My husband and I were referred to Coliseum Lexus of Oakland via a Costco Auto Program referral. Billy contacted us right away to see what I was interested in seeing and set up an appointment for that day. I was able to test drive the model of Lexus I was interested in and Billy was very charismatic, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I was just in the research phase of my car shopping but ended up taking a car home that day! The experience was easy and painless! I would highly recommend working with Billy and through this dealership!

My car buying experience here couldn t have been more spectacular. Bibek and Rick made my first vehicle purchase a breeze. Bibek listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was patient with me for several months until I decided I was ready to buy my car. Every detail and feature I was looking for he was able to find me my dream car. He is a great salesman with awesome people skills definitely makes the car buying process less stressful. The customer service here from the entire staff is exemplary, when I happen to be in the area and stop by, it s very nice that they remember face and name even months down the line. They truly make you feel at home and taken care of here. I m beyond happy with my purchase and thankful for the Coliseum Lexus staff for being apart of the process.

My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful NX450h+ F Sport from this dealership. We have gone to other Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area, but none come close to this one. People here are actually warm, personable, and kind, and Tom Tang stands out as being one of the best!! Purchasing a car is such a big expense, and you want a fair deal - we got that and more here. We're so glad to have met and worked with Tom. He's incredible, and we'll most certainly be back! (Also will be raving about him to all our friends and family). Ask for Tom!

Of the 3-4 Lexus car dealerships that I visited in the bay area, I can easily assert that this was the best place if you are looking to buy a new Lexus vehicle. The overall experience was fantastic. And a BIG thanks and shout out to Chimgee. She is simply so great with her customer orientation and ensuring continual engagement and updates. Also, unlike other places where three different folks will pose for you as the next level of boss at the other dealerships, at this place Chimgee was the only sole contact for us and would assume end to end responsibility for the purchase.Again, seems like a good place. And I would recommend you to try it if you are in the Bay Area.

Jimmy Lee was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on different tires' advantages and disadvantages. He gave me a price on the best tires I can put on the car and even when I said I was okay going a little out of budget, he still insisted on trying to find cheaper options that fit my budget. (He wasn't trying to upcharge me.) He also gave me a good rundown on my upcoming maintenance and his personal recommendations without any pressure to buy it at all (if anything he said that I should come back later instead of buying it now) All of that considered, he even gave me a $70 discount just because... well I guess because he's awesome like that.Upon this, the dealership gave me a ride to and from the Bart when I dropped off and picked up the car. They sent me a whole video showing every aspect of the car and the mechanic saying their recommendations as they pointed the camera at the parts they were talking about. They cleaned the car and vacuumed the inside. The tires look great and the alignment is very well calibrated. (I've had problems with other dealerships doing my alignment good, but they did great here.)Jimmy Lee was constantly asking if I needed water, or if I needed to use the bathroom. He walked me out to my car and made sure I was all set with the information I needed and that I was satisfied before I drove off the lot. He was very patient and didn't have that fake-kindness vibe. If you meet him, he's very straight and to the point. I will definitely be returning to the Coliseum dealership.Thank you Jimmy!

I promise you this is the worst car dealership ever. First they will try to persuade you buy their car and once you buy it their attitude changes towards you like you re not worth anything. These people are scammers they will try to hook you up with their additional warranties and when you want to make a claim they would tell you they don t cover that. I called finance manager and director both like 15 times they don t answer your call or respond to voicemail. I just hired a lawyer and going to take this matter to court now. I encourage anyone who have been played by this dealership should hire an attorney and do a settlement because no one deserve this. Also if you guys need a good lawyer let me know I can shoot you down the info in the comments.

Review of Sam T (salesperson): *12 out of 10*This man deserves a raise. For more than 3 weeks Sam has stayed with me, from the first day I called in to inquire about a car until the day I drove it off the lot. Probably close to 50 phone calls. I'm a very cautious buyer so I pestered him with a lot of questions, and the whole time he was patient, responsive, cordial, and in general just took very good care of me. Extremely hard working too, even answering calls after hours. Plus, on our way out of the dealership, our old car (not a Lexus) broke down, and Sam was nice enough to help us jumpstart that car.If you're like me, the main quality you look for in a car salesman is honesty. I am usually cautious when dealing with large amounts of money, but you have nothing to worry about with Sam, he is an honest, good person who will take care of your large purchase.Review of Rod H (general sales manager): *12 out of 10*Rod is just great, you should really meet him. Patient, honest, hard working, cordial, overall just a delight to work with. Also, he was able to beat the prices of all 20+ dealerships in the state of California. I would say, if you're working with Rod or Sam, you don't need to look further because you've already got the best deal. Coliseum Lexus, you have two stellar employees and I hope they are rewarded.Review of Coliseum Lexus: *12 out of 10*All I can say is, I will proudly wear my Coliseum Lexus license plate so that everyone knows where the best place to buy a Lexus is. If this review sounds too good to be true, it's not, I am just that amazed by my experience there. They are very COVID conscious and everyone follows safety protocols. I believe they also do delivery. They even put the bow on for us!

My experience with Coliseum Lexus was awesome! Brent went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and within my budget. Once I decided on a vehicle he made the process fast and easy. He was also very patient with my indecisiveness and answered all questions I had. Chimgee was also very helpful and informative. She took the time to thoroughly go over all of the features of my new car and gave me some awesome tips as well. Staff was awesome from start to finish. I absolutely LOVE my new car! Definitely recommend this dealership and if you want the best deal ask for Brent!

