Its a Very busy store especially on Saturday Sunday so when I need to check inventory I usually call a different store like San Leandro and have them in check inventory in Oakland. I do like the store the staff is pretty knowledgeable and I haven't had any mistakes on any of my orders so I highly recommend this store.

There was no help at the desk and EVERYONE seemed to be unsure of what their role was, I love AutoZone but This one is Not running smoothly, I don't recommend it

It is nice to see people they really care about their jobs. People talk about Auto Zone, being BAD OR GOOD ON THIS ON THEstore and not having a good employeeS. I I WAS HERE AUTOZONE AT 10111 14 today and I was looking for some items and it happened. Did the Alexis N Lulu he ll meow with a great attitude And commitment to find the item that I was looking for. She took her time to help me out and Alexis awesome guy I didn t even know that I have some credit in my account and he help me now getting my money back and use my points so I can save money .had a great experience. I purchased what I whant. use my points. I would really irecommend you guys to come to Auto soon you get a great service. Because these two employees it makes a lot of people location on 14 st thanks for the great experience. Thanks to employees Alexis and lulu

I went in for a battery the other day and Jennifer, a very young lady helped me with my transaction, she s very helpful and nice although she looks young she was very professional and offered amazing service definitely will go back abd request her service

Had to get a new battery after being told that my battery was fine... getting my money worth with having to get jump starts over 10 times in two weeks... Roadside Assistance is a must!!!

I'm not thoss type of shoppers to talk bad about people or business. But this store and its employees are just the perfect example of what not to do. 4 employees and i still waited in line for my turn for like 5 minutes. 2 of them talking in the back, another with a customer and the other one walking so slow not wanting to help anybody. I told him I was there to pick up an online order placed 4 hours earlier, so it should of been ready and taken less than 2 minutes. Anyway. It's not ready, he goes to the back to look for it. Goes to the filter section, doesn't find it, tells his manager he can't find it. So the manager finishes with the customer and calls me. He goes to look for it. Nothing. It's been about 10-15 min at this point with about 6 people in line. A third employee comes, asks about it and goes to look for it. Nothing. Then her and one of the managers go look for it and come back with a box. She tells me to sign, doesn't acknowledge my presence and tells me to sign the pad confirming my pickup, but I tell her I won't because that wasn't what I ordered. She tried giving me a $26 STP filter when I bought the K&N $40 filter. She tells the "manager" I wont sign so she calls another manager who comes and asks if I got the email saying it was ready, which I did.. She reads the computer and says, "Oh, the reason we can't find it is because its K&N". I mean, yeah, it would say that on any screen any employee looks at. The first word would be K&N. So idk, but seems that the employees are incompetent. I work in retail/customer service myself, and I wouldn't dare to treat a customer like this because of the negative review I would probably get. We all know negative experiences stick with us easier than good ones. The store is near my house, but probably won't go to that AutoZone anymore.

I had just spent the last two weeks driving from San Diego to San Francisco/Oakland and had some concerns. I spoke with a gentleman named Sebastian. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He totally helped put my mind at ease about my vehicle. That RoboCop in the the parking lot is both creepy and hilarious.

The thing I really liked about this place is that most of the time it's not really packed of people and the employees are pretty quick . What I didn't like is that they Guess a lot on your questions and don't really help you with the facts if you know what I mean . I ended up getting the wrong coolant because the guy didn't even bother to know if that was the one i needed . More effort into helping every individual would be much more helpful as we do rely on them as the employees of auto parts they should know what their talking about .

This place is almost ALWAYS: overly crowded and quite often far LESS than helpful and accommodating in my personal opinion. However, on a more positive note, if you or anyone you know are in need of employment, I've also noticed that this particular store is CONSTANTLY advertising their search for part-time/full-time employees with NO EXPERIENCE required. And considering the fact that I live only.about a block away, I've observed what appears to be a never-ending revolving door of employees.

They said they don t have any change to make a purchase. Total was 13 I tried to give a 20. The manager Alexis C says he can t give me anything back. Even though they have cash. I thought just one register so I got back in line and tried another one to be told they don t need my business if I m worried about my change. Well I guess we know where the extra money goes. No thanks autozone. Headed back to Napa auto

So I went to the auto zone store #5230 the front door they have sign saying wear mask before you go in but one of your employee didn t have mask and one of the chick who check me out but she was very very rude and when we mention about her coworker not having a mask she totally ignored us so please I sending this because while we have this pandemic going let s help other people to be save too

They have the parts, but are slow as heck. If you go here better have nothing else to do for your day. Some of the staff is nice, but others you need to handle with a firm attitude of your own, because they have no since of costumer service.

The store was a mess. The shelves we empty. The store looked like it had not been restocked for a long time. Boxes of stock were everywhere but on the shelves. Customers had looked at items and moved them several times without any effort to straighten thing out, and this at 9 in the morning. Slow service because there was only 2 staff there to do everything parts and cashier. 20 minutes and no help. I left.

First at all the personnel it's rude and they don't want to help, second,i was there with others customers for like 7 minutes and nobody at front desk at all, i wonder why they don't have stock on the shelves, people come in get stuff and leave just like that, or they just stuff purses pockets and pay for 1 dollar item, yep its really that bad i hope, they don't broke it's close to my house so. Thanks for reading.

Super helpful staff. They did not have the item we came for, so instead offered us a discount on an alternative. I felt very appreciated as a customer.
