Crash Champions on 10th street is AMAZING. The team there is all very helpful and kind, and the process of getting an estimate and then fixing the car was very smooth. Renee was the absolute best. She explained everything about the insurance coverage and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!

This shop was hands down a 10/10 not one single issue everything was as promised heck they even worked with me on pricing,because insurance couldn t cover all of the cost. I also liked that they did not Guarantee the time or anything he (Brian) just gave me an estimate but through it all I got my car back at the time he stated on the estimate and the work they did on my Lexus was phenomenal can t even tell. Everything from the bumper trunk and back rear door lined up. Communication and understanding was a 10/10. I 100% recommend them ..

These are the champions, my friends.After visiting five other repair shops, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of this garage. I was received promptly at the time of my appointment and Vu Ly was friendly and efficient in examining my Toyota Prius, which had been sideswiped while parked on a public street. I was permitted to keep my car, which was still drivable, until needed parts came in for the repair.The work was finished in four days (earlier than they had estimated and weeks before the competing shops could promise), my car was washed inside and out, and I was called to pick it up with plenty of time before closing on a holiday weekend.Vu even offered me a money-saving solution for some additional cosmetic work that would improve the appearance of my aging vehicle.They furthermore managed the relationship with my insurance company beautifully. I m really fortunate to have chosen Crash Champions, wish them my best and have respect and appreciation for Vu Ly, whose customer service was excellent.

Great Service, Great Workmanship, Great Customer Service.We came in for an estimate, we were helped by Brian (Anderson) right away. He was very accommodating, easy to talk to and discuss our best options. We got daily text update on the status of our car..and they even called us an Uber. Workmanship was great and they cleaned our car inside & out.

I am very impressed with Crash Champions. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have an automated system that provides text messages that keep you up to date on the status of your repair and estimated completion date so you aren't left wondering when your vehicle will be ready. Hopefully, I will not need their services again, but if I do, I won't think twice about calling them. My vehicle looks perfect again!

I would not recommend this place. The body work that was done was as it should be but everything else was terrible. My original estimate was 30 days for repair, on the 28th day i was informed that they had to order parts and it would be another week. Why didn't they prefer those parts with all the others? Days into that i called to check in my car and was told I'd get a call back that day. I didn't. I called back to discover that it was going to be another week. I called asking about a wheel that was scratched during the accident, was told they'd check and call me back, they didn't. Didn't repair the wheel either. When i finally did get my car back it was dirty inside and out. There were smudges and dirty hand prints on the white interior of the car, my saved seat settings were changed to reclining (why was anytime playing with the seat?), and the front motor compartment was completely covered in dust. There's a layer of dust on the windshield that won't come off in the car wash, which means there's a coating of dust all over the car. I need to pay to get it detailed now. I've filled out two surveys and no one has contacted me. Apparently these people don't care about a poor customer experience, and they are terrible at returning calls. The body work is as it should be but the car is dirty and customer service is bad. I would not recommend Crash Champions.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My experience with George V Arth & Son is one I'd expect to have if I had first vetted it with a man who knew about cars (we all know the stereotype), except I've only ever visited this shop on my own. I trust this shop with my Infiniti as much as I trust the Infiniti dealership!The team is well knowledgeable, always friendly, and they're great at tailoring their communication for people like myself who don't know much about cars. Great value - super fair pricing for an always high quality service, and they always add a cherry on top. I also appreciate the transparency in consultations - I know they'll be honest with me if they think I'd be better off going to the dealership for a fix.I totally missed my window for the carwise review but I just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and team!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

These Folks are The Absolute Best! Professional, Knowledgeable, Superb Workmanship, On Time, Go The Extra Mile, Courteous, Smart. They do what the other shops can't and buff It to a Shine. Great with Insurance Adjusters. I've gone to them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

100% recommended. Top-quality service. Knowledgeable, communicative, trustworthy. They keep to timelines/update if necessary. The shop floor is clean and professional.They ve repaired my Mazda twice, after being rear-ended, and after a hit & run both times, extensive damage. Both times, they handled all of the insurance stuff I didn t have to do a thing even when 2 insurers were involved.On the most recent repair, they stuck with me and persistently and patiently updated as we waited through lengthy supply-chain delays and they kept my car safely with them throughout.At pickup, your repaired vehicle will be sparkling clean inside and out.Absolutely, take your repairs to Geo. I took in my vehicle to repair a scratch on one of the doors. They completed the service within 2 days. The staff are professional and provide an amazing customer service. From the very first call and all the way to driving my car out of the shop, every single person who I communicated with was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They did a superb job on my car, they communicate both with calls and texts, and I was never in the dark about the progress. I can't imagine a better experience. Overall great experience hands down. Renee and Brian are the only 2 I communicated with but HANDS DOWN TOP NOTCH! My vehicle looked as if nothing never happened. Kudos to this experience. I without a doubt will recommend anyone and everyone here.

