All I can say is THANK YOU. When one employee couldn't help me she found someone who could...that would be Sam. I had spent 6 months changing parts I probably didn't need to change. But Sam was relentless about helping me find the correct parts and firing order. Car hasn't given me any problems since. They better hold on to this guy. His dedication is rare in these times. Again, THANK YOU.

I came to replace/mount my license plate frame after someone ripped the original off my car. Ruby was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful selecting a replacement that will be harder to steal. She even came outside and helped me mount them! She made my experience great. Thanks Ruby!

OBD reader isn't available until 12:15 everyday. If you need help with your car, better to go to another O'Reilly or AutoZone. Help here is unpredictable. They won't let you use the reader if only one person is working the front desk. There were at least four employees in the back room, but the lady at the counter refused to call any of them for literally a couple minutes of help.Other O'Reilly's will take your ID and give you the reader. That's much easier.

Just want to say the biggest thank you to Chris! I broke down outside of the store today and he came to my rescue, cleaned my battery terminal and gave me a jump start and gave me a good lesson on cars and engines whilst we was at it. I had my wife in the car who is allergic to the sun so I was panicked out of my mind not to mention we had our three dogs in the car also. Man he saved my life just from wanting to help. Thanks man Chris!

Usually I get great service and thoughtfulness from the staff. Today there was no one able to help me even with plenty of folks and a manager behind the counter. I like that the employees joke around and have fun with each other, but it was clear that was distracting from their customer service today. Big bummer.

Their prices are high. But the service is good.

They discriminate their own employees and fire them based on accusations made from another employee who was stealing money.Their company values clearly aren t respect and honesty if they can t even give that much to their own employees. They let anything happen to the employees with no care and ENCOURAGE you to go after shoplifters, but nobody gets in trouble for it anyways because their management is horrible. If you care about where your money goes, don t go here.

O'Reilly's is my number one place I call for parts. At O'Reilly's, I can count on the correct parts every time at a competitive price. I am completely satisfied with the business I do with O'Reilly's. When I walk in I receive a welcome and feel as though I am in the right place to get the parts that I need for my customer and I feel the confidence that I have for myself and that reflects on, and bounces back to my customer. Yes if you are in the neighborhood stop in nd see for yourself and you too will be completely satisfied.

Now here's a place where questions are answered and service is foremost! I really enjoy my time spent at their store! I'm learning more of their own hand stock and since they are my go- to place to properly recycle batteries I can always find something to spend my gift card cash on. They have knives, flashlights, and electrical gadgets that I can make practical gifts out of for some of my friends. Thank you O'Reilly's for charging my batteries when needed and recycling the ones that have past their time of being useful any longer.!

This five-star review is because of the service I received from Derek. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my van. He took the time to discuss with me what may be the possible problems with my van. You gave me great advice and was very friendly. There was one more other younger gentleman that was also very helpful but the majority of the other staff members I have interacted with all seem like they're having a bad day. Ask for Derek!

This O Reilly is in my experience a little bit less product store, but it still has what I need just not as stocked as the fruitvale store. A lot of times I have to go there because it's closer to My house.

I called in to see if they have the right battery for my car. They said that they did and gave me a price. When I arrived at the store they got the battery for me after double checking to make sure it was the right one for my car. No problems at all with my experience in coming to this store. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. Will come here again!

Rick at the Park Blvd store was kind enough to help me put a windshield wiper back on my car. Apparently it wasn't broken so I didn't have to buy a new one! Thanks, I'll be back for other auto parts & needs.

Was there to purchase headlight bulbs for my truck. The manager Kevin offered to install them, this was unexpected. Was amazed at offer. This was done in 20 minutes. You got a customer for life!!! Kevin was awesome!!!

I went to the foothill & fruitvale location after I called to see if they had the testing machine for the battery, they informed me they did. I headed over to the store, the manager on duty Marten was extremely unprofessional & rude. He said my problem was the battery but couldn't replace it because of a something about a tool which I offered to buy if need be, do you know this MANAGER said I dont know shrugged his shoulders & walked to the back, very rude. Anyway that was false because I went to High street, & they took it out & replaced it within minutes, s/o Alex @ that location. Fact of the matter is, I am 7 months pregnant & didn't want to get stuck like I had been the last few times of me going out so I NEEDED this battery replaced asap. This guy who is a manager was unwilling with an attitude & made excuses & shouldn't be a manager period for. My experience I feel was horrible. No way he should work in customer service with that attitude & as the manager he didn't handle the situation as one. Now Tristan at High street did the right thing came out took a look and said ok, I'm going to send someone out. He did & the battery got replace.

Super disrespectful staff, I called twice and got hung up on by some lady that failed to offer any assistance other than telling me her system is down. I was out front at 8pm and the door was locked and I could see people walking around the store. If you can help it shop elsewhere, they deserve to go out of business for there lack of customer service.

This location is in an improving neighborhood, near lake Merritt. They have ample parking, courteous staff and try their best to satisfy customers. They are very good about finding parts, and if it is not in stock, they search other stores to find it.They are also helpful with lending or renting tools.

First of all O'Reilly Auto Parts on Broadway is down to earth, and they treat each and body the very same. And a person don't have anything to worry about because they treat the people of the world with nothing but Respect. And if you might ever need help with any part of your car feel free to take it to O'Reilly Auto Parts;on Broadway.

It was very helpful going there. They do free diagnosis on your car, and you can take a picture of the results and know what to fix immediately and what can wait. That's great as far as I'm concerned being a woman.

The employees say "hello", when you enter the store, and are willing to answer any questions. The store is organized, the shelves and isles are well kept, not to mention it is well lite.

Not a lot of other choices around.Busy.There is usually a wait in line, for one or two open checkouts. The staff are nice enough though.Only made a few visits, but as noted by others, they do seem to have a "spotty" inventory of stuff. But hey, when they do have just what you want - like that there tire inflating doohicky - its Golden!

This particular store has always been the best of the chain I've experienced. I try to come to this one the most. The reason is due to the wonderful young guys they have working there. They are friendly, alert, pretty knowledgeable, and they actually try to do a good job. The other stores, in contrast, are stocked with typically lazy, shiftless, clueless, and unhelpful losers--although there usually IS an exception to be found at each store.Anyway, I just got off the phone with a woman at this location. She had a Filipino accent. It seems I had to repeat myself 3 times for each thing (what year is it? What model? Etc.) She could never get it straight. And then she's looking up the wrong part! Obviously, she has NO CLUE about auto parts. She shouldn't be in the position she's in. I was polite with her, but after waiting a few minutes while she tried to deal with the computer on her end, she started describing the wrong part, yet again. I told her, for the 3rd time, that the part I want (a front engine seal) has NOTHING to do with the transmission. But I don't know if she even could understand that much, because she got huffy and hung up the phone. WTF is this? I'm going to General Auto parts or AutoZone now. The Kragens (O'Reilly's) on Broadway turned out to be just as bad, FYI.I'd give these guys a poor service rating, based on this latest thing, except for the fact that it's typically been excellent. So the average is still really good. This woman just earned this review for them today, but take it with a grain of salt. Go talk to the guys there. They're great.
