Got what I needed in 15 minutes. 4 tires to continue to work with the truck. And my alignment and balance issues are completely gone. When I work more and can afford the brand new tires I'll be back a 4th time to these guys. Thanks again!

Great pricing and aswome people been coming here since 2016 and the owner is a kool guy. They have used tiers differ tier levels and not only do they have used tiers they patch them as well.

Called these gentlemen this morning in my desperate quest to be back on the road with a spare and safe tires. Was met with great customer service and was told they had the exact tires I needed,(unlike some others who had only one or something very close to what I needed) settled on price, took the time to show me an unrelated issue he saw on one of my other tires, zapped em on in about ten minutes and I was done. Straight to the point guys who will now be my first choice when it comes to my tire needs. I most definitely highly recommend. In fact you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least call these guys as they have an abundance of tires that were difficult to find as was my case.A textbook example of when good customer service and efficiency meet.Well done.

Customer service was great. Service was quick 15 minutes from start to finish my tire was patched up and installed they where nice enough to add more air to my spare tire aswell . $20 bucks for my Tire fix they take CASH ONLY .

Got a flat Sunday night as any open tire shops were closing. Monday was Labor Day . Luckily another shop mentioned this place because everyone else would be closed for the holiday. I m from southern Cali so I was freaking. Parked my car for the night on the street, first thing in the morning I nursed my car in there with my flat and they had me out of there in 20 min or less for a reasonable price. Life savers for sure

Used this place in the past. Today tried to sell me used tires at above new tire prices. Tried to negotiate/show him the avalable new tire prices but wouldnt come down. Ill be ordering a new set from castro valley tire pros for $100 less than the same tires used at fat cat. COME ON GUYS GET IT TOGETHER!

I came to get a used tire, a guy showed me a good looking tire told me the price, i go get the cash to give to them and a different guy came back with a different tire put on my rim was alot older and worse condition than the one i was shown, i asked the guys about it one all of a sudden does not speak english, and the guy that brought my rim out kept saying this one is better and refused to hear me and started to walk off. The tire they put on my rim is 8 years old and was starting to crack and should not have even been mounted. They are located in a flea market parking lot which was extremely busy and i just wanted to get out of there, hopefully people read this, these guys are dishonest and will take advantage of people, i do not recommend going to them especially with all trouble you have to go through just to get there.

Only spot in the East bay that had my tires in stock. When I got there and they were closing up but since I called before going there the owner set them aside. Very fast service and better prices. Definitely will be getting my tires from there now.

I showed up with 4 high performance tires on my car wanting a rotation and balance, one of which was brand new. I noticed a few days later I now only have 3 Firestone tires on my car- they replaced the new one for an off brand tire and sent me on my way. Shady as all hell, DO NOT GO HERE

The guy in charge stacked the old dirty tires by the trunk of my car and told me the tires are yours and have to take them!!!
