So, who doesn't appreciate being the recipient of superb customer service? I certainly do! In my line of work, I strive to provide the public I serve with a pleasant experience. Needless to say I naturally pay attention to the quality of customer service I receive from the various establishments where I choose to spend my money. In fact, it is the level of customer service that will 9 out of 10 times determine whether I return to conduct business. I say all of the foregoing to say that Luis and Jesus at Fresh Auto Body Shop really went above and beyond to not only fix my significantly crashed car, but also to make sure that they honored the timeline and caused me the least inconvenience possible. Jesus was great at providing me with consistent progress updates and keeping me privy to information from my insurance company. The day they completed all of the necessary work on my car I was working late and had no way of getting to my car before the shop close. Jesus was kind enough to suggest picking me up from work. I was really impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got my car. I will, with no doubt, refer this Fresh Auto Body to friends and family. Thanks for taking care me, FAB!

I requested a quote to get my car repaired. I sent some pictures and contacted them by phone, a guy told me that he will call me back with an estimate that day, he never called me. I called back a week after and the same guy told me the same guy told me that he was gonna called me back in an hour and he never did. He should've told me that it wasn't a job that they couldn't do and not lie by saying that he was going to call me back. That's not professional.
