I stopped in with a fleet vehicle and I spoke to the owner and wasn t sure if he could fit me in but he had just slowed down and told me to pull around and he would take care of it. He gave great service and good conversation on top of that. I m from Georgia and this guy was very personable and genuine he made it a great experience to wait for the SMOG test to be completed!! And don t let me forget the pricing wasn t over the top like some SMOG locations. Broadway SMOG & Repair is where it s at!!

Been going to BSA for many years and always got amazing service. The mechanics are super kind and knowledgeable, and pricing fair. I really appreciate how Ryo always takes the time to help me understand what's gone wrong with my car and the options for fixing it. You can tell he really cares about his customers and their vehicles!

Ryo is the BEST! Patient, knowledgeable, diligent, and a super nice guy, too! He solved a SMOG problem on an old dodge van for us that no one else wanted to try, and kept the costs super-reasonable.

Best smog I've ever gotten. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes, the cost was reasonable, and the technician was friendly and professional. Sometimes mechanics and techs will talk down to me because of my gender, and this guy was great with no condescension or attitude. I'll absolutely be going back when I next need a smog.

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman working that day. There were two cars ahead of me in line, but I only had to wait 15 minutes. Really quick, very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Ryo's been helping me out with my car troubles since he bought the shop from it's previous owner. He's been reliable, helpful, and friendly since I've known him, and I wouldn't go to any other mechanic.

We just moved to the area and stumbled upon Broadway Smog to do a Smog check. Rio was so great to work with, we returned for oil changes, and soon after returned for other small things as well. He is trustworthy, and knowledgeable, I have never worked with an auto shop that I felt like I could rely on so easily.

Great and fast service. I called ahead to see how long it would take to smog my truck. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes on my lunch break. Ryo was courteous and professional. I will be returning for my next smog check.

Whenever I need to smog my car I always come here. Even when I moved over to Alameda a few years ago, I still drive here. They are super friendly and extremely fast with their services. Highly recommend!

the best smog station i have ever went. owner is very kind, he will tell you what you need to know when he's working in your car. he's not after your money when you have your car repaired or smogged on his shop.. i referred his shop to all of my friends and families..

Rio is Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and fast. I was able to park my Van inside while I waited for my smog so I didn't have to worry about parking. I had just changed my battery which reset my computer so my monitors were not ready for smog. I was able to come back several times and they gave me a several tests until my computer was ready. I got my test done to make the DMV happy and I was out of there. Broadway Smog just made a lifetime customer out of me.

I wandered in at 9AM on a Monday and the owner had my vehicle inspected and out the door in 15 minutes. The owner was very courteous and the price was fair. Highly recommended.

Hats off to Ryo! The Honda dealer in Walnut Creek told me that my baby, a 2002 Honda Civic Si, needed a catalytic converter, to the tune of $3000! Luckily through several recommendations, I found Broadway Smog and Auto Repair. Ryo picked up where the dealer left off and found that the catalytic converter had not failed, saving me so much money! The cost of the diagnostic work was also quite reasonable.Ryo is also a good communicator, and patiently listened and answered all my questions. He also offered me some spot-on recommendations for moving forward, to make sure this false positive did not happen again!.He is also going to smog the vehicle and he said it takes about 10 minutes and the price is good. Great place!

I failed a smog test at a shop that only runs the test, so had to get a tune up elsewhere to pass the test, and wanted it done by the weekend. I stopped at a different shop first and was told it would be around sometime next week until they could see me. So, I called Broadway Smog and Ryo said come on over. Ryo walked me through and explained the failed smog test results, and explained what needed to be done to resolve it. I ended up getting my car back later that day and Ryo went ahead and did the smog test in front of me to show that it passed. I passed the smog check and now can update my vehicle registration. Ryo was very friendly, professional, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I know where I'm going for my next smog check and maintenance.
