Had a great experience this past week at 4 wheel parts Oakland. The store manager Pete from jump was helpful, honest, and very clear with what he could help me figure out. I just bought a salvaged title and wanted to make sure the integrity of the vehicle and the installed skid plate was intact. It was close to closing time and he told me to come in anyways so he can look at my Tundra, the rest of the guys there also took the extra step helping me get the best stuff for my rig, especially right near closing time. I am definitely going to come back to get some suspension work done on my truck.

So, I was headed to The Hammers and bam! Hit this massive pothole on 580 that knocked my rear driver side shock loose. Stuck on a Saturday with no way to fix it before the event, I hit up 4WP in Oakland. Shoutout to Matt he figured it out and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. These guys really look out for their customers and give top-notch service. Definitely recommend you check them out!

Matt Reynolds gave top notch service and went above and beyond in my boyfriends experience here. He is no stranger to getting new wheels and rims etc for my new cars. Last week He came in and got new wheels/rims on my 2023 Bronco. Installation was perfect and after he even dropped my Take Offs at my house in his truck. Highly recommend him and this location

I worked with the store manager, Pete, at 4WP this time around. They installed my cat guards and did an alignment to fix my truck tracking sideways (dog legging). They also checked all of my suspension bolts for tightness after installing upgrades and making a few moderate trail excursions. Appreciated the extra info to all my questions and swift service (only took 1/2 day). The other guys at the front desk, Matt and David, I believe, were also friendly and helpful! I will def be back for future installs and maintenance. Keep up the great customer service!

I had an awesome time working with Pete today. These guys genuinely prioritize their customers and went above and beyond for me. I've relied on this store for my lift kit parts, tires, and rims for over 15 years now. I'll definitely be recommending the Oakland Store to all my friends and family.

I am very happy with my new shocks. David walked me through the various options and Adam was there on the day of the installation. They were able to keep me updated on the progresses on a regular basis and ensure the installation was perfect despite unexpected obstacles encountered. It is my 2nd shock install at 4W Parts!

Pete and his crew have been amazing.I own a lifted Toyota tundra that had become very problematic. Pete took the extra time to make sure it was done right. Not to mention incredible customer service, he even offered to give me a ride home if needed as we live in the same city.I will be a 4 wheel parts customer for life!!! I would never trust my truck anywhere else.

4 Wheel drive owner?? You want to come here! Adam, one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional I ve ever met, just hooked me up with EXACTLY what I wanted! I bought a new Sierra 4x4 and needed steps so my wife didn t have to climb or jump out of my truck. There s a million internet vendors showing pictures but I wanted to SEE what I was buying. Adam showed me what they sell and out of several options, I made my choice and I had the good in 1 day! Adam wins my top service person of the year award for handling me perfectly as I went sideways over the installation process. Let s just say Adam is a gracious human being who earned my business for life! This was my first experience here and it surely will not be the last as they have all kinds of toys for my truck and all my friend s truck! Great shop!

Great bunch of guys. Our store in Sonoma sadly closed, so when I was in a rush unfortunately due to bad traffic, Adam and Angel did their best to get me in and out for a tire rotation. Was and still is my favorite location, thanks guys!

The guys at 4-Wheel parts are excellent - kind, knowledgable, and professional. I called around to 4 different tire shops looking for help finding the right larger tire size for my Subaru factory wheels -- no one was competent enough to confidently answer my question let alone order and install the tires. When I finally found and called 4WP, Andrew was immediately able to understand what I needed, figured out the max size I could put on my wheels, ordered the tires, and got me scheduled and installed within 48 hours.I only wish I'd found 4 Wheel Parts sooner! These guys are fantastic.

I brought my 5th Gen 4Runner to see about having a front hitch receiver installed on an aftermarket bumper knowing there might be some potential challenges with mounting due to the non-stock bumper. They examined my kit and ultimately determined it was not possible, but they did give me somesuggestions on how I might go about getting a metal fabricator to weld something to the existing RRW bumper. Best of all, they didn t charge me for the labor it required to investigate whether it could be done or not! 5 stars to Matt and the others for their help and I ll be sure to seek them out for future work!

Adam, the store manager, did me a solid. I return some merchandise. Adam was no pressure, competent and he said he was going to make it right, and he did. I've avoided four-wheel parts for years because of bad experience 20 years ago. Because of good customer service and a competent shop, I'll be a return customer.

Note: Late Post. (Check the pic)I walked in feeling intimated, because I had no idea what I was looking for to add on to my '07 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Customer service was awesome and very informative. They even allowed me to check out their garage and made me feel comfortable. I purchased the side steps and will definitely be going back to replace the factory roof rack for a Baja Rack.Thank you!

Had them mount some tires onto a new set of wheels and the wheel weights didn't stick on the wheels. Likely because of the high gloss paint but they were very helpful with fixing it, got the wheels balanced with better style weights. Proper customer service, I appreciate it.

Always professional service from these guys. The manager Pete was very helpful with choosing our wheels and tires. Our kit was on back order and Pete found us an alternative quickly. Totally recommend!
