No frills go-to-spot for oil changes in Norwalk. Owner and workers are always helpful and kind. They always go the extra mile for me every visit and usually give a tiny discount for being a loyal customer. -- I'll take what I can get!

I've been coming here for years, the customer service here is the BEST I've ever experienced.In the past, I used to dread having to get my oil changed. Not anymore. When you come here you don't even have to get out of your car. Everyone I've met who works here has been extremely friendly, creating a very pleasant experience.They're very honest, and aren't trying to up-sell you every time you come in.I can't stress enough how impressed I am by this place.Keep up the great work, guys!!!!

came in at 9:33 came out at 9:54, the Korean guy who did rhe change oul was awesome! even did a quick check up and discovered my broken windshield wiper, offered to replace both and I googgled the price and it was right on, very honest and quick! I highly recommend this place.

Great place to go and your car maintenance. They do oil change, brake job and more. Mr. Kim and his crew are the best. I've known them for 20 years.

Dedicated people here. I think they provide best oil change service. To be honest, we have many place like here.I have no stress on doing oil change because this place exist. Because of covid thingy, they don't even need us to get out of the car. We have no physical contact but getting my signiture.

Perfect timing today...Nobody there. Checked everything for me. And this time I went to long to change my oil... I need to stay on top of my car!!! So glad they told me, and topped things off for me. Yes extra, but well worth it.... Thanks for looking out for me.. Much appreciated That's why I always go back to them...

The price and service is affordable, quality, and right on the timing(depending on service).Besides it being an old run down shop, I would recommend for easy general repairs when you need it,they can service your car.(Just have patience, Rome was not built in one day. Some repairs take time,so don't be impatient.) If you need a quick go come here and don't get ripped off from some chained oil shops.

Nice place. Their service is quick and efficient plus they will inform you of other issues with your vehicle regardless on if they can fix it or not which showcases they are good people. A lot of places only tell you whats wrong if they can fix it and leave you in the dark on other issues. Not this place.

Excellent place to get your oil done and other things done to your vehicle. Very friendly and kind, great customer service. I recommend everyone to stop here and do business. I've been coming here for 9 years and I've had zero problems with Norwalk Lube.

Friendly, professional and good service It's a small place but if you need a quick and professional oil change without them trying to over sell you on extras this is the place.

I would recommend NoT ever going here. They over charge on oil changes, didn't check my fluids. convinced me I needed a tune up and a coil replacement...over charged me for a diagnosic test. I lost over 400$ here. they definitely took advantage of my emergency help and as a woman. I went to another location where they ran a free diagnostic test and told me they didn't do there job right and left one of my cables unplugged. my a/c also stopped working after I left there and it ran fine before I got there.

Oil changeWent in for an oil change and they were quick and friendly but noticed that the oil didnt look new, it was on the brighter side of brown. I let it go. After three days the oil looked dark brown again so i had the oil changed at a different place and this time the oil looked clean almost watery. I went back and told the short asian guy about it and just turned his back on me and walked away. Very childish and rude. but the young guy told me that probably the new oil had gotten mixed with the old oil. It still didnt sound right to me i dont think they changed the filter. Beware of this place, a cars engine is very important to not get what you pay for.

DO NOT GO HERE. Wanted to just have myoil changed. I called and was quoted $28.95.When I got there, guy tried to sell me a synthetic oil change at $59. They also wanted to change my transmission fluid, air filter and wipers.A guy in the shop even started spraying stuff on my headlights without asking and wanted to charge me 10 bucks to clean them, after already starting.You ASK for an oil change, but they go over your entire car looking for stuff to charge you for. Stay clear!

I took my car to get the oil change done. The first thing he did wrong was put the wrong type of oil, then he tried charging me for a replacement even though it was his mistake. Then he refused to give me a receipt for the service that I paid for. Then he wanted a reason why I needed a receipt and STILL hesitated to give me one. Finally at the end I drove off and heard a clunking noise. I pulled over and noticed that my oil cap was not on properly. I'd give this place no stars but I can't take away the one star that they automatically give. Tremendously horrible service!!!Stay away from this place!!!!!!

Been coming to Norwalk Lube for years, but this time they had a young kid working in my engine compartment. Turns out he didn't put the oil cap on right, and next day out in the desert I blew my engine, oil all over the engine after spewing out of the fill opening. Very sad for me and my family. Learned a lesson, always check the cap yourself after a service.

59.99 bucks synthetic , great price! Also fast work takes about 10-15mins max to complete work.
