Great service, Marco very helpful and experienced body shop as I took it first to the house if imports collision center and John H. never returned my emails or calls to get an estimate in over 3 weeks. I m extremely pleased with the quality of work and the way they took care of me. This was a damage claim from Hadley Tow via AAA and Hadley tow is trying to deny liability when the tow truck driver dropped my car from the tow truck and damaged my fender when attempting to tow the car. Overall Troy & Bob s great establishment if you want your car done the right way the first time, no after Market parts. Loved the service and yes 5 stars!

I found this awesome auto shop on Yelp and another plus for me was that it was only 2.0 miles away from home.All the reviews are accurate both Marco and Brenda are friendly and they explain everything from A-Z in detail.Fortunately for me the other person involved in the accident was able to pay the shop directly. Once they received payment Marco ordered the parts needed. I came in so that they could match the paint of my new bumper to my car and I brought my car in the next day for a same day repair. I dropped it off at 8am and my car was done by 4pm.The quality of work is excellent they even washed my car it looked brand new again. I'm super happy with my auto repair and will be using them again if needed in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Troy and Bobs Auto Works did an exceptional job, we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. We were rear ended on the freeway. Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica looks like it was never touched. Thanks so much!!!

I received the best professional service for the minor finder binder to my Versa. I had too many questions which were answered promptly. Assistance with rental company in accommodating me until my vehicle was repaired. Troy & Bob'S has showed me that auto body shops are honest & trustworthy. Congratulations to the staff & management. I have a hard time trusting anyone with my car and I m sure I m not the only one . Starting from the front desk to the workers they are kind honest and very helpful . I had to do an insurance claim and they helped with the process , kept me updated and generally cared and I m very grateful for them and for their shop . Don t hesitate on taking your cars to them if any one needs body work done I m sure to refer them to this shop . Thanks guys you guys made my baby look like new . I m very grateful and very satisfied with the work they did to my Car.

My name is cynthia ,I took my car to this shop due to my bumper getting hit , So I took it and once s it was done I picked it up on Friday October 4, 2019 , the bumper was fix and I was happy but once I got in the my car to start the car there was a smell so bad that was body order so bad , so I try to spray car fragrances and leave the windows open and turn on the ac. And it s Sunday and the smell has not left it smells so bad and I don t recommend no one to go there , my car still smells.

They did not charge for a written estimate and were accomadating me with an appointment within 1 hour.Their local competitors wanted $75 to write an estimate and it would take 2-3 days to get an appointment to write the estimate.
