Once again. Buddy nailed it! I can always count on him and his team to set me up right and I always return to him for auto body work. He has a huge shop, very knowledgeable crew and works very well with auto insurance companies and is meticulous with the details. He s been in the business for a long time and is way better at handling customers, giving quotes and getting you back on the road than any other shop in the Bay Area. Highly recommend Buddy s for full restorations or insurance claims and repairs from classics to current day cars.

Buddy and Morgan are the best. The old mechanic was starting to overcharge and under preform. We got recommended to Buddys by a friend, and for the past 7 years we haven t used anyone else for any of our car repairs.They did superior work on our Lincoln luxury vehicle, and the pricing is so reasonable that we could pay them all at once not on payment plans. Because the pricing was so fair This was the first time we were actually able to tip the mechanics instead of being left broke.We love Buddy and Morgan for all the high-quality work along with competitive pricing and professionalism. Buddy is truly awesome. The first couple jobs were simple and he did them for free. On top of that I had the car back same day. Find me another bodyshop that ll do that. Thanks Buddy!

The awful inevitable happened to my original classic 66 Chevelle . I got rear ended!! Checked all my FB groups for recommendations for a good body and paint shop. Quite a few recommended Buddys! I made the long trip to check him and the shop out. Boy was I impressed he had dozens of classics on all stages of restoration . And the ones that were about to leave looked flawless.Fast forward . Dropped my baby off and was given a time line when it would be done. Buddy worked directly with my classic car insurance company and was able to get enough money to not only fix the damage but just about paint my entire car. It was delivered on time and looked way better than my expectation!! I wouldn t hesitate to take any of my other classics and moderns to him in the future . In fact another might be going in for paint shortly! Perfect job on time on budget and great communication and photos throughout the process!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went there for a neighborhood car show and was very impressed at the hospitality and the cordial nature of not just Buddy's shop but his neighbors as well. This plaza houses some very quality oriented businesses. Buddy's Auto Body & Restoration is a family owned operation and their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is evident when you look at their project cars.Edit 04/26/18:I just got my car back yesterday and I was impressed at what Buddy was able to do with it. I brought it in after my neighbor played bumper cars in my parking lot on St. Patty's Day night and it looked tired, bruised and defeated.I thought it was done.When I picked it up, it looked like it was 5 years younger! He fixed the immediate problem but also polished the whole car bringing it back to life!Another thing that you dont see anymore is that there was a hand-written thank you card waiting for me when I got back into the drivers seat. Very classy touch.Thank you Buddy and your whole staff for the excellent worksmanship and care taken with my vehicle!Another Update! 05/06/20I took some new parts in for some extra protection and was super surprised that he knocked out the job in a day! Not only is buddy good but super efficient too! I'll probably take my track car over as soon as I can for a re-spray cuz you cant beat his service!

Dropped off my Datsun 510 to Buddy and his crew for paint and body work . They straightened out the dents and dings . They taped off everything leaving no overspray or tape lines no orange peel . Buddy painted my car and left several parts off my car and did not won't to be responsible for the missing parts he claims he did not know anything about the parts. I would not trust him again to handle any of my vehicles.