Dear Lexus Service Management,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of customer service my wife and I experienced at your Lexus Service Department at Coliseum.On the day of the incident, we arrived together for my wife's scheduled service appointment at 9/8/23 11:40am. As we parked our vehicles, an NX 350h and an HS 250h respectively, one of your service employees approached my wife and asked, "Is that your ride or something?" while rolling his eyes. This encounter was not only unprofessional, but it also left us feeling disrespected and devalued as customers.However, the discomfort did not end there. Throughout our time at the service department, we felt a negative attitude from an African American gentleman with glasses. His persistent disgusted looks made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable from a brand that prides itself on excellent customer service and leaves a damaging impression on your clientele.I have always chosen Lexus because of the high-quality service and respect I have consistently received at other locations like Fremont and Daly City. The experience at Coliseum sharply contrasts with those positive interactions.The purpose of this letter is not just to express our dissatisfaction, but to bring to your attention the need for training and improvement in your staff's customer service skills. We believe that with the right training and attitude adjustment, your team can provide the level of service Lexus is known for, and we hope no other customers have to go through a similar experience.Thank you for taking the time to read our concerns. Let me start off by saying that I originally wanted to buy a BMW. But after visiting the Coliseum Lexus of Oakland and being taken care of by Johnny, I ended up loving my decision to purchase a Lexus. The moment my family and I pulled up into the Lexus dealership, Johnny had come out and greeted us. He was very patient and let us try multiple cars before actually selecting one I liked. My parents were so impressed with his Chinese and his sales pitch that they ended up buying a car for themselves as well. We entered the dealership with a mindset of only window-shopping and left with two cars. If it wasn't for Johnny, I would probably be at the BMW dealership right now.

I just purchased my 2021 Lexus UX 250H F-Sport yesterday and have no records of maintenance. Jonas was my service advisor and went Above and beyond. I especially valued his honesty when he said my engine oil looked good and didn t need changing he also brought proof. I wanted to replace my transmission and differential fluids early and he basically told meIt wasn t due yet. Fil the tech was super friendly I just wanted to take a look under my car and they were nice enough to safely show me. I m definitely coming back. Oh and they sent me a video of the entire inspection! This must be new because I never had that before with Lexus.

I had the pleasure to work with Brent at Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. The car buying process is definitely a stressful time especially during the pandemic when supply is limited. However, Brent had a warm welcoming presence and we instantly became friends. We fell in love with the Lexus ES 300 H and he went above and beyond to make sure this car satisfied all of our needs. He stayed after hours to make sure we could leave with the car same day, scheduled a service to make sure car was 100%, and called to make sure we loved the car!Brent is very passionate about his career and has a positively contagious personality who can get along with anyone! He sent an introduction video to us which added a nice touch compared to normal sales tactics. He is into cinematography and creates special videos for customers if you are unable to see the vehicle in person. Just remember, "Ask4Brent!" If you say this when you walk in, you'll be taken care of. Thanks for everything Brent!

My experience at this dealership was amazing! From the moment I got there, I felt extremely welcomed. I originally came by to test drive and get some quotes for SUVs I was interested in. I didn t expect to leave with a brand new vehicle but the amazing people at this dealership brought that idea to life. Chimgee Shatar was extremely patient with me throughout the entire experience. Her personality was inviting and calming. She was very knowledgeable of all features offered for all of the cars we viewed. She was very attentive to my wants without being pushy or overbearing. I could tell she really wanted to me leave with a car that I liked and at a good price. I ended up being there for a really long time and she provided plenty of snack and drink for my daughter and I. She was very understanding about my schedule with my young daughter, she even came with me to pick her up in the middle of us working on the numbers for my vehicle. The entire office helped keep an eye on my daughter when she fell asleep on the lobby which warmed my heart. First week of school was a lot on her lol. The owner even came out and gave me some tips on how to improve my credit and made it all seem so simple. The whole experience was refreshing and I feel like my daughter and I were very well taken care of. By the end of the visit I left with a brand new 2021 Lexus NX 300. I will definitely be recommending Chimgee to all of my friends and family. My daughter and I are beyond grateful for her and the experience she offers at the dealership.

I just purchased a brand new Lexus from Bibek Shrestha at Coliseum Lexus. The service was impeccable. I received immediate communication, dinner while I purchased my vehicle, and lots of great information throughout the finance process with Sayeed (also AMAZING to work with). Every person I met was happy to help in any way possible. They assisted me in finding the vehicle that had the features I wanted (we test drove MANY different models), guided me through the finance process, and literally tied a bow on it for me to take it home. I am really happy with the service and highly recommend this dealership and working with Bibek.

Special "Shout Out"' to Chimgee. Talked to her through chat and make an appointment right away the next day(Mar 2nd) to have a contract because I knew her number is the best offer. How I knew? I knew because I have been search for the model for about 3 month. Totally worth driving 70 miles to meet her. She answered all my picky questions regarding numbers and thoroughly showed how to control all the new features in the car. I recommend the customers to her in person. She will explain how she could offer the number at best and you would immediately know that you are treated real good. Thank you!

I bought a used car 3 weeks ago from Jonney Huang .He was a such good guy answering all of my questions after I bought the Honda .I really thank Jonney cuz he made good service to us. He knows clearly about the car . This was such a great experience. I'd like to come back again buying another car In the future.
