I appreciate the customer service! I was upset after my window was broken while working out at the gym. They assessed the type of window that was right for my Jeep and ordered it the next morning. I was able to get my window fixed while dealing with my busy schedule at work. Looks brand new!! The tech was quick and professional. They did a really amazing job! These folks do great work they came out to my work and replaced the window for me. I didn't even have to be there. They have different payment methods which makes it easy. The best part is they come to you. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the bay area.

I turned to AA Saferide after Safelite postponed my appointment by more than a week. Everything seemed to be going smoothly with AA Saferide, with a driver scheduled to replace my glass the same day! Unfortunately he showed up with a window for a completely different year of my vehicle. I called the dispatcher, Dallas, to inquire, and he called me a liar, saying I gave him the incorrect year! Dude, I know the year of my car, I've owned it for years!When the technicians finally arrived the following day with the correct glass, my battery had died. They tried to jumpstart me, which I really appreciatedUltimately, the glass replacement was solid, and I'm grateful for the quick turnaround. Unfortunately, I can't overlook Dallas' extremely poor attitude.Note that they charge a fairly decent fee for credit card transactions

I called at 11pm on a Friday night and spoke with Dallas, who was so helpful and professional. Enrique and his partner showed up at my job the next morning and had the window replaced and all the glass vacuumed with in 20min! I was so impressed! Beware! Be sure you double check what he is quoting before paying deposit and confirming. I had a huge issue with price discrepancy between what he quoted and what the final price after the job is done. We ultimately settle on a price reduction since we were going back and forth, but I still paid more than what I thought I would pay at first

The triangle side mirror was broken into in my Tesla. The technician came the same day and the repair took less than 30 min. I highly recommend this service. It s a little pricey, but definitely cheaper than Tesla.Thanks for the service.

I am really appreciative of Dallas and this business. I called for a pricing on a windshield replacement and he asked me to describe the damage and text him a few photos. It was such that he felt he could repair it, which saved me both time and a lot of money. Highly recommend!

I was on my way to work when I noticed my car was broken into. I called at 7:30am for a side window replacement and was able to get a quick quote. My window was fixed by 9am. VERY FAST AND RELIABLE. Hi,After experiencing my first broken window, I was a bit flustered on how to get this fixed quickly. Being it on a holiday weekend, I was worried on how long this would take to get fixed. Most places didn't have the item in stock and/or had appointments 2 weeks out! Thank goodness for Dallas' team. After finding them on google, I contact Dallas. Dallas was able to find the glass within a dayand get a mobile technician to come to my residence to replace the broken glass the following day. It was faster, cheaper than going through the dealer and they did it in less than 30 minutes! Dallas was very patient answering all my questions and his crew was very friendly. AAsaferide was incredibly helpful replacing the passenger side stationary window in my Volvo -- a factory part that needed ordering. Although the break-in happened over the weekend when the dealership was closed, Dallas was on his game, and got the part for me first thing Monday morning. My window was fixed before lunch!Would highly recommend AAsaferide for their professionalism, speed and price (nearly $150 cheaper than another shop I called). Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but they'll be my first call if and when.

Dallas filled in a deep rock chip in the center of my windshield on my brand new car. This penny-sized chip had two cracks forming around it. He was extremely honest and practical with how the chip/crack would look after the repair was done. From the outside, it is hardly noticeable from 6 feet away. However, it is noticeable from the inside looking out. I guess that is to be expected since the inner glass was not damaged and showed a clear view of the damage/resin. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the effort, service, and end result. The price was clear up front, and he accepted multiple forms of payment. If you are looking for a flawless job (like-new appearance), you will not find it here. You are better off spending the hundreds if not a thousand dollars to have your windshield replaced. AMAZING service by Dallas and his crew. I cannot thank them enough my truck got broken into a couple of nights ago and I called maybe 7 or 8 places to see if they could find a replacement for one of my side windows on my '00 Land Cruiser. No one could find the window I needed or just flat out said they could not do it, except for Dallas. Even Toyota themselves said it would be about 2 or 3 weeks for me to get my truck fixed, and it would be a hefty price. Dallas took the time to track down the specific window for me and my truck was fixed in one day at a much cheaper cost than Toyota's. Dallas was amazing and quick. Got our large crack fixed SAME DAY! He was very professional and friendly. I m new to the area and will be using them from now on for any other issues. Oh and did I mention all the work comes with a lifetime guarantee!

Dallas came to repair my windshield chip within 30 minutes after my call. Before he starts, he explained the process and the results would look like. The technicians were prompt, efficient and friendly. The work is well done, beautiful quality! The was a minor scheduling issue but Dallas at the office was very proactive in correcting the issue and assuring that everything was ok. A rock hit and cracked my windshield. I was preparing to buy a whole new one. I got a couple of quotes for a new windshield and then I came across AA safe ride and Dallas was very helpful. I told him my situation and he was able to save me from buying a new windshield and a few hundred bucks. I also told him that I can wait til he had available appointments if he didn t have any same day. He told me to prevent it from cracking anymore he would schedule me the day of the call. Dallas from AAsaferide Windshield Repair was very professional from the minute he picked up the phone. He gave me a great ballpark for pricing based just off the details over the phone, and when he arrives he fixed the hairline as well as a few extra dings on the windscreen in less than 30 minutes flat. Was told by multiple auto glass shops that my small crack (smaller than a quarter) was not fixable and that I needed my entire front windshield replaced. Luckily I was referred to Dallas & AAsaferide Windshield Repair. They let me know that my crack was fixable and educated me on the pitfalls of navigating through auto glass quotes. I have to give Dallas 1 star because he was so helpful with the insurance and told me that he could do it on the same day that I called him. After he got the approval from my insurance and all the information from me, things changed. He kept postponing the appointment with all kinds of excuses and wasted my time for 2 days and still couldn't come repair a small chip on my car windshield. He should have told me the truth if he was too busy or didn't want to do it...very disappointed.
