I was advised to go to Bancroft Auto by a friend who visited the shop years ago. When I arrived I asked for Rick, and he couldn t have been less interested in speaking with me or helping me. I needed my brakes fixed and I wanted them to check my abs system. They charged me $255 to fix one set of my brakes by fixing the master cylinder and adding brake fluid. I also needed to pay $85 dollars for a brake consultation before this. I was desperate so I paid it all. Currently, my abs system has gotten worse and my brakes never felt better or tighter . Here s the real reason why you should STAY FAR AWAY from this place: if they don t want your service, they ll do an average job, charge you a lot with vague explanations of the work they did (cause they don t speak good English), and will be completely unfriendly through the entire process. I went back recently to simple ask how much it would be to have them temporarily disarm my abs system (which people do all the time- look it up) and they simply said, no, no, we can t - without any legitimate explanation. This is how they treated a paying customer. The service auto work was average and over priced, but the customer service was disgusting.Service: Auto brake repair

Been coming here with 4 different vehicles over the last 10 years. They can't be beat, A-1 all around. Great technicians with lots of integrity. Price of labor is a steal, be sure to tip if you're able so they can keep it accessible to those who have less

I Love Bancroft Auto! I Always have a good experience there and some laughs. Excellent service, Good, Honest, Down To Earth Good Natured Servicemen, an Honest and thorough evaluation of your vehicle's issue, and Timely Service.Depending on what your vehicle's needs, you can bring it to them early in the morning, and/or call and talk to them about what's going on with your car and make arrangements for service. Bancroft Auto gives Quality Service and is Affordable! You get True value for your money. I Always have a good experience.

I have been bringing every car I have driven to Paul and the guys over at Bancroft Auto Repair for well over 20 years. They ALL are awesome , honest ,efficient, reliable, respectful and kind. They do excellent work and they are very reasonable!!! You won t be disappointed!! I love them all. They fix your car and get you back on the road. I have never experienced them having my car more than 3 days. Usually same day or the next I am back on the road.

I happened upon the wonderful-ness that is Paul and his team when my regular mechanic was too busy to fit me in. I needed a pretty crucial but ultimately small fix on my daughter's car which they took care of while I waited and charged me SUPER reasonable fee for. I recently took my other car to them to try to fix an issue that's been mis-diagnosed (meaning that it was supposed to have been fixed but then showed up again pretty immediately and sometimes worse!) a few times. I am happy to say that I am 100% convinced that this time it's fixed!! In addition to my car operating again; the service time, communication and price were better than I hoped for! Will definitely use this shop again. Great experience all around.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Always get the job done in a timely manner, work is well done. Had started with them in 2000, moved away in 2008, but Son used them for his work to be done. I have returned. My son had a car of mine, which needed repairs, it was only there two days. Glad to be doing Business with you again. Thanks Rick & Paul.

This was my 1st time here but I will be bringing my cars here from now on. Very honest, straight forward, dependable, and extremely courteous. Funny too lol. My car was completely dead, not getting any power anywhere. They got me back on the road in a few hrs and cost was very reasonable! Thank you!

I have been coming here since 2010. I find Rick & Paul to be honest, ethical & hardworking. They show 3me their work, they show me my old & new parts. Also, they are not very expensive. I recommend ALL of my friends, co-workers and neighbors to Bancroft Auto.
