Our bumper was damaged in a Trader Joe s parking lot. It was not our fault and AAA insurance referred a number of repair shops near us. I was calling a few of the shops and when April answered the phone she said she was just getting ready to give me a call. I was ready to come down and in 30 minutes I was there, received very kind and personalized service. There was no need for me to pursue other options. Ricky did the estimate and recommended the entire bumper be replaced. It was completed in less than 3 days, when they suggested it could take up to 5 days. I just picked it up and it looks fantastic! They are a super business and given the initial inconvenience, I couldn t be happier! I d give them a 12 rating out of 10 if I could.

This shop does good work, and it's quick (depending on the parts needed). They were super helpful with my claim with insurance, and they took the time to review all the details with me. April (who works in the office) deserves some special credit because she's very hospitable and keeps things moving along! My car came back cleaner than it arrived there, and she even helped me with another issue with my car. I would definitely come back here if needed!

I was involved in an accident and took my car here because it was within walking distance of my rental car company (Enterprise). The staff at ACR were very easy and pleasant to work with. They kept me updated often and returned my car to me with a car wash and detail. I would definitely recommend this body shop to everyone!

Brought my id.4 here for an insurance claim. Had me in and out, washed my car and cleaned the interior when they were done. Very clean shop, professional staff, wouldn t take my car anywhere else.
