I have lost track of how many times I have had my windshield(s) replaced here over the years. I won t go anywhere else. They just do great work at a great price. Low overhead, and the woman who owns the place is just so sweet. I miss their old location a bit (thanks Oakland), but I feel safe and welcome here, with my car in good hands. Highly recommended.

I got my passenger front window smashed and needed an urgent replacement since a storm is coming, I made some phone calls and nobody had the size of window I needed.Le Auto Glass told me they would get it the next day, so I kept calling repair shops. Less than five minutes after hanging up with them Le Auto Glass called to confirm they had it!I was grateful they kept on looking and followed up! The estimate was totally reasonable and they got me in right away. My car was covered with glass and they carefully vacuumed it until it was clean.If I didn t know I could not tell my window was replaced.The highlight was the people who run this business, Ms. Trang is super kind, she sent me to wait in a quiet room with two couches and a bathroom, all very clean. I had not had lunch and she recommended a place walking distance that was great!The technician fixing my window did a perfect job. Overall they helped me have a much less traumatic experience after the break in.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS SMALL AND AMAZING FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS!My car got hot wired so it is at the mechanic and Bay Area luck my rental car s window got smashed I am not exaggerating: I arrived at 9:23am and was out with a perfectly replaced window by 9:36am. I called the shop around 8:50am to inquire about pricing and provided the make/model of the car. Trang was very kind and told me I could come the same morning.Super fair and affordable pricing. My deductible is low ($250), but it was way more cost-effective to pay out of pocket.They have a welcoming, bright, and clean lobby with a bathroom to wait in. I made some coffee, but they finished so quickly that I didn t even have time to savor it because it was still piping hot My rental car is even cleaner than before the window got smashed because they vacuumed every spec of dust including the trunk!I am in awe at how meticulously and quickly they fixed my broken window. I hope I do not have to return, but if my window gets smashed again, I will only come here.

Quality work at reasonable prices. Service is fast, friendly, and fair.I was able to get a new windshield installed on my 2005 Nissan Titan within hours. Le Auto had the windshield in stock and gave a competitive price. I dropped the vehicle off around noon, and the work was completed by 4 pm.I highly recommend giving them a call whenever you need glass repaired.

I was unfortunately late to my reservation yet they cleaned the glass out of my car and fixed the window in like thirty minutes. Their waiting room is clean, bright, and there are snacks offered. Additionally, restaurants are near if you don t chose to wait there. Great customer service as well, very accommodating. They helped me drive my car in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to do a car glass replacement.

I got my car broken into a few weeks ago and needed one of the windows replaced quickly since it was about to storm. This place gave me a reasonable quote and was able to accommodate me dropping off my car after work. Very fast service and they even vacuumed my car. Not to mention, very friendly!

Service was quick and great!My car got broken into, and went to this place. They offered me the most reasonable price to replace my window and I was able to come as quickly as I can. Finished the service in 20 mins, and they even vacuum all the broken glasses. Highly recommend

Great service! We needed the car window replaced as someone broke in, yet again, to steal nothing. This window replacement service is ridiculously good. All in all it's easier, and faster, than a car wash.I called and they were very flexible with scheduling. I scheduled next only because that was my first availability, they were willing to rush it same day if I really needed. Next day they called one hour ahead to remind me of the appointment and make sure I get the address right. I got there, they were ready for me, and said it will be ready in a bit over on hour. They underpromised and overdelivered, it was all done in half an hour. Including cleaning up the broken glass from the seats, etc.Did I mention their prices are very good? I felt bad I didn't have cash on me to tip them. I didn't expect to tip at a repair shop, but it seemed unfair to pay so little for such great service.Service: Auto side window replacement

Please note updated address! Someone robbed them at 1888 and set their store on fire on 1/19 I came today (2/10) at 330pm for a broken window and they got me out of here by 410pm.I was referred here by word of mouth and they were the fastest and polite and kind. They also gave me a very fair price compared to any other place I tried to call.Please support this local mom and pop shop as they recoup!

Called a few places around Oakland searching for the best quote (after my driver side window was broken into) and they were definitely it. The look of the place isn t the best but the work is great. Got to the place around 2:10 and they were done before 3pm. Quick and professional work and everyone was extremely friendly and kind. They even went out of their way to help me start up my car after it failed to turn on 2-3 times and made sure that the issues my car was having got resolved and were patient with me as I tried to figure out my own car. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs window replacement.

Best service you could possibly ask for! Extremely nice crew and customer service! Came twice and both times they finished within an hour! The crew even went out there way and vacuumed the whole car for me both times! I have gotten my glass fixed three different times from different companies and they never once vacuumed and were twice the price! Never going to another auto glass shop again, they treat me like there own family which is refreshing. Real kind genuine people which makes genuine and great business as well! They go the extra mile Everytime!

Le Auto has been the best auto glass repair shop I ve been to in my 11+ years of living in Oakland, which has been a few times I ve had to visit them and tried a few other places before becoming a devoted customer of Le Auto Glass. Every time they have come through with exceptional and efficient customer service and auto glass replacement.They understand the customer wants/needs it a window repair ASAP and they will get it done if you can show up and pay for it they are happy to help.They not only are very friendly, but the glass work is done by a professional who can replace all kinds of car types. The one car I have had most windows needing replaced is a BMW X3 05 and they usually will replace it same day and if not next day. They have also been the most affordable option I ve found by a professional business, which is very helpful if you re like me and living in Oakland having to replace windows every now and then and even my full coverage insurance doesn t cover it.Thank you to the professionals at Le Auto Glass for always being !!!Kindly go and Support this Local Business who s been here 29+ years and Support Asian Businesses by coming here. The only place to go if you're unfortunate enough to have a break-in (once), or a boulder hits your windshield (second visit). Literally 1/2 price vs other quotes

Wow, super friendly by phone, extremely efficient in-house. Literally a third of the cost the dealership quoted me. Take note: it s on 17th AVENUE, not 17th street, people!! The owner said I m not the only one who went to the wrong place first:)

I had my car broken into (window smash) and within an hour of me arriving they had my car window repaired and all the class cleaned out of my car! So kind and efficient. It also cost way less than I thought it might! They re great!!

Sad to say that I'm a repeat customer. Both times my car window has been broken into these guys came in with the lowest price and had the correct window part on hand and were able to fix my window same day. They also vacuum up the glass as well. Hopefully they come out with a punch card soon.

Had my window broken in, and called around looking for quotes; out of all the people I called they had the most competitive prices and the nicest customer service. Though I ended up choosing another (my window wasn t in stock unfortunately) they definitely left a good impression on me; would recommend

It's through my insurance, so I can't comment on cost. My insurance put in wrong part number. The shop handled that and got OEM windshield for me with same deductible.It took 1.5 hour to install the glass. They let me see the entire process and they were very careful.My car has quite some sensors and cameras for ACC and lane centering. The insurance said it needs recalibration. The shop said no as they don't touch the wires. And the shop was right.Really sweet family business. Nice people.Service: Auto windshield replacement
