I think your Kia Marin service crew deserves magician hats !!On Monday morning I was driving from Sacramento to Marin with my 10 year-old son and 2 of his classmates for a 3-day class trip to an entrepreneur workshop. With 25 miles to go while driving in slow traffic on Rt 37 my Niro started rumbling and the engine light began flashing. My heart sank. I was far from home and the kids needed to get to the workshop. My Kia made it the 25 miles thankfully, and a quick google maps search guided me up 8 miles up the 101 to Kia Marin.I arrived around 10am, walked in and was greeted by Matthew and Tanya. I had no appointment, however they were ready to listen and do everything possible to help. The intake was quick and while the problem was being diagnosed, I made my way to the lounge. Before I could even sit down Marlyn was quick to help me with the coffee machine, wi-fi, and phone charger. Before long Matthew told me that the problem was the oxygen sensor and the parts crew was checking to see if they had one in stock. I needed a car to pick the kids up by 1pm. Marlyn quickly set me up with Enterprise just up the road and Jimmy shuttled me over quickly and was so friendly. I returned with the rental car to get bags and my sunglasses from my Niro. That's when Marcos was also so quick to help. Earlier he had hooked my car up to the charger in the event that we couldn't get the O2 sensor in time for local repair at least I could get around town for the rest of the day. The car was repaired by 4pm the same day! I returned the rental this morning and Junior picked me up with the shuttle; he was also fast and delightful. And everything including the rental was covered under Kia manufacturer warranty!Of course I have neglected to mention the mechanic(s) that worked my car into their already busy day. I don't know their name(s), but they surely deserve mention and credit.In a world where people love to complain, I think you need to hear how spectacularly your crew performed. I am not kidding when I say I feel like they made magic happen. A situation that could have been really crappy turned into a very wonderful experience - from start to finishSo thank you and please extend my wholehearted thanks and appreciation to all involved

Today's visit to Kia Marin was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm 66, so this is saying a lot. Sharon and Eddy were so friendly, caring, and efficient. I have special needs as an immunosuppressed person, and they worked hard to accommodate this. I was unable to sit in the lovely waiting room, so they provided a loaner car. Eddy was even careful to disinfect the pens I used, and he thoughtfully wiped down my key fob too.My car service was completed even faster than promised. And they helped me out by installing the cabin filter I brought with me--for free.These days, I rarely see old-fashioned, small-town values at work to this extent. I am very grateful!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
