This place is a literal life saver. My tire popped on 580 and my spare had a nail in it. A stranger was kind enough to tell me about this place and they wasted no time patching it up. Not only that but Ricky's customer service was top tier and down to earth. His willingness to work with me (and my tight pockets) so I could get back on the road truly shocked me. I honestly don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been directed to this place. I highly recommend bringing your business to this establishment as I plan to in the future. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered new tires for my silverado online. After dealing with terrible service from Wheel Works in San Ramon I needed to find another shop to install them. I have A plus a call and the lady over the phone was very kind and told me to bring it on in so I did! The staff here was incredibly nice and professional, and the whole place was working hard! I dropped my truck off at 1:00pm on a Thursday and it was BUSY But that made no difference. Within just over an hour I received a call that my truck was finish! I really liked this place because the vibe was good, people were very sincere, and they had a solid crew that was getting after it. Oh yeah, and the prices were GREAT! I was quoted an initial price but was given an even better deal given I am a veteran. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A PLUS TIRE & WHEEL! Thank you.

They are fast, friendly, and efficient! They seemed fairly busy and I had the day off (and time to wait patiently) but they still got me in and out in a timely manner. Organization and Professionalism are great. I had to purchase two new tires and the price quoted was exactly that. No fine print. Although I only purchased tires, I m sure they re just as great for Wheels/Rims! My new go-to and will be returning. Hope this helps.

I came in fully prepared to buy one or two new wheels after hitting some massive potholes. Instead, they fixed the dents in both wheels in less than ten minutes for what I considered extremely cheap. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Went a few years back in 2020 for two flat tires. I wanted to buy used tires but they came back saying they only had new ones, which were much more expensive. When I declined to look elsewhere, they said they charge a $50 flat fee since they already lifted the car to take my wheel out. This was not mentioned beforehand.Other than that, they were kind enough! I ended up buying from them since technically I'd be out $50 regardless. I am writing this review now because I realized it's something others should be aware of before getting work done. The issue is not the fee they charge- it is the fact I was NOT told about it beforehand. There was no sign indicating such as well.Just make sure they do not touch your car until you can verify that they have everything you came for!

I've been going to A Plus for about year for routine work. 100% of the time I get great service and best in town pricing. If you're looking to get tires, alignment, balancing, suspension work, do not hesitate to come here.

Wow this place was great! A+ customer service, extremely quick and friendly despite being really busy on a rainy day. I called a few other places before this one and this place was the cheapest. Quoted me an out the door price to replace my tires and I was in and out of there within 15-20 minutes. Will definitely come back again and refer to others!

This place was great! I needed a tire replaced, I didn't have an appointment, and I was prepared to be there all day. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and their prices were reasonable. 10/10! Would absolutely go back!

I come here to get my tires mounted or alignments done they do lifted trucks also can do 26 inch rims on mud tires always great service the guys there are very fast

I called 10 minutes to 5 pm asking for a quote for a wheel alignment. Not only were they able to service me, the job was completed quickly and professionally. They have definitely made a long term customer from their honest answers and work.

Experts at tires and wheels. Fair, competitive prices and quick, friendly service. The place to go for your tire needs in Oaktown. I bought tires here a few times, and they patched a hole for $30 that had a nail in it in less than 20 minutes. Great service.

Highly recommend, this place is awesome. I pulled in and immediately a nice woman came over to see what I needed. I was driving on a spare and had a flat tire with a nail in it. Everyone was nice and helpful, they patched it and also checked for any other leaks, then put it back on and put the spare back in my car. They even checked air pressure on all my other tires! No one tried to up sell me, price was good, and I was in and out under 15mins with no appointment. This is definitely my new tire place.

I called down asking for quote on tires got a fair price drove down there within a half hour Ricky was the guy I was dealing with very good customer service I was out of there within an hour with four brand new tires could not ask for better service

Got a flat and used a Tite-Seal spray that seemed to the trick, but we weren't sure it was really safe to drive long-term. Went to this tire shop and Sam was super kind in sharing the options and his honest opinion that the tire should still be ok to use but maybe better on the back wheel than the front wheel that gets more usage. He checked the tire thoroughly, switched it to the back tire, and said come back if it happens to leak. No charge or push to buy a brand new tire, just honest support. Amazing! Will def be back for any service issues they may be able to address.

I had to fix my tire after a nail made it s way in it. Dany was super helpful, recommended new front tires and they were really done! Price was right too! And it was fixed within 30 minutes! Awesome service!

EXPLOITERSDO NOT come here unless you know what you re doing. Typical business that tries to take advantage of people!Called in to quote a tire patch. I get there and they said my tire (almost brand new) couldn t be fixed and tried to sell me into a new one.Since it s not my first rodeo, I refused and they said could fix it but for a higher price than the one quoted on the phone.

FAST! Helpful, honest, transparent. These guys ain't lollygagging around, they're WORKIN! No time wasted haggling you or trying to upsell. You tell them what you want, they give a recommendation and bang it out. Been here several times now, once for new tires on my Toyota, once for a wheel rotation, once for a dented wheel from a car eating Oakland pothole, and once for new tires on my BMW. Straight up $20 to fix my bent wheel. Honest and fair tire prices. Will be coming back for all my tire and wheel needs! Keep it up A Plus!

The folks here helped me today with a tire running low on tread and hooked me up with a new one at a reasonable cost.Another time i went they fixed a seal that i had tried to get fixed a couple of different times. They got the tire to hold air and its held up for over a month now.Good service, cool people.

Been here a few times to have my tires installed after some major hassles with some big chain tire shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. They work hard and fast. I did buy my tires online and had them installed. They balanced them perfectly! The attendant also said he could give me the same or a better price next time.

I was busy and on a budget which is always when the tire pops on the freeway. AAA towed me to this spot and I asked for the quickest and most affordable way for me to get on with my day. 15 minutes and way under 100 dollars they had me moving to my next appointment! These folks are the best!

I had an issue with my sensor on my tires and got all 4 brand new replace with them, Currently a sensor went bad after a few months but giving them a call to let them know they told me to come back so they can check it out. I came back they scan all sensor and found 1 that was just defected. They replace the sensor for me and free of charge as well. I really appreciate the business they do here and being honest about everything. I recommend this place overall because of the fact they will take care of your issue and not ignore it if they can't fix it. I will be coming back for future business with them.

Best spot in Oakland customer service is great and the tire technician are very knowledgeable. The alighment specialist is the best he really made sure my car was ready to drive safe .Will come back to service my other vehicle thanks for the super service .

Efficient, honest, informed. They were polite and helpful and I was in and out with my two new tires in less than an hour without an appointment. They had the tires in stock unlike others AND charged less. I was happy.As someone mentioned, they don t take COVID precautions there.

The best in Oakland. For more than 12 years I have been using this place for tire replacement, tire fix, etc. A few years back they change ownership. I was thinking on finding another place, I'm glad I didn't! Prices are fair (on the cheap side), services is fast and friendly. They know what they do... Great place!
