On 11/22/23 at 2:22 I purchased parts here and was checked out by the most unfriendly and rude cashier. She a chunky African American lady. Never coming back.

Every time I come to Oreilly in Oakland there s always a black woman upsetting me with her nasty attitude! Today it was Sashae, Sasha or whatever she called herself. I come to buy one light bulb and I asked her what options did I have as far as the type of bulb she gave me no answer to my question then got the bulb off the shelf still not giving me options for type of bulb. Then I asked to see it for myself and she proceeded to ask me for my cash or card. I told her I wanted a to see the options and she looked at me like I was gonna steal the bulb. So I took the package out her hand and of course it was the ugly yellow color low beam cheapest option available. Since I seen it was an H11 I went to shelf myself and picked the more expensive version with white light instead of yellow. The bulb is for my wife car and I make sure she has the good stuff and not the cheap stuff ol girl tried to sale me. Sad the way a well paying customer is treated in Oakland as a black man by a black woman.

Came down here for nothing. Called to see if they were able to install a car battery and was told over the phone they could. Then when I get here, the cashier asks if it's possible and if the rude and irritable old man that answered no is the manager.... this store is screwed. Least you can do is explain why and apologize for the confusion instead of being a poor sap

It's a small store but they have all the basics. Average service, average prices. The parking lot is a bit messy. The entrance and exit area are the same. So there is chaos when multiple vehicles congregate at the same time.

They were awesome my client did an online order for hydraulic fluid and ready for pick up when i arrived. Was able to fill my tow truck thanks to them loaning me a funnel. Somebody thought it was my fuel tank and siphoned it. Thanks for keeping Sherpa towing on the road

During this pandemic I had to wait outside in the rain and several employees didn't come in and left 1 person by themselves.I'm not Complaining. Didn't catch the name but was left with no choice and was very much appreciated for what they could do.Shape up your employees.

Customer service above and beyond expectation!Came in to have my Check Engine Light codes scanned. Other places had turned me away and had issues reading my system. It took 3 attempts but this location got it done.I was so happy ended up by some Bosch wiper blades I had planned to order from Amazon. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.Really bummed to hear that these excellent staff members were recently robbed at gunpoint, I hope O'Reilly's is looking out for their valuable team members.

The the hiring manager events don't want to hire nobody but Mexicans and only men he takes 8 Hour breaks he's never at the job I try to get a job he told the African-American manager no females I do believe the store manager is Barbara for the whole County she needs to be made available to talk to somebody about Vince unsafe hiring practices. He fired a female for having menstrual cramps. I am a man and don't understand why this mexican man will not hire nothing but mexican or Hispanic men. I needed a job but now I need a lawsuit. For unfair employment act. I have months and months going to purchase a car part and even help people put parts on their cars for nothing. Vince is the problem. Not the AFRICAN American man who says yheirs 2 positions one for a frmale and the other for a male

I appreciate O'Reilly's Auto Parts, were I can purchase my vehicle needs ,and they can order it if it's not a in store item plus they go that extra mile to make sure you have what you need for your Auto. Great parts store.

Great store and very helpful staff. Antonio was great! He helped me find the right windshield wipers for my car tho I didn t know the year and he even helped me install them! Thanks, Antonio!

The Parts Counter personnel are nice and greet each customer with a warm hello as soon as you walk in the door. I visit this store often and though it is on the small side, they get what you need quickly.

I went into the store and told them the different parts that I needed they had everything in stock and the cashier also help me with the some other things they were very helpful and courteous and I appreciate all of that

I purchase a brake system at their store one price was higher than the one when I came in to purchase the item by a considerable amount other than that everyone was very helpful if I was to go to O'Reilly's again which I will I look forward to the printer with the cleaning this and the helpful employees they have there everyone should go there it's pretty cool

Orielly's is off Hwy 580, MacArthur & High St. Exit, free customer parking lot,for stocked inventory for most car essentials, knowledge able in-store clerks for customer's auto needed products... Customer service is excellent, many women shop here.

Every time I go there, I find nobody at the counter. Pretty good selection and knowledgeable enough staff. I hate people working on the vehicles in the parking lot!
