I was there 2 days ago. Fast, Friendly and affordable Service ! From the moment James answered the phone I knew I was going to get taken care of.James was very friendly, polite and professional over the phone and in person of course, the whole staff was. I'm so grateful for James and his team - they expertly do what every other repair shop couldn't do for my 1987 Volvo 240 windshield after it was split by a highway pebble. Glass on the Move is unparalleled in quality of work and follow through; I hope my glass remains intact but, should anything happen, returning to them would be a pleasure. Thank you so much for your help, Glass on the Move! I'd give you many more stars if I could!

This place is awesome. Same day appointment, car fixed in 3 hours including time it took them to go pick up a specialty window from the a dealership! Super convenient and so professional. Highly recommend.

Very professional and a pleasure to work with. They work directly with and bill your insurance. They ordered an OEM bmw vent window for me and got it within a day. They called me when it was ready. I went in and and i was in and out in less than an hour. There is a nice waiting room as well to stay onsite while it gets fixed. I highly recommend them!

I just want to thank their business for the great customer service. I spoke to James, who made the whole process even easier. I will recommend this to anybody near the area. If you can t go to them, they can come to you. Call hear if needing repair there s a reason why they have great reviews.

Got iny car this morning only to find my front driver side window broken with multiple spider cracks. When to Auto Glass On The Move for a quote. 90 minutes later I left with a new window. It was a bit more expensive than I hoped but am delighted that I could quickly get back to driving for Uber. I'm very happy with Auto Glass On The Move.

The guys professionally changed the windshield on my box truck, despite the rain and the dealer's mistake when selling the windshield. Can t recommend them enough! Extremely impressed. They were professional, kind, and most important: FAST. Fixed 3 windows on my car in less than a day! Super easy to work with. I am SO impressed by Auto Glass on the Move. The gentleman in the office (James I think), worked tirelessly to find the piece I needed. I was scrambling to find my glass before an 11 hour drive I had in the upcoming weeks. There was a bunch of mixups with part numbers (to be expected with mopar), but he really helped sort it all out and get my glass replaced a few days before my trip. Once my glass arrived, it was replaced within a couple hours and now my Jeep is good as new. Auto Glass on the Move is fantastic and I couldn't recommend them enough! I never write a review (seriously) but this shop deserves one. Came in with a minor nick in my windshield, and instead of overselling, they told me nothing to worry about. Also, got a quote for my windshield (just to know what to expect in case it blows...) and it was the best price I got. The vibe of the stop is friendly and has some cool art work around. Extremely efficient, they even had walk-in services available for my chipped windshield. The price was 1/2 any other quote I got and they have a price guarantee if the sealant doesn't work for the crack.

Great! Easy, fast, no nonsense type of service. They get that we are all busy and make it as convenient and quick as possible. I called at 11:am with a window replacement ask, the window was in their hands by 1pmAnd I was out the door with a new window by 3:15. They worked directly with my insurance . Thank you!

Amazing experience. The window was smashed in on our brand new car, and on top of that the first few people I called tried to screw us over with huge quotes, refusing to give us a quote at all, or only willing to book us a couple of weeks out. Then I called these guys, and James got the window delivered the same day, installed it in about 40 minutes, and charged me half of what Safelite quoted me. I get very overwhelmed whenever I have to deal with anything auto related so it was so refreshing dealing with James at Auto Glass. From my first call, he was very friendly and professional and he even had my window in stock. I went in the next morning and felt so at ease at their location- everyone was so nice and I felt very welcomed as a woman. Highly recommend this place!

Our window spontaneously burst, and they got us in the shop right away. It was half the price of other quotes we got, they had our window in stock, and they were incredibly nice (and responsive). They squeezed us in before closing. Also, love the old school logo and the music selection, which are cool little bonuses. Would definitely come back.

These guys were great. I woke up this morning and realized someone had attempted to smash the window of my car on the driver's side in order to break in. I called several companies, but this was the only one that was able to provide same day service and they were the cheapest quote. The repairman came to my home during the window of time I was given (it was a 2 hour window) and the price was significantly less than their competitors. A win win all around. Excellent experience with Glass on the Move. My car's windows were smashed twice this year. The first time, my deductible was too high for my insurance to take effect. Then, James recommended I adjust my insurance to have a separate $50 glass-only deductible. I am glad I took action because two months later, my windows were smashed again. Glass on the Move dealt with my insurance directly.The car is always left in clean condition with most of the glass vacuumed. I hope another car breakin doesn't happen to me any time soon, but I know where I'm going in case it does.

Very personable staff, and quick service for my windshield replacement. They also calibrated the EyeSight system, and explained everything they did in detail. Would definitely return for all my auto glass needs in the future!

One of our cars was broken into this week. The crooks broke a rear-side window to get in. We called Glass On The Move, and we couldn't be any happier. Within 24 hours they were at hour home, after securing the glass from a dealership, came by, and fixed it, including disassembly of the door to get the pieces of glass that fell inside. They also cleaned the interior for broken glass. Super professional, fast and courteous. And the service was very reasonably priced. Amazing!Service: Auto side window replacement

My son was working in Oakland and had his car broken in to. I needed to get the window fixed fast as he was staying at a hotel and had no way to secure his car. I did a google search and found this company had the best reviews, and now I know why! When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking to James. He is the epitome of customer service in every way. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease, which is important when you are dealing with a company that is not located where you live. He explained everything, so I knew what to expect. The person that came out to fix the window on the car was exactly the same, excellent customer service, professional and was there when he said he would be. The cost for the repair was incredibly reasonable. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they absolutely deserve it!!! Super fast turn around! Car got broken into on Wednesday and I was leaving for a trip Thursday afternoon and needed my car. Called them up and organized an at home appointment for next next morning. Technician arrived well within the allotted time window and was fast and professional. Also pricing was very fair for the service provided.
