I don't like the vibe here although it's so much closer to where I am. I prefer to drive to Fremont Lexus for all my services. They're so much more respectful and they value your presence there much more. The associates have been rude to me a couple of times coming in to the Oakland location. I don't recommend.

Took them about 2.5 hours just to get my 5k maintainence done and it doesn't even require an oil change. Just a basic tire rotation inspection, wash, and thats about it. Wanted to avoid coming to this place but had to get rid of the maintainence alert on the dashboard. Totally regret this.

Since I bought my Lexus from Coliseum Lexus of Oakland on March 20, 2023, I haven t yet received the 2nd key nor any notification regarding to the 2nd key delivery.Using a car with only one key is very inconvenient, and after services I have received from this dealer is extremely disappointing.

The best staff - shout out to Bibek - went out of his way to help me get what I wanted in a tight market. Very relaxed atmosphere and best place to shop for your next Lexus.
