Great family owned business. They were very fast and efficient. Honest and fair on the price they worked with me. I recently had brake work performed at Charles Automotive. I was very pleased with the customer service and prompt attention given to my vehicle repair needs; the customer service is certainly one the better experiences I have had with car repair. The only complaint I have is with the price. The estimate I received was much more expensive than what I have normally paid for in the past. I was only having brake repair performed on a Sentra and it cost over $500. I am well aware of the cliche regarding brake work and price. They can see a sucker coming from a mile away. I had really no other choice as I was in the middle of a PCS move for the military and needed the work performed under short notice. I decided to have the work completed for the price stated given my time constraints, but I would have DEFINITELY NOT had the work done otherwise. Because of the price, I was not able to have my other vehicle inspected for repairs and general maintenance. My wallet had already taken enough of a beating! I inquired about a military discount and was disappointed to find that they did not offer any even though the owner served himself. This is odd given the military presence in the national capital area. My ultimate recommendation is to consider Charles Automotive for the friendly service, but certainly shop around and compare prices. I needed to have my car repaired...not make another friend.

I recently had Water bomb issue, need to be repaired, however in this auto shop the car performance became worse and the car broken down on my way back home, they installed it in wrongful way, bad customer service, they don t have experience at all
