Erik was great to work with and kept me informed through the whole process. They worked with my insurance company for me which was such a relief, and I got my car back Friday in perfect condition. The prices seemed more than fair for the quality of work and I highly recommend going to them for your repairs!

I can't recommend these guys enough, they are awesome! They took great care of my new Santa Cruz that got hit in a garage. They were super nice and had great customer service skills. They were professional, knowledgeable, smart and you could tell they know their stuff. They also kept up great communication with me during the job and had it done before expected. The work they did was phenomenal, my car looks perfect! I loved working with these guys and will certainly use them again! They are just fantastic!Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience at Carstar Chilton in Berkeley. Erik, Rosendo and Alberto "Berto" took care of my car. My car is a classic and it appears that they treated it like it was theirs. Expert body work on my Tesla. The guys are friendly and competent. They coordinated with my insurance Their price for the service was competitive. I couldn't have had a better experience! The folks working at the shop are efficient, great communicators, and really thoughtful. I got my cat converter stolen and they made the process seamless, from offering to drive me back after I dropped my car off, to checking in about the progress and any other work that was needed. Getting my car worked on always feels like a hassle but Chilton Auto made it feel super easy and stress-free.

This is the best customer service I have experienced anywhere for anything in years and years. Eric made the experience as positive as an accident can be, and the technicians not only fixed my car, but cleaned and polished and vacuumed, so that it looked like new when it came out. Chilton on Shattuck was awesome. My car was hit while parked and the other guy s insurance gave me a low ball estimate and mailed me a check. I didn t deposit it. Chilton examined the car and got them to pay an additional 2,400 to do the job properly. They kept me informed all through the process.
