New catalytic converter put in, and it was done in less than 2 hours. The thief did a smooth removal so it was just adding one in. Still a great price, fast service, and most of all friendly employees. The inside of the lobby area has a bunch if cool things inside that remind me of what the automotive T.V. shows have in them. Well kept and they also have water and coffee(if you need a quick jolt). I will be coming back again if I need anymore work.They also sell something that will help to protect your catalytic converter from being stolen so easily, but it seems to be a popular item that people get so they were out. One week wait time is what I was told.

I came in with a suspension problem I never experienced before ( called the Chevy shake/death wobble) Arilio got right on it and solved my problem adding a stabilizer, so far so good I'll be returning for a follow up soon per his instructions.Thank you Minute Muffler by

Amazing gem, so glad I followed up on the recommendation from my neighbor. Aurelio is friendly and I felt so comfortable leaving my car in their capable hands! I needed a catalytic converter replaced and had prepared for the worst, Minute Muffler had my car back to me incredibly quickly and it didn't hurt financially as much as I had expected either. I will definitely be returning when my car needs servicing. Thank you!

That special Oakland sound of being relieved of the platinum in my catalytic converter had me in a funk.The guy who answered the phone at Minute Muffler was so cheerful and reassuring. I can't tell you how much better the mechanic made me feel.I had a new set-up at a reasonable price in a few hours.Also, the shop was ridiculously clean. I was really impressed.

I left a message. I thought I wouldn't get a call back like in most cases when you leave a message at a business. He called back at the end of the day, had the best price and seemed friendly. I changed my plans and decided to go to Minute Muffler. I went the next morning and was out in 2 hrs. for the price quoted.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I've been coming here and only here for my exhaust work for years, since I lived around the corner on 69th. Aurelio is a great guy who isn't trying to get over on anyone, he quotes a price and that's what you pay, no surprises or extras popping out of nowhere. I can't imagine you will get better service, quality or price anywhere else in the Bay Area...you can give it a shot i suppose but just read through these reviews first.Service: Exhaust

The owner Aurelio was very helpful in everything from dealing with the insurance claim to getting the repair done fast. He was very proactive and communicative even outside of business hours. My husband and I had been the unlucky victim of a catalytic converter theft while out of town. We were able to get out of a complicated situation thanks to him. I couldn t be more satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

These guys took the time to help get me sorted after having my catalytic converter stolen from under my car. They answered my questions and even helped me find the parts myself. Good communication, fast repairs, and a good price too. Highly recommended!

Ive been going to minute muffler for 3 or 4 years now. Absolutely the best spot in the bay area. Fast, professional service and prices that wont have you eating at the shelter. This place rocks!

Good costumer service and great work. The guy that's at the front desk is pretty straight forward and honest. I took my 1997 Honda crv because I suspected that the catalytic converter was bad, he told me my cat was good and pointed me in the right direction. I've also had them install a catalytic converter on my 1992 Honda Accord. Work was done in a timely manner and haven't had an issue with any of the work that they did.

If you've suffered the loss of your catalytic converters by thieves, Minute Muffler will lessen the pain a bit. Super efficient and experienced. Loved working with Aurelio.

These Guys Are Beyond Awesome In Service... Caught a fat leak in my tire due to some loose metal driving thru a San Leandro Street Construction Site.Under a tight schedule...They remove the razor and got me back on the road in less then 30 minutes.
