Around 9:PM one of the mikies tow truck company driver crossed the red light and cut me off on high street.When I honk at him to drive slow he start acting weird further 2 bloks i was following this driver made a illegal u turn and almost hit the pedestrian walking on side walk.... I have all this recorded on video. I am trying to call the business management they don't have phone number on Google map California State License Board will be informed.I want someone get back to me and discuss this matter next review I will update my review with driver pictures...

Their service was great. I needed my car towed. They arrived sooner than expected and waited for me. They didn t leave and leave me stranded like other towing companies have done. The whole team was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Mickis Towing.

This is the absolute worse place for towing! AAA requested that the company tow my car. I had to wait two and a half hours for a tow because the driver said that they were short staffed. In the midst of trying to get my car on to the truck bed, the driver ended up breaking my steering gear. He was very apologetic and wrote down his name, driver number and his boss, Vincent's, information, whom he called while on the scene.Vincent was not only rude but refused to take any responsibility for the accident caused by his driver. He yelled and screamed at me when I tried to explain that both the driver and I heard when the part broke AND the driver admitted to using too much force. I am stuck with a $3500 bill because of this company. NEVER use this tow service. You've been warned!! They do not care about their customers at all.

Don't know about the painting, but the tow services were outstanding in a very difficult situation.They all went above and beyond.Many thanks to their brilliant staff.

I really appreciate Hung s great service. My car would not start at all!!! The wait was not too long and I was able to message driver. Hung is very friendly and does a great tow job without tearing up your car. Thank you very much!!!

Driving on Shattuck, slowed down because one of their trucks was going to cross and I wanted to let him through, driver was screaming out the window at me while I was still at least 30 feet away and stopped his truck, blocking the street entirely and blocking cars from the other direction, continued to scream out his window as I motioned for him to keep going, while pointing at me he opened his door and started to climb out of his truck while still yelling, the truck rolled forward a small amount and I was able to get past on the right as he yelled and screamed at me as I drove away.I don't know what his problem was or if he's just a psychopath. Be aware!

Mick's Towing towed my car on Thanksgiving night. I went there the next morning (paid $285) and when I went to recover my property from the vehicle, of course, they went through my sh*t and helped themselves to what they wanted namely a battery charger, jumper cables, a few tools, my shoes and clothes and sunglasses, car cleaning products, etc. Can't trust these m-f's!

Absolutely terrible "service". Geico booked a tow from this company and they said they would be here in 1.5hr. After 1.5hr they pushed back the ETA another hour and ultimately cancelled the tow all together. Wasted 3 hours on this absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible. They randomly cancelled my tow service and when I called to find out what happened, they hung up on me. Terrible service.
