Customer Service was great! I called the day before, my rear window was ordered and ready for installation the next day. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier. My only suggestion would be to provide a discount card for return customer's (20.00-40.00) off your 5th window. After all "I'm from the Bay, of course the Bippers are going to break your window's and take nothing of value from your car. Causing your insurance to increase ."

On March 8 my car window was broken and two cell phones were stolen. Fortunately, this glass place is only a couple of blocks from where the crime occurred (and not that far from my house). I stopped in and was told that they would contact me when the glass arrived. That happened a couple of hours later (Apple had replaced the phone almost immediately). I returned and waited a mere 45 minutes for the installers to put it in. Total cost: $192, which I think is incredibly fair for the speed of the service.

I think it went ok. I didn t have to pay for the service my insurance did. However I think I received an extra windshield blemish (which was repaired), but an extra nonetheless. In the photo, the big one was what needed to be repaired and then there the small blemish to the left.All around good customer service. The mark made was EXTREMELY small so nothing to get upset over. I think if I had a nicer car my review would be a little different, but she s a beater and will only last a few more years.

This is an outstanding window repair place does not take long to repair what is needed and your insurance does take care of it. Your deductible helps you out. They are pleasant and I recommend them to anyone that needs window repair on their automobile.

1st booo Oakland! A lot of glass repair places are making a killing! I used Auto Glass Now b4. I'm assuming because so many cars are being vandalized, they didn't have the window that I needed. But they were able to recommend a salvage yard where I was able to buy a window. After waiting an hour, AGN was able to fix my window in 30 mins.Living and working in Oakland, I feel like I'll visit AGN again

I ve been going to Auto Glass Now for years. Hands down the best customer service, job quality, and turn around time. This time I was there a bit before opening hours, with no appointment. They had my car window in stock. The job was done in 45 min! I walked out with a smile and lots of gratitude

Quick service for my two window that were broken and they ordered right away and replaced in a couple hours. My windows look amazing and they did an awesome job for a great price. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will even drive back from sac if I had to. Thank you so much.

Great customer service and great prices they took good care of my car even cleaned it up and had the inside smelling like new they do a really good job and wont have you waiting around for hours

Updated: I ve used them twice since the incident below, and they have improved their service.I was a loyal Auto Glass Now Oakland customer having used them multiple times, but not anymore. I had my windshield replaced today. Not only did they destroy my white headliner with black fingerprints all over the inside of the vehicle, but they also broke the driver s side wind deflector, which is causing a ridiculous amount of wind noise. It seems they thought they could get away without telling me they had broken it. What a terrible customer experience. Likely hundreds of dollars damage, more than the invoiced amount. This is a hugely disappointing experience.Update: I brought the vehicle in. The manager did not apologize for the shoddy work and offered to glue the pieces back together, which is a temporary fix at best. No accountability with this business! Take your money else where. They don t respect the disabled, pedestrians, or the residents of West Oakland. They think it s cute to park on the side walk daily after asking management to have the workers park on the street. Let s be purposeful with our dollars, and seek businesses that respect the rich historical culture of West Oakland.

I will never use another glass service but this one! Very satisfied! I walked in and walked out in 20 minutes, Got there early morning they had the small window I needed in stock, immediately helped me. Made my day way better after being bipped in Oakland.

Extremely responsive, highly courteous and ultra rapid repair of window at a time when several other shops failed to answer the phone or said they had no appointments in the next three days! Deeply appreciated, and will never use anyone else in the future!

I was visiting Oakland and on my first night there my car window was smashed in....an Oakland welcome my friends called it :/I was panicked that I wouldn't be able to get my window replaced for days but I was wrong. I showed up without an appointment to Auto Glass Now the minute they opened up and they were able to get my window replaced and my car cleaned up for an amazing price within 30 minutes.I HIGHLY recommend this place if Oakland decides to give you the welcome I was given.

Was able to make a same day appt. Service was easy and they were done quickly. Reasonably priced. Easy to find locaction. Bummer having my window busted, but it was a great experience getting it fixed!

My vehicle was broken into on Thanksgiving. There was no shops available to get the window repaired. My daughter was here from Florida called around, found Auto Glass. They told us to have it there at a certain time, and they would have the vehicle repaired within an hour and a half my vehicle window was repaired The service was great, thank you so much

GREAT SERVICE, didn't wait that long for check in, to drop off my car for my window replacement nice receptionist she was so nice and service was fast and great they clean the little broken glasses from my back sit and carpet, so happy to see places like this still around. They ok. 3 stars cuz I had to go back cuz they messed up on the install. Always check your windows before you leave this place. Make sure they re installed properly and go up and down properly.

I was a bit disappointed at first because they didn't have the glass I needed. Whwn I was told they did. But they reccovered well by finding the desired glass. They got the five star because they came to my mom house to replace the window and did fast and clean. Great work team!!

They didn't have the right glass for me but sent me to the place that did and i had it the next day.I went back the following day with the glass and they were done in an hour.Great job and nice people too.Fantastic service all around.

Auto Glass Now is off West Grand Avenue. There have been a lot of car break-in's in the area this past year and unfortunately I've been a victim of it. Recently I needed to get the rear panel window (those triangles) on my Tesla Model Y.Because of the increased car break-in's, the last time I renewed my auto insurance I decided to pay more which covered auto glass repair, so a higher premium so I wouldn't have to pay the often times $500 deductible that most coverage had.Auto Glass Now was one of the places that would fulfil the insurance claim. After I filed my claim, I called the Auto Glass Now and they scheduled an appointment for me and said they'd order the original glass from Tesla.I went on the day of the appointment, and they seemed very busy, but the got the job done in estimated amount of time, they got it done in less than 2 hours. So far so good, but fingers crossed I really hope I don't have to replace any car window glass for the next year.

They are fast , east service and to the point. Had my windshield replaced. Happy they saved and my old ALC sticker.
