They were amazing my car broke down on Thursday morning they found the problem and fixed it in two days . It was a new battery wires n alternator in a Lexus es350 witch is hard to repair cuz u have to take a lotOut. They worked with me on price and didn t stop till I could afford it and still did all the work the people here care about there customers and I ve never had such a good experience with a car repair place . I recommend this place to anyone who wants to walk out a happy person. I had Andrew at the front desk he went above and beyond for me it was a great experience for being such a bad day with my car breaking he made it possible for me to pay for my car thank u Andrew!!!

Costa Auto Care was great, my brother had taken his truck there previously and recommended them. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and they were happy to talk things through with me. They even looked into an issue that with the brakes that were installed by another shop and provided their expert advice. Thank you!

I am totally satisfied with the service I received! I needed emergency repairs and they listened to all my concerns and did a very thorough diagnostic of my car. They explained everything in detail, and gave me options that I was comfortable with. The repairs were done quickly and I got my car back when they said it would be done. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service!

took my Nissan NV 2500 here to get some much needed work... the overall (highly-detailed) estimate to get everything done was out of my budget, but Micheal worked with me to break things down and get what I wanted done first (within my budget)... unfortunately, we had a hiccup with the initial repair, but without hesitation, Micheal (and his mechanics) responded, took care of it, and I was on my way... I would highly recommend this shop!... I'll be back soon to get the rest of the work on my truck done... the waiting room is comfortable with complimentary bottled water, Keurig coffee/tea/hot chocolate, a nice big screen tv, and a clean bathroom...

Costa did a great job fixing my transmission issue on my Toyota Corolla at the lowest possible cost. I also got two new front tires from them that are working well. A special shout out to Michael and Andrew who were very accommodating to me because I am immunocompromised and high risk for COVID. They graciously wore masks and left my car with windows open for several hours before I picked it up. Thank you.

During a road trip, my son's car was stolen in Oakland. The car was recovered after a few days, but we needed it quickly inspected and repaired for road worthiness. Andrew and his coworkers were very helpful and responsive and were able to make necessary repairs to get my son back on the road. We are very pleased to have found this business.

It was late in the day when AAA towed my car in but they stayed to make sure my car was secured behind the locked fencing which helped me feel more at ease. They replaced 2 tires for me & several other items I called & requested they do. They called the following afternoon to let me know everything was taken care of. I feel the work was well done at a fair price. I will be comfortable calling them next time I need any service.Services: Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation

Great mechanic owned family business. I had a comprehensive inspection which identified a few issues with my Toyota. Once again a basically new tire was punctured by a nail in the sidewall. The tire had to be replaced. Costa Tires, however, gave me an appointment very quickly. We agreed that the wheels should be aligned if necessary. They replaced the 2 front tires and told me the wheels were aligned, sparing me that expense. This is an honest business. The family cares about its customers and its quality of work.

I had my car aligned at the dealer due to a related warranty repair. They did not do a good job. I called Costa Auto Care on a Tuesday morning and told them the issue and that I was leaving on a road trip on the coming Saturday. They had me come in that afternoon! They showed me the numbers how the the alignment was not done correctly at the dealer. They went ahead and did a new alignment right then. Now the car drives great and I am ready for my trip.Costa is the best in the business!

Costa Auto Care is a lot more affordable than the dealership but does a lot better work and has a much higher level of attention to detail in my experience. They have completely revived my old Camry multiple times and keep my Tacoma well maintained. They take thorough vehicle inspections with an accessible online platform with pictures for you to look at and are honest about what work is necessary and what can be put off for a while longer. Even when unexpected issues have arisen they have gone above and beyond to keep my vehicles running great over the years and I am happy they are my local auto shop. Highly recommended.

Love Costa!!! My gas tank was punched and gas stolen, Costa allowed me to have my truck towed there without an appointment and began part ordering right away. Service: tire balance and rotation.I have passed by this place,since they opened. And most times I stopped. Was to get air,check to see if the nail would cause a flat. Not one time were they too busy to stop and help me. This time I really needed help. They got me right in.Chris, very nice,took time heard me,walked the SUV with me. Gave me a very very good price (if nothing else was wrong). I left, 2hr later (cause theses folks stay busy) that problem solved.So yeah I will be back. The Costa brothers and the team of auto mechanics are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. It was a solid experience. The diagnostic comes complete with pictures and notes indicating what needs repair and how well the vehicle is maintained. Communication is good. I came here based on high reviews alone, with the full expectation that they might not be 100% legit but wow great service here!! I shared jokes with everyone I talked to. :DI came in with concerns about my brakes and Michael showed me through both a test drive and physically on the vehicle that they were actually in great shape and didn t need replacement at all. Ernesto found two nails in my tire and after pulling them out, also showed me how shallow they were and didn t need repair.I appreciate so much that he worked with me within my budget and didn t try to convince me my car was dying and they re the only ones who can save it like other places have tried. Thank you all!!

This was my first time going to Costa Auto and I was referred there by a trusted mechanic I've been going to for years. From the moment I pulled my car into Costa Auto to the time I left, everything was above and beyond, seriously. Everyone was very pleasant and so knowledgeable, and they asked questions, really listened and gave me great feedback and suggestions for solutions to the problems I've been having with my vehicle. I will be going back next week for my appointment and will definitely come back to Costa Auto for any further repairs and maintenance. I recommend this place for anyone in need of skilled and honest mechanics.
