Receiving service through Audi Oakland was painless! Amir was a great service rep and communicated clearly with me about my car and quotes throughout the day. He explained things clearly to me and gave me options about what to do! Making an appointment online was super easy and they provided transportation for me to and from work while my car was being serviced during the day. They even offered me a courtesy vehicle! Which I feel like is a rarity at most dealerships. But I opted for the shuttle. The shuttle drivers were really nice and easy to talk to. I also love that you get a video of the inspection of your car while it is being serviced, and I appreciate the transparency. They show you up close the tread on your tires and the grade that it gets, which overall helps with your car maintenance literacy, so to speak. I truly dread getting my car serviced for many reasons (time, inconvenience, surprise costs), but I appreciate Audi Oakland for making the process smooth, transparent, and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at this establishment, and I must say, their customer service was truly outstanding. In particular, Sal stood out as the most incredible salesperson I have ever encountered. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products made the shopping experience enjoyable and informative. Additionally, Nas went above and beyond to work out a deal that was truly out of this world. Frank was just all around outstanding in every aspect. And I can't forget about Omar, who was just phenomenal. Omar took the time to explain everything I needed to know about leasing my new vehicle. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional team and top-notch service.

Hello, I have purchased my first VW Atlas SEL 2019, at Audi Oakland, the Manager Mr. Jay is a great/knowledgeable/ professional and wonderful person, he himself was checking on me in every 10 to 20 minutes to see if everything is going ok he helped me a lot about the deal and all the options they had there.Mr, Syed the floor sales person helped me with showing me around/inside/test drive and introducing of all futures safety of the car he did give me a great deal, thank you Mr. Syed. He is a very honest and easy going person the good thing I like about him is, he will never push u for something u don t like it, like some of the sales persons in some of the dealerships, he will listen to you and will find what you exactly like and satisfied with. I thank Mr. Jay Mr. nas and Mr. Syed. I will be back to buy my challenger as well.

When I saw the car online I immediately sent a request to look at the car. I was scheduled the next day to look at it. I went in thinking I was not going to get a car due to bad credit but to my surprise I walked out with the car I wanted and with a great price. Everybody was amazing. Thank you so much Mujib for helping me get my daughter her car, you made this process smooth and easy, thank you Sal for helping me as well, even the General Manager came out to update me while i was waiting so thank you Jay and Kevin thank you for finalising my purchase. The whole team is amazing and would definitely refer family and friends .

My car was recalled and need to find a replacement. With the help of my car expert son I narrowed down the choices. I walked into the Audi showroom and the recommended car was on the showroom floor. Salesman Jorge was efficient, helpful and made the buying experience the best I ve had. No pressure, just informed and positive experience with Jorge and his sales manager.

Updating my review for the second time. We purchased a car from Pedro, it was not in the condition that they guaranteed. Marcus worked with us to get the problems solved. We were happy with the experience. Now we just found out the dealership didn t provide the paperwork to the DMV since November. Not surprised at this point.

Late review: I purchased a 2018 used car Honda in 9/2023. I drove my car and put less than 1k miles on it when my check engine light came on. Once that light came on, other lights came on. After multiple part replacement, I was told it is a blown head gasket. Additionally, while getting my car inspected and parts were being replaced, I was told there was something in my car that shouldn t have been there. I have pictures but will not disclose it here. I spoke with the manager and there was no solution. He asked if I can get my car towed to their site which is 2 hours away from me, and provide a discount. I informed him I was not able to due to my light being on and I didn't feel safe to drive it. I had gas smelling through my car as well. I was also told by the manager I should ve called when the light came on however, when I did the service advisor I spoke to was not helpful and would redirect me to call my salesperson. I got nowhere with them at all! It has been stressful going through all this. I read a majority of the reviews and can concur that most is true. I also want to point out that when I arrived my windshield was cracked and that was not noted. I finally got it replaced per our agreement however, I had to constantly follow up which was very disappointing. Additionally, there was a minor dent on my bumper and they told me it was from a shopping cart however, I've had multiple people look at it and informs me otherwise. Even with my paperwork after purchasing, I never got my paperwork emailed over. I called the finance manager and I was told the finance manager would call back, but I never received a call. I finally got a copy of our agreement and all paperwork the following week. Additionally, I never got my DMV paperwork. I had to literally schedule an appointment with DMV to get my registration. Overall, very unorganized, unprofessional, and by far the worse dealership I ve worked with throughout my years of purchasing cars. The manager was also very unwelcoming when we conversed. Our conversation got nowhere, and the concern seem to be more business related rather than customer concern and issue. I ve never had to put a bad review until going through Audi Oakland. I genuinely feel like this dealership sold me a faulty car. I highly recommend that you get your car inspected. You never know what could be wrong with it. I do not recommend this dealership and I will not be returning. They ve caused nothing but a headache and time out of my day to go through all these fixtures. Do your research!