As advertised - great service and great value. My vehicle was rear ended - superficial scrapes. They provided various options to include touch-ups or full bumper finish (sand, buff, paint, polish) - I elected to go with the latter and was not disappointed. I went through three different, top-rated body shops to get estimates - George V Arth & Son provided the most reasonable price point (for the local area). Timely updates were given regarding repair status and was delivered earlier than expected. Shop went above and beyond by polishing the trunk too at no added cost (previously covered in bug splatters due to vehicle being recently shipped on open carrier). Will refer to friends and gladly return for future services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I am leaving George Arth, I always tell them I hope never to see them again, and they smile and wave and say they'll be there if we need them. These friendly, competent folks are my go-to for the assorted scratches, scrapes, and dings provided by the roads (and drivers) of Oakland.Their body work has been impeccable, and (as important to me) their communication, too. They haven't always been able to deliver on the planned timeline, but they've been so diligent about letting me know immediately if a part is delayed or something that it's much easier to manage and plan my life around the hiccups. This experience is worlds apart from shops I've used in the past where I feel like I'm constantly calling for updates and still never get a straight answer, even days after my car was supposed to be done.This shop has earned my repeat business with their consistent performance. I still hope I never see them again, but I'm really glad they'll be there when we need them. Service: Body & Trim

was delighted with my experience with Geo V. Arth last week, and I am recommending the business to all my friends.Not only was each person I spoke to amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, but the service they provided was far and above what I could have expected.First, the business was willing to conduct a repair that other shops had turned down.Second, they gave a very reasonable estimate.Third, the repair came in under estimate, thanks to some research by Ren�e in the front office, who was a pleasure to work with.Fourth, the repair was beautifully done, my family was amazed by the transformation.Fifth, my car was spotless inside and out, which involved a considerable amount of work.Sixth, the engine was humming like a top and running far better than when it went in.Many thanks to Darren for looking through his files to look at jobs that needed completion, and calling me at the exact moment that I really needed to do the repair!Service: Body & Trim

There s a reason this is a 100+ year business. I needed a bunch of work and haven t had body work done before - the shop super kindly helped explain the process with insurance to me. And after, when I brought it in, texted me regularly to keep me updated. And when we realized we needed the car back a day earlier than expected, they made it happen! AANND it ended up costing half what it was projected to. I mean, wow. Just never been treated so well ANYWHERE let alone a shop. So 100%, go to this place. It s a gem.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This auto shop is truly the best I've experienced. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. Even cleaned my car - such a nice surprise. I highly recommend this shop. So grateful for their services.

I had an incredible experience working with them. My catalytic converter was stolen and my insurance company would not help with finding a repair shop. My friend recommended George V Arth. I called them Monday morning, they asked me to send my insurance estimate and told me to bring in my car as soon as I am able to.The moment I sent my insurance estimate, they ordered the parts. I brought my car in Thursday, they replaced the catalytic converter, installed the cat trap, fixed my broken car key and driver side mirror, AND washed my car within 4 hours!The work is affordable and the people are friendly and so easy to work with. If you are one of the many who had a catalytic converter stolen during the pandemic OR need body work, I highly recommend them.

Front drivers side toward the wheel hit by AC transit bus. Mercury recommended Arth & Son. Very pleased with this company. From my first interaction with the Office contact who was as pleasant as a sweet peach on a hot summer day to the kind professional manner that Brian Anderson the Assistant Manager their service was on point. Wanted to bring a clean vehicle but didn't make time to wash and vacuum out. But man...my car looked brand new when I got it back. They even painted an area they did not have to do, SWEET! Hope I won't need body work again in this life (yeah right) but if I do I know where to go. The cost was reasonable too even though I didn't have to pay for it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brian asked questions as if he were familiar with car insurance claims which was helpful. I sent over the estimate, dropped my truck off & Rene kept me posted. She also helped me tremendously when Geico left me in the dark about when & where the check would be sent. Overall I loved the family dynamic, the honesty, my car s wash, the improvisation that kept my repairs at the estimate total, and the quality produced. Thank you all, you ll see me again for maintenance.

Very nice and cordial people. Had my passenger window and windshield replaced. Only complaints are that whoever vacuumed did a terrible job. Shards of glass still under the seats and in the crevices of the seats and in the crevices of the floor of the car. Also someone accidentally broke the Jesus off of my rosary necklace that hangs on my rear view. I should have taken that off but had forgotten but still. Lack of care and attention had me a bit disappointed that it happened. I would still recommend, just don't forget to clear items, like rosary that hangs on rearview mirror.

I own a 2006 Toyota Prius. Twice during the pandemic my catalytic converter has been stolen. I was at my wits end. Those things are EXPENSIVE to replace!! But Geo Arth & Son s quick, excellent service + decent pricing helped me feel better. I ve discovered that Prius cars are in the top 5 for cat converter thieves. So at my request they provided me with an anti theft device (Cat Shield). Not only was their cat converter replacement less expensive than other shops I contacted, but they also beat other shops pricing by several hundred dollars on the Cat Shield. Before I picked up my car, they even washed & detailed it & refilled my fluids. The staff was super nice & their service was fantastic! I recommend them highly

I've been taking cars to George V. Arth for two decades and have been very happy with them. The repair work is always done on time, and looks great. Any new paint always matches perfectly. Recently, our Subaru Outback had body damage all along the passenger's side. They made it look like new and even ground and polished out some scratches in the alloy wheels that weren't part of the job.

Had a great experience with Geo V. Arth from estimate to pick-up. Customer service was exceptional as was the repair done on my car. The car was delivered on schedule. To make the experience complete, the cars was sparkling clean when I picked it up.

I just picked up my BMW from having a fender dent fixed. As usual the service was excellent. I have been going to GVA&S for years. They do fine work, their prices are reasonable, and they are friendly and honest people. What more could anyone ask?
