Friendly and helpful staff! Come to buy tyre chains for driving up to Yosemite during snowy time, staff there were very helpful.Ended up didn't need them and got refunded, no questions asked!

The customer service is on par with any automotive shop. A lot of the employees already have quite a bit of car knowledge, and sometimes they go above and beyond for customer service. A few years back, I had trouble replacing my engine air filter. One employee stayed overtime until he got that cover back on correctly. Conveniently, they are walking distance from my regular job. I don't ever recall having a sour taste in my mouth or a chip on my shoulder after going here.

Paul and John working on Sunday! Got us the parts we needed and went out of their way to get us going. Paul called one of the only guys in town (on a Sunday)to do auto repair! Thank U very much!

Greeted with a friendly, "May I help you?" the moment I entered the door. I think his name started with a C. I needed phone chargers for our phones as the ones we had seemed to fail. They had the cheap chargers and cables but he showed us the good ones and it made a huge difference.

I was a little disappointed in the customer service. I really hate when my wife goes to these places and these "male sales rep" treats her disrespectful. She says what she needs and then let's argue with her that she is wrong. Really. My wife does have a clue about mechanics. If she needs advice give the advice. Don't talked down to her. Very disappointed.

Been going to kragen and now O'Reilly's for years. They lend out tools and throw your car on the meter make it easy to diagnose your problem so you can fix it yourself.

Samuel was absolutely AMAZING. We went in for an emergent tire issue with all other tire shops closed at the time, Samuel was asked for any help and let's say he went above and beyond. We were not lucky but blessed to get our almost flat tire issue resolved. He surely gave a good impression for this town. Thank you so much.

Sold us tire chains and they took them back since we didn t use them, didn t open them, and they went untouched.They had the tire chains we needed in stock and were kind to my husband!

Purchased tire chains from them to go to Yosemite . We purchased in the morning got up about half way and the both broke . I own many chains in my company for snow removal so I definitely know how to put them on . So I decided to take them back and the person that I perched them from said no warranty not even an exchange .

Went here to get rear mirror adhesive. It wasn't very busy. The employee asked if he could help me & pointed me right to the aisle where it was. I grabbed both the adhesive(which was just $3) and the whole kit. I didn't want to take a chance that I would be missing something. He asked if I have to repair the whole mirror or just remount it. When I told him I was just remounting it he stopped me from buying the whole kit and sold me just the adhesive. He said he would gladly take my money for the whole kit if that's what I wanted but that I really just need adhesive. I appreciate when employees are honest like that.

Samuel who was on duty this evening before closing is a most polite and kind individual!! He offered to assist me in replacing the headlight bulb & in doing so also got rid of the rat s nest on the battery (he first went to get gloves). This is the sort of individual one is happy to come across in life, notwithstanding great customer service. O Reilly s is lucky to have him work there !!

Bought a cherry picker from my local O'Reilly auto parts in Oakhurst.After getting it home I noticed that the wheels on the extention legs were welded on..this makes it very hard to maneuver with an engine attached. I have been a loyal customer for years at this store.It also seemed to leak down slowly making it dangerous to use.When I tried to return it the manager PAUL acted like I was try to pull one over on him..He acted like I was just trying to get money back.I will never shop there again..

We happened to be in Oakhurst the one day you couldn't reach the Yosemitee Park without snow chains. Coming from Europe (where we use winter tires instead of snow chains/cables) and driving around with a rental car, we had no idea on what to buy.The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly, took a quick look at our car and sold us the right snow cables for 40$, mentionning that we could return them in case we decided to not use them. He also quickly explained how to put them on and how to remove them. Since we did put them on, we didn't come back, but we were very happy to get the help we needed from O'Reilly Auto Parts.

We went in to buy tire chains and were given a strong upsell to the $100 chains when the $40 were what we wanted. The associate didn't even mention the $40 ones until asked and he said that the $40 chains were not safe (which is a bunch of boloney!).