I want to let consumers like me know to take caution. Last Saturday, February 10, we drive and purchased a 2022 VW with 12,150 thousand, the customer service from the seller was good, the vehicle was completely clean, it even smelled new without any problem, we bought it without acquiring an extra grant, a week later for out of nowhere, the airbag light on the dashboard came on, which from my point of view and what I know, the dealers cannot allow a recently released vehicle to be the sole responsibility of the buyer, a light activated a week later is not logical because this type Activations simply with a scanner are temporarily deleted and then exited later. The dealer and the seller never answered my emails and text messages until I called and their response was take it to the VW has its own warranty. People who have been affected by the negligence of this dealer can contact me or contact a lawyer because there are already several of us.

This place is chronically disorganized and unprofessional. I called to get a quote on a car - no one called back. Called again, filled out a form to get my credit score, no one called back. Called to get the information and emailed, no one had record of it. Made an appointment to go in, the person I made it with wasn't there. Then I got a call the next day asking why I didn't show up - after I spent an hour at the dealership. Take your business elsewhere.

I took my car in for a routine service appointment to Audi of Oakland where I met Zhi. He provided exceptional service, answered all of my questions and made sure I knew what was happening with my car every step of the way. This is truly the type of service you can t find anymore. Going forward, I will only be servicing my Audi at Audi of Oakland and when I m ready to purchase a new car I will be sure to pay them a visit. Thank you for the great service Zhi, you are the man!

My experience at Audi of Oakland was very pleasant. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted immediately by Jahkaree. I informed him I was interested about a lease deal that was advertised on Instagram. And from that point everything was straightforward. He knew exactly what was needed to complete the transaction. I also didnt have car insurance and needed a lot of information to acquire an auto policy. Jahkaree and the rest of the staff were extremely patient and helpful during that process to ensure an auto policy was completed. I have zero complaints about my visit. Everything fell into place and I drove away with a brand new Q8 E-tron. Couldnt be happier and definitely recommend anybody considering an Audi to visit the team in Oakland.

I leased a Q4 etron form AudiOakland. I got a very good deal which was advertised in the website. To be honest, it was quite painful to get to the finish line, as at first the numbers were keep coming higher than what was advertised. However, the management step in and made it right. The deal was very good and I can see why there was some struggle at first. I am leaving 5 stars because they ended up honoring the deal.

Do not do business here. I returned my car (lease) December 12, 2023. I have received two tickets for parking violations since then. On top of that, during covid there was a period when they literally lost my car from Mon-Fri when I turned it in to be serviced no one could tell me the status of the car until I went in in person and they finally "found it". The people on the phone are barely helpful and I just can't stand the way they operate anymore.I have two tickets issued to me since I returned the car, dated after I returned it, which I need to file a release of liability form and numerous other docs so it does not go to collections and audi of oakland is not helpful. They just acted like I should have known I needed to do the release of liability when they are a dealership (no one told me that when I returned the lease). Why is the car still registered to my name!? I have had better luck on craigslist, buy or lease a car ANYWHERE but from here.

HelloI wanted to give a BIG shout out to the Audi of Oakland team We appreciate you! Jay Nabizadah, Kevin Wood, Jorge Galvan, and Nick OmarI recently was in a rear end accident which totaled my 2023 mini of which we had for only 6 months. It was an EV and wanted to replace it with an EV. I like & wanted the smallness though with elderly parents and both my parents deciding to quit driving as of November made this car search now a 4 person car.Many family and friends share the love of Audis and so did I, though can be expensive!I started my car with looking at local audi dealers living in Benicia a trip across a bridge was in the future. I also then expanded my search between carmax and carguru to then find a good selection of audi evs to then find E-Tron models to choose .With price a faxtor, I opened up on CG app and there was audi of Oakland as seller of the 2023 Q4 E-Tron suv. We took a ride to look at the car, drive it and expect it to find out it was a certified audi model. 2100 miles, clean as a whistle and crisp galactic white.We had made an appointment with Jorge Galvan who then graciously greeted us as we arrived to dealership.From the moment we arrived many other employees and leadership greeted us!Always great feeling welcomed!Jay Nabizadah G.Mgr came and introduced himself and said your great hands with Jorge and all his team.Jay did notice we arrived in a 2020 explorer and asked if we were trading in that car. I said no. He then asked did you need to sell the Explorer funny we did since my dad ended his driving career in November though we were using the car as we didnt have a car to drive.Jay graciously asked let my trade-in Mgr inspect it and see what price he comes back with on the explorer.Then the process started with finance deposit etc.We next met Kevin Wood to help us with the not always fun part the financing though completely made it fun.Finally finished the financing and thenJay came back to tell us the price on the explorer I texted my sister andVoila walked out with a new Q4 and sold my dads car with not a posting on an app to show it!Only thing we needed, was to bring Dad back to meet with Nick Omar to sign his paperwork, hand 2nd key over copies needed of drivers license and then paper work was sent to Ford credit to pay off loan and the process was completely easy peasey What exceptional Team work from Audi of Oakland!Thank you to everyone which help with ourPurchase and selling!Tim HoeyMelton CastroPaul HoeyPs: found out once home we had left some personal items in explorer and no charging cables what what what. called Jay and like magic we had the 120volt and 240 vlt cables when I arrived with DadExcellent service!

