Great experience with the Audi Oakland Service Team from beginning to end of the within-warranty work I needed done on my vehicle. Checking in, getting a Loaner, and getting updates was all via smooth through phone and text. The team was also flexible and understanding when I needed to modify my Drop-off and pickup times. Would definitely work with them again!
