I ve been coming to these guys since I was 18 (I m 32 now) for all my new/used tires and would even bring my family members cars. I recently came in asking for 2 used tires and for them to be the same brand. I could tell this guy who I ve never seen or spoken to thought I didn t know what I was talking about or maybe bc I am a woman. He brought me 2 tires that were not the same brand and they were cracked. Tried telling me they re good. They wanted 65$ for each used tire. That is a huge markup compared to the last time I got my set here and I got them brand new. They make up prices based on their judgment of you. I will no longer be coming back here for tires.

They are always there for me when I pull up. I have bought tires. Whenever my tire pressure is low. I pull up they ready and waiting for me without question. Just bought license plate covers. Pulled up and they put my license plate covers on without hesitation and didn t charge me anything, but of course I tipped them $20. I don t know where else I would go to and I know when I need service for my tires B & J s is always there for me!!

If I could give them a 0 stars I would extremely rude I got a used tire front driver yesterday when he finished he left my car jacked up I went to pay car still jacked up can't find the dude so I'm standing there waiting that's when I knew something was wrong I waited for him to lower car,now it sounds like something is grinding when I brake I'm going back today when they open.With my 2 brothers. Don't recommend.

I had a sidewall blow out of my tire during rush hour not far from their service centre. I gave them a call and they had exactly what I needed and had very student friendly prices. They were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be going there again for any future tire purchases.

I used to here with my Daddy whwn they were on E14, & as I got older he still told me this was good shop. Well he went to Heaven & I still go there & Im grateful to say they are still a great shop! Im Woman, never took advantage...Im appreciative

I spent all day Saturday going to multiple shops looking for a used tire only for them to tell me they didn't have one and wanted to sell me a full set. I came here on Sunday and told them i was told I need a full set. They looked at all four of my tires and told me "No, you only need the one, we have a used one. It's $45."Let me tell you, when I came here expecting to spend $400+ on a full set of new tires and then they tell me I only need to spend $45 on a used tire, that was an awesome feeling.I'll be back here when it's time to actually replace my tires. You have to respect that level of honesty.

I really wanted to trust this place. I was recommended to come here by family. If you come here to change your tires and you re not too experienced, make sure you know what your rims look like because they will try to take your new ones and give you old ones they have or similar looking ones that are damaged. They also tried to steal my Mini logo cap from one of my rims and I had to ask where it was and they went to go get it and just said that they weren t done yet. I speak Spanish so I was able to be stern with them but I d imagine that some of these guys would try to take advantage of non-Spanish speakers. Like I said I really wanted to trust them because I m Mexican and I hoped they wouldn t pull anything on me because I speak Spanish but I was wrong :(Prices were great though and affordable. Just be careful!

This is my second time coming to them because they accept credit cards. They have a lot of employees to assist you with getting a tire changed, so service is fast. They have numerous tires in different prices for you to choose from. I had to get an emergency tire before the rain said in. They had a used tire for $40 which was really convenient for me. I will continue to come here to get my new and used tires.

Perplexed by the service. Came in for a tire repair and waited 20 min before I had to get the attention of staff for help. I was greeted with, "What do you want" by staff. The worker took my tire with good tread to plug a small hole then tried putting on a different tire with low tread. When I confronted him he laughed with another worker and said something in Spanish before telling me it was a simple mistake. When I pointed out my cap was missing he tried to put on a standard black cap. When I told him that was not my cap and that it was a pressure sensor cap that matched the others he pulled it out his back pocket with no further comment. Did not leave with a good feeling.

Their used tire prices have gone up but I think the prices are still decent. I had 4 tires replaced at $40 each, out the door. Service was fast and friendly. It took them about 30 mins to change my tires and I was out of there.

Anything you need for tires, brakes, shocks, whatever. Found this place last year and will never regret coming here. I have bought new tires, had my brakes repaired, and I am really satisfied with the work. You can't go wrong with this company

I got a damn near new tire for 80 bucks. Now that's what I'm talking about. I caught a flat in Oakland off of a pothole when I pulled into this place the customer service was excellent they greeted me at my vehicle. Once the new tire was put on they put the spare back in the trunk and sent me on my way within minutes of pulling in. I Highly recommend this place

Non English speaking shop. They do things quick, they don't use torque wrenches. Only impact drill and compressors. Use as quick fix if you're not worried about maintenance specifications. Friendly group of people. Everything is out in the open for you to see.Good for quick fix.Tried to bill me for another person's car because "front counter" didn't know English. Told them nothing's done yet and had to be referred to a mechanic. Mechanics understand more English, so seek them for help.

JOSE is very unprofessional! Called 90 mins before closing time to inform them I would have my vehicle towed there & they said it s all good no problem they ll fix the flat tire. I arrive w/ the tow truck 30 mins before closing just for them to REFUSE to give me service because they already turned the air off @ 4:30! But they close at 5. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE! Usually have no problems but this is completely unprofessional & inappropriate! Jose refused to give me his name as well as all other workers whom were clocked in on Sunday 10/4/20 before closing.

They always treat me right when I go here. If my tire has a leak they fix it without trying to lie & say I need a new tire. They are super fast too.

Had me wait half hour for the workers to come back from lunch, when I went to ask if the workers have returned they said it would be another half hour because they just went to lunch, the sad thing was the lunch table is in front of the building and I never went anywhere so I sat there and watched them just sitting there.It was hot for me and my 81 year old mom, this was sad the bad thing was I needed brakes on my car.

They always have great prices for used tires never cracked or almost bold tires... Just be patient if you don't speak Spanish since only a few who work there speak English .. They work fast and have a lot of people working..

Horrible customer service the manager Luis is very rude and the service is now less quality and experience is unorganized. I went there 2 days in a row to get a wheel alignment and was told to come back tomorrow despite the shop not closing for another 5 hours. I was told it too busy but there was only one other car.When I asked what the time would instead of coming back tomorrow Luis the manager would not tell me and walked off and said you need to come back tomorrow. In going to call the owner of this place everyday until I speak to someone about the customer service I experienced. Horrible never coming back

I visited a week ago to get one of my tires checked since I kept getting the low tire pressure light in my car and even though I kept pumping air, it wouldn't go away. I wasn't sure which tire it was on the passenger side so they checked both and sure enough my front tire needed a patch because it had a nail. $20 and in less then 10 minutes I was done. Will for sure be back.