Buddy took great care of my car after weather conditions caused damage from a fallen rock. He made it as good as new. He and his staff are always fast and reliable. I have sent many of my friends and family to Buddy after receiving such great service. Glad to know I have such an honest car guy. Buddy was so nice. We talked to him about what we wanted. He gave us a timeline and actually beat that timeline. They work was amazing and I would use again! He was efficient and hard working. I was filling out a questionnaire last night and one of the questions was: Who would help you without hesitation if you were in trouble? , and my soul didn t skip a beat when Buddy & Morgan instantly popped into my heart and mind!!!I ve been lucky & oh so blessed to have known these two for as long as I have. To know them is to truly love them!One day, March 22, 2018 to be exact, I was on my way to work and it was wet out, I was running late, and I totaled my car. Nobody else was involved, thank God. I really and truly didn t know what to do. I was at a loss. I called Morgan in a panic since she was SO gracious to watch my son that morning last minute since nobody in my family could/would. She instantly calmed me down. She called her husband Buddy to let him know what had happened and they let me know they could tow my car to their shop. I was so numb and In so much shock I really wasn t thinking clearly, but I clearly remember how compassionate and professional Buddy was. He made what felt like a nightmare seem like a dream.Flash forward to 10/07/2018 (bad luck year for cars for me), and my Nissan Rogue got totaled (this time not my fault). And who came through for me in a heartbeat again, but none other than Buddy from Buddy s Autobody and Restoration.Buddy truly goes above and beyond for people! And you can feel in his professionalism that he actually cares! Not just about your car, but about meeting his clients needs and making sure they re happy!Please, if excellence and good quality care and customer service mean anything to you, whatever you do, don t take this man and what he provides to the community for granted. Buddy has had my Karmann Ghia in his shop twice. My car has never looked better. Buddy always does extra work, and goes that extra mile to find to difficult parts to restore my vehicle. Even my claims adjuster couldn't believe Buddy was going to do extra work for insurance claim quote. Once Buddy and his shop works on your car, you are family. I love him dearly. I trust him with my classic Volkswagens.Also, Buddy has one of the best reputations in the Northern California and Northbay Car scene. Buddy is AMAZING!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is an absolute joke. The automobile was brought in and came out with problems it did not have when it went in. I do not understand how a simple issue generated into electrical and fuel problems. Coming here has cost me a great deal more than the original problem and I trusted the smiling and willing Buddy to fix the problem; but it was all a fasaude. The workers are a joke and the owner is an absolute fake. Please please do not ever bring your car here. It will stay for months without an excuse and he will ensure that when you pick up your car, he will not be available to go over the work that has been done. He is a scam artist at its best and he will rip you off and leave you with more of an issue than you began with.

They've always done a great job for me. I've sent a good number of my freinds to Buddy's and they always thank me for pointing them to Buddy's. If you've never been, I'd suggest you go try them out, if you go once, i can't imagine you'd go anywhere else after going to Buddy's once.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Just dropped my car off at Buddy s shop today. When I have a problem with my 67 Firebird Buddy always takes care of me and treats me like family. I ve had nothing but positive experiences with Buddy and Buddy s AutoBody. He has done work on 2 of our cars and also my mother-in-law s. Each time was done way faster and better priced than the other places we got estimates from. No quality issues ever. I recommend Biddy s to everyone I know. These guys are amazing worked around the clock to help me make a meet in time. Worked with me on pricing that was already amazing. Buddy relly loves what he does is a family man and one the best car restoration guys Iv met. He makes me want to find cars to bring him just to see what he can do magic I m telling your it s amazing thay are all amazing. Nice paint job, terrible communication and customer satisfaction.Buddy will do the bare minimum. Anything you discuss that is not on paper will not be completed. Buddy and his crew are awesome!! Dropped my car off to get repairs to the bumper and I am super happy with the results. They communicated directly with my insurance company, and really didn't get me involved at all. I was back on the road in less than a week. Im telling all my friends and family about this shop.

This is your go to spot. After having my last car repaired by G&C, and then witnessing the paint literally peeling off three months later, I had had enough of these bogus "Go-To" and "Rated Best By Your Mom" auto-body shops that just DO NOT deliver for their outrageous prices and limited availability.Buddy put those shops to shame. That's really all there is to it.Buddy takes his business very personally. He made sure everything was just right with my Camry, and myself.My 2012 Toyota Camry not only looks BRAND NEW, but now there's no more gash in the bumper, no more paint damage, absolutely no bondo or fillers hidden under the paint, and most importantly, NO BULL****. It looks like it just came off the assembly line, and I truly feel at home again in my vehicle.Thanks for making me feel like a VIP, Buddy.Won't be sending my family members, business partners, or friends to anyone else but Buddy.

My truck got hit in the pass side bed,buddy looked at it and said "no problem, we got this" which immediately put me at ease,then estimated it would probably be ready by the end of the week or beginning of the following week..this put me even more at ease..the truck was finished on time and I was most impressed with the quality of the repair as well as the color match..I was setting myself up for seeing the truck and being disappointed due to other shops quality of repairs from prior hit and run damage,but buddy's came through with flying colors.. I'm so confident with buddy's that as soon as I can he and his crew can work their magic on our 62 thunderbird convertible......Services: Painting, Body & Trim
