parking is dangerous. You have people Trying to break in cars right in front of the store, it's not the stores fault but the neighborhood is bad.

It's a auto store place (In the hood) so these type of stores usually just hire anybody and the customer service usually reflects that. I ordered a part to be delivered within a few days; however, the part never made it to the store. All I was told is that s that I can get a refund... I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered.

Probably the best staff experience I've ever had anywhere, let alone at an auto-parts store. My saleswoman taught me to install wiper blades. Wonderful staff, 10/10 experience.

Went in for some things, and as I paid, I handed the employee LUIS the cash and accidentally miscounted. He held out the money I gave him and tried to take more money out of my hands to "teach me how to count". I then made a remark, saying "I know how to do math". He then threw me my change. If you do happen to go to this store, don't even try being nice to this BOY. He's straight up rude!

Izekiel whom said was the supervisor when i called 12/3 at 9am first placed me on a 3 minute hold then hung up- i called again where he answered and rudely said "HOLD" when i caught his attention and asked to speak to supervisor he said that he was it- i dont understand how an uneducated rude poor customer service man is a supervisor- i called to get info in which he then said he refused to talk to me so he put me on hold again only for another young man to answer and tell me theres a line and they are busy at 9 am - i never write reviews but O'rielly please make your customers feel like they can call for help rather than be answered by a bunch of rude young kids

I went to this store for auto oil but they dont have the brand that I used. I then walked to walgreen the next door for some medicine. Just 8 minutes, my car was towed. It cost me $375 to get my car back. They are crazy. I will never ever go to this store.

why would you say the store closes at 10 pm but be close by 9 pm ? so we call the store and what they do answer the phone call and then hang up wooow what a great customer service.......

The people that work here don't even know tools. If u don't know basic tools like what a socket is maybe u shouldn't work at O'Reilly.
