I started hearing a whining noise, it was the alternator. I ve been using Besa auto service exclusively since I purchased my 2006 BMW X5 two years ago. He is trustworthy and very thorough, which matters greatly to me since I m a single female. He is also efficient, usually finishing servicing my car the same day or the next day - max. Besa always provides the best service and keeps my Audi running like new. Besa Quality Auto Care was professional and I enjoyed my experience. They performed an 80K mile service on my Mercedes for half the cost of going to the dealership. For this alone, I d continue to use Besa. I am confident my car was well serviced and I look forward to giving them my business in the future.

I reached out to Rod about a leak in my 2018 Porsche macan s that I experienced after the heavy rains. He found that the drains had a clog and that the water was trapped in my Rocker panels. He serviced the car and it is all fixed. Thanks so much.Rod used to service my Land Rover and always had a perfect outcome.I trust him and highly recommend his repair shop. They totally know what they are doingThanks Rod.

My family has been going to Besa Quality Auto Care for over 36 years. Rod and his family run a great business that is fair and genuine. My car is always running smoothly with no issues, the price is great, and the car is always ready in a good amount of time. I truly only trust my car with Besa Auto. I know they are honest and always give me the best advice and the best service on my car. They just saved me by replacing my radiator that suddenly broke. They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. Their communication was clear and friendly-something really appreciated in that stressful time. Family owned business. They did a 75,000 mile service on an Audi SUV, and were fantastic. Well priced, easy to work with. They were also super helpful when another (non service) issue arose--quick to fix. Besa is a family run business. The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to the diagnosis and repair suggestion for your vehicle. I have an Audi and Range Rover and Besa services them both. For a trustworthy fare priced service and repair I would recommend and use again. Besa is great! After calling various auto repair shops, including Pep Boys, Besa gave me the best offer. Not only that, they are located right across the street from my job! Staff is kind, many thanks to Rod for his professionalism and cool side chats. Can't thank them enough for doing maintenance on my VW and for replacing the bulbs on all my lights...oh, i will be back!

Rod Besa operates one of the most professional and honest auto repair shops I have ever found. He has serviced and repaired my cars for over 30 years. I first met Rod at his prior shop where he provided auto repair services for a federal agency. I can attest to the quality of his shop's work and how he stands behind that work. Recently, he replaced at no charge a part that had failed some 9 months after it was originally installed. Rod took the extra step of reaching out to a different supply house for the replacement part just in case there was problem with the part sold by the prior auto part store. I highly recommend Besa Auto Care for all auto repair needs.

Besa Auto provided service B including oil change and maintenance for my car back in February this year. But the drain bolt wasn t tightened as part of the maintenance and my car has been having oil leak since then until my new auto shop found out .that s not good Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Stephanie was able to answer all my questions and provide ample feedback on an alternator replacement, including discussing various options with Carlos, one of the mechanics. Besa is AWESOME. Two of my family members have given great reviews and I know why. They are thorough, honest and they truly care about your car. I had taken my car to another shop, who only diagnosed I problem correctly. But it was Besa who found that I needed another alternator belt and had a leaking hose on top of needing an alternator. The other place never mentioned those problems and in fact said that the negative battery cable would need to be replaced as well. These people have my business for life. They received my car at almost 11am and were done by 3:30pn. You rock, Besa!

105000 mile service completed on 2008 RR Supercharged. Great service, professional, noticeable difference in ride. Much smoother shifting, much smoother, quieter, and even quicker response and ride. Rod and mechanic very helpful and courteous.Oh, forgot to mention, saved over $400 over nearest competitor s price.

I've taken three vehicles to Besa over the years. Most recently when I had a problem, they researched it, found the part was under warranty and replaced it gratis. All done very efficiently and swiftly. Everyone at Besa seems to be there for the love of working on cars and servicing clients rather than in order to charge large amounts.

This was my first experience with Besa Quality Auto Care, from the first phone call to the completion of the service I couldn't have been happier. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and communicative. The service on my 2010 LR4 was completed quickly and professionally.

Just had the instrument cluster for my 2007 L3 replaced. Way better experience than at any so called LR authorized shop I had ever taken my truck to. Rod and his staff are super effective, knowledgeable, quick, friendly and very professional.

I went to Rod for two things: first to assess an '03 Disco I was thinking about buying from someone who I suspect was being less than fully honest. In short, he saved me $4 grand. I then gave him my '02 Disco to look at that had sprung a serious coolant leak from the timing cover. Not only did he do it for a very reasonable $900, he took the time and energy to have all the engine parts cleaned thoroughly before they went back together. I cannot recommend him enough if you have a Land Rover.

I have been taking my 2006 BMW X3 to Besa for a few years until it was totaled in an accident. Besa is an HONEST, competetively priced automotive repair shop with excellent mechanics!!! As a female that commutes 100 miles a day, honesty and reliability are imperative for me. I'm going to miss them for the time being as I bought a new hybrid but I will be back as soon as my warranty services run out. Thank you Besa for being you!! Have a great 2020!

I'm on my second vehicle that I've entrusted with Besa. You know you've got a trustworthy mechanic when they tell you that you don't need to do something right away (brakes, tires, etc.). Rod is knowledgable and respectful, always taking the time to answer questions. I highly recommend this shop!
