I've been going here for years. Best service in town . Great customer service from both brothers that work here. use to go to the shop on 18th street. Still get the same good service on High street.

Justin is a great mechanic. Honest, explains everything, takes his time with each customer. It was my first time going there and I was more than satisfied. He listened to my vague description of what was wrong and found the solution. Fair prices and fast service. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back for routine maintenance from now on.

Justin's my regular mechanic; this is his shop. The whole package: Honest, ethical, reliable, knowledge. We've been taking both our cars (Mazda3 & Pacifica Hybrid) here for years.

I had walk in today to get my Car AC fixed. I had talked to somebody there who told me they will help me. Meanwhile we let 30 minutes pass and nothing. We went up to the same man. He said they were unable to work on the car at all today or tomorrow because they were too busy. After having us waiting there in-front of him for 30 Minutes!!!!! Could of told me that since the moment I walked in there.Please be don t waste people s time.

Fantastic shop, Justin is super nice, friendly and informative. He got my car back in a timely fashion and charged a good price for the work performed that my Vehicle needed. I recommended my daughter to go to this auto shop. They did not acknowlage her at all. She waited over 30mins. Until she went up again and they told her that they were unavilable to take a look at her car. It took them that long to say no.Please do better.

Justin and Kevin are Master Mechanics and can repair any vehicle. I bring all my vehicles to them to handle my routine maintenance. If there is a issue found Justin will be honest and give you a fair price fixing your vehicle to OEM status. If you plan on keeping your vehicle for a long time trust in Justin and Kevin they will take care of you!!

I am coming today in a sort notify. The owner Justin is very nice and very helpful. Hr be able to taking care of my car and doing a good job. I get it done by 4pm . He giving a best price also with very good recommendation to taking care of my car. I am hardly give 5 starts to any service because i am conservative but this shop is the best in town . Definitely recommend. Come an check it out by yourself.Best

Wonderful experience. Earlier this week I needed a headlight replacement. Found them on Google. Headlight replaced in 15 minutes. I normally go to the dealer but I Am will be my choice from now on. Very nice professional people!

I am Auto Care is one of the best shops I've ever had the pleasure working with!The mechanics are kind friendly and knowledgeable.I have never experienced true honest mechanic and my 18 years of driving I found the best to mechanics in the world my nickname for them is Albert and Einstein thank you very much I am Auto Care thank you very much Cheers Cheers!Linnard Craft.

Two words to describe Justin - detailed and patient.He will offer options,explain costs and when something is not clear ,he'll break it down for you and allow you to make decisions with as much info as he can offer. All round great service from drop off to pick up!

Just picked up my 2011 BMW 535i from IAM Auto Care and I was helped by Justin Tran. Let me first start by saying Justin was very honest with me from the beginning I took my car in for a message on my dash saying charging malfunction I was pretty sure I was going to need a new battery or alternator but after checking out my car Justin found that my serpentine belt and tensioner were damaged I just had them both replaced through IAM Auto Care six moths prior he then let me know those parts are still under warranty from the previous fix (applauds his honesty)and replaced the parts for me for free and also waived the fee of 120$ for inspection and my car was fixed and ready to go the same day. They also fixed my TPM malfunction when the dealer told me the sensor for that was broken he was able to make it work again and save me 1500$ for that sensor the dealer said wasn t working so yes I recommend I AM Auto Care to anyone looking for honest skilled mechanics who work fast to get the job done.~Marvin

My front headlight went out and he had it done and has me back on the road within an hour.. superfast!! I recommend this guy.. reasonable prices!! Check I Am out!!

I ve been going I AM Auto Care for at least 2-3 and I have Justin s (Owner) phone number programmed in in phone. I m a Delivery driver so I need servicing and repairs multiple times a year.They always do great work and have great advice and is the only auto shop I go to
