I like this location because it stays open the latest in Oakland 10pm is pretty decent for autopart store closing time

The only gripe I have with them is due to the rowdy customers they have, getting them to answer the phone and not forget you are on hold cab be difficult. I blame that on their location though. Otherwise they tend to be knowledgeable and helpful when you are in store.

Great service and management, Ms. VHelp with any auto repair and parts. If they don't have they will order it or what store have it.

Nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there. !! Or work there!! Too many angry customers because they don't follow up on customers request to notify them if and when the part they ordered is available. Augustina is the managers name needs more insentive in following through with customers orders.

No complaints at all.I was helped by Steven & he was everything an employee should be,knowlegable efficient & even taught me the correct name of a part i've always thought was a motor mount.Employees as such will bring continued repeat business.

More products on the shelf than auto zone. Great customer service with a knowledgeable cast of characters.. Only had one bad experience after a bunch of trips back and forth from home..

There were about 10+ employees there, only 3 helped customers. The clerk that 'helped' me didn't have a clue. 3 simple parts: a powerstearing hose, transmission hose, and transmission repair kit. 1 hour!!!!! She went in the back and socialized, and laughed. I don't complain much, but that experience was horrible! I missed my appointment to pick up my transmission as a result.

Very attentive & Friendly staff , mask are required & social distance markers are in place. They have alot of different sizes and prices for car lamps ( light bulbs ) . Auto zone ordered the wrong one , even after I brought it in. Thank youu guys

This place is pretty good as auto parts stores go. Cool staff really good stock of parts... tools are somewhat expensive compared to AutoZone but that's showbiz.

I would give this store a 0 ! Ridiculous I called n they had me on hold for 30min then I called again & explained & was put on hold for another 15min & was told my request was in stock I drove up to only be pushed right out & said I had to call customer service. There in store customer service was already a ZERO. Did I forget to mention I run a Body Shop witch makes it 10 times more frustrating & so unprofessional. My apologies to my sales man who always visits my business more than once a month to sell me his products. I won t be purchasing from this location for there customer service is all over the floor!! -MD AUTO BODY !

I was in the parking lot, they wouldn't help a female customer install a headlight, and they sold her the wrong headlight part. I work at Tesla and I was able to help their customer out. This is the worst customer service I've ever witnessed.

Get what you need and what not don t expect over the top CServ. They will close early so last minute visits aren t recommended .

Easy place, checks in with you (if you need help) and attends to you (if you want it). Typically O'Reillys which is good! No hassle crew and doesn't bait me (read other reviews, specifically AutoZone where they tell me they have something but they don't).

I pulled into the store 15 min before closing, a time when most employees are not real happy to see customers, but Tristan and Ray were not only helpful, they offered me pizza as I was checking out!! This is above and beyond average customer service!! So my advice, if you are in need of parts in this neck of the woods, this is the location to go to

Um yes please. To excellent customer service by both the manager and employee for taking back to my car instead of me carrying my big ass heavy battery back to my car. Definitely coming back here to get my alternator.

My favorite O'Reilly store. I been going here ever since I started driving and this is back in 1996 when I was just 16 yrs old. It is to be Kragen then it switch up to another game before it became O'Reilly.

Ray was Amazing . Ray provided superb professional service. Go see for yourself. All the staff were friendly,but Ray was exceptional he cared .

Going to the OReillys on International Blvd in Oakland WAS THE WORST !!!They make dozens of people waiting outside with only 2 customers inside and it took me 48 min. to even get inside and then they are rude and angry that they have to wait on you at all !

It was a good experience. Didn't have to wait a long time for anyone to offer their assistance. Right in and out.