Bought a used Volvo XC90 2016 in November 2023.Sales process was very smooth easy, nice sales person (Shiv). However very poor customer service once the car is purchased.1) It has been almost a month and I did not receive ANY invoice or info about the vehicule even if it was supposed to be sent to me within 72hours after the purchase2) Car listing was mentioning that Apple Car play was included in the car, sales rep confirmed during test drive (this was one of the main features that made me buy this car). After purchase, realized that it was not installed in the car and that it would cold me 900$ at a Volvo dealership to install it3) After multiple request to the sales rep regarding Apple Car Play + Cars info and invoice, I was told that a sales manager would contact me. It never happened. Tried to call the dealership and asked for a sales manager, no answersI understand that used car might not be your main area of business. However by buying from an official Audi Dealership you except a great customer experience and service.Feel free to have a sales manager call me, I would be happy to discuss about the situation.

I received a 5-start treatment even though I was in a rush to get to work. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Solomon who opened my door and swiftly introduced me to my service consultant Amir. Amir actively and empathetically listened to my concerns. He issued me a loaner vehicle and was communicative through the process from dropping off my Q7 to picking it up. Amir's customer service skills are impeccable. He heard me out, got me on my way, ensured my vehicle issues were addressed in an expedited manner. I thoroughly appreciated this service. Because of Amir's quick witted-ness, I was able to drop off my vehicle and make it to my job on time. I big thank you to Amir and Solomon and the Audi's service department.

Buyers beware. Prayer and discernment prevented me from being scammed by this business (they tried to sell me a car with its front bumper held on by zip ties ). Here's my advice for any used car purchase:0) Before even scheduling a test drive, make sure to get car history information by Search the car s vin number on Google, CarFax, AutoCheck, NICB VinCheck (thefts), and VinHistory. Don't just trust the free report from the dealer. Also note that car history reports are not fool-proof especially regarding accidents (many accidents are unreported and thus not present on CarFax and the like).1) Thoroughly inspect the car yourself and have it taken to a trustworthy mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection.2) Do not drive off the lot with the vehicle or give a downpayment if there are any pending or promised repairs. Simply leave the car at the dealership until repairs have been completed.3) Consult your mechanic and do your research regarding what constitutes a thorough repair (no cut corners) and make sure the dealer emails you signed documentation stating that the repairs have been completed. Again researching/consulting your mechanic will help you in knowing the language that needs to be present on the documentation to ensure corners are not being cut. Do NOT accept any verbal promises. Documentation is your friend.4) Once the repairs are complete and you have all the signed paperwork, bring your downpayment to complete the transaction.5) If you have any issues with communication (are being passed around from one employee to another with no returned calls/no follow-through on promised items), simply email the management team (including the principal dealer) letting them know that due to their unwillingness to complete the repairs and send you the appropriate documentation, you consider the purchase void.Stay safe out there folks! Don't let the name "Audi" fool you into thinking you don't have to do due diligence to protect yourself. At the end of the day, these people are willing to lie, waste your time, and scam you to get an extra buck. Honest communication is not their priority. I highly recommend you choose a different dealership and save yourself the headache of working with this team on a used car purchase. However, if you must work with them, be sure to follow the steps listed above so that you're less likely to be scammed.Also when looking at Google reviews always sort by "Newest." This helps give you an idea of how reviews have been for this business lately. If you sort by newest for this dealership, you'll see that the experience I had is par for the course with this team. I could've saved myself the hassle by looking at their reviews before bothering to commute to the dealership.Review date: 12/20/23.

Zackie from sales and Jason from the service team were great. Zackie followed through on his promises about getting us a great deal on our Q7 and got some accessories approved for an inconvenience we went through.Jason was an absolute gentleman on the service side; he even arranged a car drop-off to my house in rush hour in the rain.
