"I visited MIDAS for an engine oil change. The entire staff, including admins and technicians, were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was conducted professionally and promptly. They performed a thorough inspection of my car and provided a detailed report and estimate free of charge. My only suggestion would be for them to reconsider their parts and labor charges, as they seem comparatively high."

This was my first visit to Midas and I just want to point out that "Honesty!" means "Everything!"that is exactly what I got from Jack the Midas Technician, Thank You Jack for being genuine, truthful and real! Technicians like you are the reason people come back!We trust you!I also had the pleasure of checking in with Liam who was very concerned about some things that my 350z has going on do to it being a high performance car, he was being real and just making me aware of some things. Overall the entire team was great and i am definitely returning and making Midas my go to for car servicing!

I called and asked for price for oil change and tire rotation. It was a good reasonable price compared to Toyota which make me wait 3 hours and are expensive. I would highly recommend this place water no more than an hour and they tell you everything what your car needs no pressure into doing it the same day, like most places. Will be a regular customer now.

Brought my car for a second opinion on brake job that needed to be done. They gave me a better price than their competitor and they have great customer service! Ruven is so helpful and makes sure you understand everything. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

An extremely well coordinated and efficient staff team. Service was extremely helpful and the interaction with the customers was great. The workers there made me feel at home and also offered that if I had questions, that they would answer them with honesty and best of their abilities. It was a friendly environment to where all were welcomed. I recommend this place to others!

Great people! Great services! It's hard to find people who are happy with themselves on automobile business but this place got my attention. Liam is always so happy and makes the entire process very pleasant. Highly recommend!

I love their customer service very friendly, very helpful. I had a clicking sound on my car. For like, about 6 months, took it to 5 different shops. They cannot find the problem. I took it to midas And within the 2 hours, they call me. And they told me what was the problem? Fixed it the same day I will recommend anyone to come here to get the car fixed before going to any other shop. I will come here if I have any other problem with my car first before anywhere else highly recommended.Service: Brakes

I ve been here a couple times already for car care services and they are always friendly and attentive. It is not the cheapest but they have taken good care of my cars so far. Benjamin is a great help.

Liam and his teammates went above and beyond trying to find a battery that's fits my Genesis GV80. Calling the manufacturer of my original battery, calling around to find similar batteries, I was there was for hrs, but Liam/Ruben finally came to a solution I was happy with and able to go home same day with a new battery.

I called and they said there was no wait and to come right over.... Even when they acknowledged me right away, my car still took another 20 min sitting there waiting before they started anything and then they did their precheck inspection and that took a 40 Mins. before they actually did the oil change. I was only coming for an oil change. This took over an hour and a half and I inquired why it took so long and he's like oh yeah maybe the guy went on lunch too...? I'm like if I had known they couldn't take my car and do the oil change in a timely manner (they were not busy), I would have left and gone to my own mechanic or had other options. He went out and made sure the guy didn't leave and finish my car... Yeah that's not OK. I get it if Midas was busy and they said there's a wait. But they were like come now we will take you in and get you out quick.... My mechanic was busy and this was my only day off, but I had other options and this was not a right choice. I will never come back.

I am so glad I was able to get an appointment to this place. Ben was amazing when it came to listening to my concerns and and they didn't try to push extra services on me. Their financing also eleviated the stress I had about paying. I took my Chevy Truck to get the transmission oil changed and get a full multi-point inspection. The team at Midas was great. They showed me multiple areas of my vehicle that needed attention and presented the information extremely clearly. Went for an oil change around 10am. They only had one car on deck and said it'll take around an hour to get the job done and they had 3 workers up front (probably management). That's too long of a wait for me. So I went down the street to a competitor and got the job done in 20 minutes.

To all my Island people in SoCal! This Midas shop treats you like Ohana! Bring your car issues here! I had so much anxiety over taking my squeaky car into a shop. I m recently widowed and this was just another experience to figure out on my own as my husband took care of car things. From the initial phone call, the friendly smiles upon entry, the knowledgable staff, and an owner who cares about his customers, this place understands customer service! My husband and I love this location! Reuven, and all Midas employees always make sure to give the best experience possible. Such friendly, caring and professional service. They always make us feel content with their work. We know that our car is in the best of hands and never had an issues. Midas of Norwalk California makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this location.
