Since I ve seen good reviews.Wanted to give my business to this place.Thursday 3/28/24 at 8:15 am (waited 3 min)decided to stop by and see if they could get my tires installed the next day.Upon arrival noticed a man sitting on his chair in front of the computer chatting with his coworker.He didn t seem to bother and ask if I needed help, he did not acknowledged me and not even good morning, or just a moment or how can I help you or at least hi am not sure if it was they way I look.Any ways I just walked away and will not give my business to this place .There are tons of tire shops around to go to.

Best mechanic shop I ve been to nation wide!Raph the manager was compassionate thoughtful and problem solving. Did his best to get our shuttle bus taken care of from a-z and the prices were extremely considerate.Hope to be back!Belik

Bruce s Tire & Auto Service provided exceptional service and their pricing is reasonable.I walked in with my two toddlers and was taken care of right away. They were quick and efficient with repairing my popped tire. I will be returning in the future.

This is the second time I have used Bruce's to replace my low profile tires on my BMW. I received excellent service on both occasions. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again! Thank you Bruce's Tire and Auto Service.

It was probably about 830 in the morning while I was running to the grocery store that my brake light turned on to check the bulb on the left rear. I had the option of waiting for my husband to get home, going to auto zone, or stopping by the first repair shop I saw. I chose the first repair shop and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. I was told it would take maybe an hour for that specific bulb but that it would otherwise not be a problem.Next time a random light comes on such as that one, I m coming back.Thanks to Bruce s Tire & Auto Service I could go about the rest of my day :)

WOW! What excellent customer service. I had a unexpected flat tire and they were able to put on my spare with no problem, order my new tire and replace it first thing in the morning. The mechanic who changed my tire (I think Eric) was great at explaining some tire knowledge for my own reference. I highly recommend them.

Bruce's Tire & Auto is a class act! They were professional and informative over the phone, so I gave them a try. The service just kept getting better as I was greeted by the friendly face of Mr. German. Then, I was given the option to wait in their lounge, which had comfortable seats, TV for entertainment, and a table for working. During that time, my car received excellent service at a great price. I sincerely appreciated how they returned the car to me before their estimated time, as they were trying to be considerate to me as they knew I was waiting.Thanks guys! I'll be back again!

After a very early flight from the midwest back to Oakland today, we discovered a flat rear tire on a car at daily parking at the Oakland airport. After car emergency services inflated our tire, we did not think we could make it back to the city so I googled tired places and Bruce's was in my search. We drove there and met Tom Joy, the manager of Bruce's. He was fantastic and looked at the tire immediately and was able to patch it in less than 30 minutes from start to finish for the cost of $35. It was incredible and a great experience and lifted our spirits after a bummer about having a flat on your parked car after a long early flight. I encourage all of you to patronize this shop - there's a reason why this company is still in business from its founding in the 1930s. Cheers and many thanks to Tom and his team at Bruce's. UPDATE March 1st 2023: BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! Oakland's potholes destroyed 2 of my wheels & tires. Because I bought the protection plan at Bruce's, the replacement tires were free. Yes, $0. And so was the repair of the puncture that happened the next day! It's so nice to have someone I can trust and rely on for my tires.Original Review:Very impressed with the quality, value, service and people - highly recommended. I have had 4 or 5 puncture repairs at Bruce's Tire. Each time the work has been completed rapidly and professionally, and with careful attention to detail. I really appreciate that they properly torque the wheel nuts and check the pressures on all tires when they inflate and fit the wheel with the repaired tire. There are no dirty marks on the tire or the car when they're done and the repairs never need any further attention. They have also caught and replaced a couple of bad valve stems that would have caused me future issues. And all of this at reasonable prices, with a smile and genuine friendliness. In the past I have tried a bunch of different tire shops and never went back to any until I found Bruce's. It's such a relief to find a place that I can trust. Also, Tom has cheerfully provided me with a couple of really competitive quotes for replacement tire options that were available to fit next day, so I'll be heading back there for a full new set very soon. Very happy customer.

I flew to the Bay Area to help my son move cross country. I knew his car needed a new tire and wanted to have the oil and coolant changed. Bruce s took me at 8 am the following day and was done by 11 am. I wound up buying 2 tires (another tire on the car was 11 years old). Bruce s staff were professional and courteous. The building is old, but the service is great.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
