Charged me $125 to check out a vehicle I was purchasing. I don't think the even lifted it up. For instance the catalytic converter had been cut out and reinstalled and they never told me that. Their were other issues too that I wasn't informed of. I think they just ran the codes on it and called it a day instead of lifting it up and looking at it. If they had said that's what they were going to do fine but they told me to my face they would lift it up. Also the gas tank had been modified and was inoperable; something else they could have told me. Why charge me if you aren't going to do the work you say you will?

I took my 2016 Ford Fusion SE in on September 6,2023 for ONLY and spark plug and ignition coil replacement. I had purchased a eight piece kit and was told it would be $120 at first when I took my car in . Then when I asked T how much would it be again just to double check, he stated it would be $168. I was willing to pay that price but T took my car for a test drive which I found strange when I specifically stated I only needed my spark plugs and engine coils replaced . I was also told it wouldn t be under warranty . When the job was done it started to shake the next morning. I went and got another diagnostic 9/8/2023 and now it s showing that my fuel injector is the issue on why my car is shaking and have a rough idle and it never popped up on any diagnostic that I have had done on my car. I truly believe that during the test drive or while the mechanics in the shop was under the hood , had DEFINITELY did something to my fuel injector because I have never had issues with the 5 1/2 years of having my Ford Fusion and now that s the first thing that pops up after taking it to A&P Service Center 9/6/2023. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM!!! Especially for woman! Vengeance is the Lord s and the almighty God that I serve sees all things and DEFINITELY does NOT play about his children! GOD BLESS

Brought my Subaru Forester on several occasions and every time got 5+ star service wether I got a quart of oil or a repair done. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable about just about any issue and will advise accordingly. They look beyond the diagnosis and repair process and help you get back on the road no matter what you drive. Hard to understand these people my car throwing emission system problemThey always go for the code but not doing the diagnosticThey changed my maff sensor and then the check engine came backTook the car again they said is another problem evap leak and check engine came againThey said it s another problem and I paid $1,100Not recommended
