They destroyed my $2,700 dollar exhaust on my mustang . I advise you to not go there, go elsewhere but here. The longer you look the more problems you'll find , a simple x pipe installed horribly ,for starters it's backwards, they chopped it short and then fitted smaller diametertubing , welded one side and clamped the other it's a mess... wish I can go back in time and never even gone there

Took my truck to have a couple of front end suspension parts put on including a tie rod bar, got the truck back for them and went straight to Les shwab to get the truck aligned, Les shwab said they couldn t loosen the tie rod bar with a 6 foot breaker bar. So the guys at this shop either cross threaded the bar or didn t properly prep before installing, they are denying that it was any of their fault, told me to come grab the bar and that I ll get the money back from their install ($180). The tie rod bar cost me $500.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ve been taking my cars here for about 5 years now any it s a regular thing because I always have problems. It used to be the best service in town but I noticed there s new kids working there and the last 2 times I ve taken my car there I had to take it back because the job wasn t done correctly then I have to wait for days for them to even work on it. This was the last time I ll ever take it to this undercualified shop again. And after months of them not fixing the right motor mounts I go to pick it up and they had hit the front of my car on the back wood box for the air compressor and just left my car parked like that. Oakdale garage fixed all mounts in less then 2 days and didn t damage my car.

The worst shop experience in my life! Paid them a month ago to fix the issue with my truck so I could get it smogged. They returned it even worse than when I gave it to them and threw in an extra busted mirror. Going in and talking to the dad I was assured my truck would be fixed in a day or 2 at no extra charge since it was their mistakes (I didnt even make them replace the busted mirror just not to park it street side because the tweekers across the street already said they did it)Almost 2 weeks later after they have parked my truck on the street several times moving it around and driving it past my house down the street. They informed me that they "still haven't touched it at all" Now a simple fix I brought to them a month ago is even worse, they are taking to long for me and my son to go without a vehicle, and now there's late fees too on smog and tags because they told me it would be done in time.

Gave them one star because there is no zero. Took my jeep in for a simple muffler replacement, and and was stolen from right in front of their shop. Even worse it was just left out front over night and they didn't even know it was gone till I came in the next afternoon to pick it up. and not even an apology for the loss. Go anywhere but here, at least if you want your vehicle back.

Went to o Riley's to have rotors turned and was told to much wear??? Performance had the rotors turned in 3 hrs and they still had a second turning If needed. Installed rotors they work GREAT Performance Brake is the real deal. NEVER TRUST O RILEYS

Been going to Performance Brake and Muffler for over 6 years now. Johnny is the best... Straight shooter tells it like it is & his work is always thorough and done correctly. Highly recommend Performance Brake Muffler.

Got my car impounded by the police department because they never called to tell me they were finished taking the motor out. They just parked it on the street. Wont take responsibility and pay the fees to get it out. Extremely unprofessional.
