I was introduced to Neo Autoworks by a friend, and my experience there was very positive. My son was involved in a minor accident, resulting in damage to the rear bumper of his car. Neo Autoworks promptly provided a complimentary estimate for the necessary repairs. The work was completed promptly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Jeff and Jenny from Neo were incredibly helpful in assessing the need for a body repair after an auto collision! My dad crashed his truck into another vehicle while he was cutting lanes. Thank god he has insurance and Neo helped him with all the communication between the adjuster and made insurance a breeze to deal with. and the truck looked as good as new when we got it back (see photos). Great place for bodywork and maintains, the quality and attention to details are next level, at the same time this is the fastest bodywork shop I ever been to, never need to worried anything more than leave the car there.

Neo Autoworks is one of the best autowork places I have been. Jeff at Neo Autoworks did a great job fixing my car.I had a car accident on the highway and my front door was crushed. I live in Los Altos and drove my Mini all the way to Oakland (totally worth it) and brought my car to them. They offer great custome service and always respond to me very quickly.They not only fixed my front door in less a week, but also fixed the wipers and changed the filter. They also replaced the small light on the back door.It was a great experience and I recommend you Neo Autoworks.

Just had a great body repair experience here at Neo Autoworks!The owner Jeffrey was a nice guy, very patient and very responsive in communication.I only spent a few minutes calling insurance company to file the claim, and then Jeffrey took care of this rest of things, appraisals and getting estimate etc. The whole process went very smoothly and I didn't need to worry about anything.The repair was done perfectly! Great job on the paint works! And he also found that two of the chrome window trims are not aligned so he even replaced them for free since they are not covered by the insurance claim. This was so nice!So I highly recommend Neo Autoworks and Jeffrey!

After a long road trip from Southern California. I had scraped the right front fender panel and front bumper cover of my Mercedes-Benz. The body shop recommended by local dealership. Turn around in one week, neo autoworks did all the insurance follow up and get all own parts for my replacement. They did a perfect job with this repair and, if I need any auto body work done in the future, this is where I will go.

This is the my local shop that works for all my cars for many years. They provide same quality as the dealership service, with much affordable price. All the invoice is clearly printed out and I got carfax reports on every service.I just bought my brand new honda fit here to install the coil-overs. They did a clean and professional installation. Highly recommend to everyone. The owner of the shop is a big car enthusiast. You can tell the way he treated his customers and their cars are as same as treating his own cars. I can tell there are a lot of internet violence going on in the reviews, that really bother me, but I will keep bringing my car to them and recommend to all my friends and family.

My 2012 Lexus has been hit and run while I am doing grocery shopping and it was very disappointed and special during stay home in shelter time and my friend refer me to Neo Autoworks and I reported to my insurance and since the Covid-19 insurance need ask Neo Autoworks to send all the damage pictures and within 3 days and Neo Auto's Manager Jeff and help me repair my car and thank your for all your support and caring and wish you all the best.Thank you for the honest and caring service and feel gratitude for all your support.

Jeff was such a nice guy! I had to have my side rearview mirror replaced and he got the parts and installed so quickly. He also was kind enough to check my other error messages and fix what he could. Jeff, Jenny, Nam and the rest of the crew do an amazing job at taking care of your automobile. I was having some issues before taking a trip up to mammoth, and Neo Autoworks was able to get me in on short notice, and fix everything with a very fast turnaround, at a great price.I can't recommend Neo Autoworks enough. I keep coming back for good reason!

They will rise the cost after repair and cannot provide the details of the cost. Furthermore, they didn t fix the problem at all and lie to you that they did the repair. Don t go there, do not be deceived.

Don't bring your car here if it's made by anyone else except for Japanese brand autos. They told me they only perform oil changes on Asians only brand autos. Nuts!
