Great place to get your work done on your car for tinted windows and audio sound . I m local here in Norwalk always come here to bring my cars for a new tent or any audio system. Talk to Brian is great. He explains everything and does a great job the whole team below is after& before pics

I used to take my cars here years ago and never had a problem . But I took in my new truck for an amplifier install and they ended up doing an awful job . My truck began having major electrical issues that came back to the ground wire they installed . They did not ground to bare metal at all . I ended up replacing all the wiring myself with quality wire and sanding down the ground to bare metal. I haven t had one issue after fixing it my self . I was so pissed I didn t even go back . On top of that they set my amp gain all the way up and even added bass boost .. you have to be kidding me . After this experience I wouldn t recommend you getting your equipment installed by them major let down from was once my go to spot .

Customer service is non-existent. After I replaced 2 LED headlight bulbs and 2 LED fog bulbs, they were installed and working well. However, a year later, when my car's front bumper was removed and repainted at a body shop, the technician there mistakenly reinstalled one of the LED fog bulbs incorrectly. I only noticed the issue a week later, initially thinking the LED bulb had burnt out. Upon returning to the original installation shop, Magic Sound, they quickly identified and corrected the misaligned LED bulb in less than 5 minutes. Surprisingly, they charged me $30.00 for the labor, which left me feeling the owner prioritized profit over customer satisfaction. Consequently, I can no longer recommend their services to friends.

Amazing honest customer service! Brian was very easy and so honest to work with! Brian s was able to get me the best deal in the area and took me in same day. Magic sound and tint is my new go to shop for tints. You know you re getting amazing quality and service when the owner himself is doing the work!! Highly recommend!

Don t get your remote start on vehicle here. I ve been having issues with my car ever since. The employees looked confused while installing the system as well. They blamed my car being modified or something else being wrong with it. It was recently taken to the dealership to check if everything else was fine which it was. They said the dealer doesn t know anything about remote starts while also saying that he doesn t know what s wrong with the remote start and trying to add a new piece to the remote start. They removed my remote start and my car doesn t start at all so they put it back on the car and the car starts. There s no accountability for the mishandling they did on my vehicle, just shifting the blame towards the customer or a dealership.

I had walked in about 9:50am on Monday April 3rd 2023 and asked for my cars to be tinted. The young gentleman named Brian assisted me and explained the difference in the 3 types of tint he had and I ended up choosing the regular one. He told me a 2 hour window and at 11:40 he called and told me my car would be ready in 15 mins that I can be on my way. I highly recommend them they are fast and efficient 10/10Service: Vehicle window tinting

This place is THE SPOT for getting your car looking and sounding great! I had an older in-dash Android tablet stereo I wanted to upgrade, and Magic Sound did its thing! My stereo got upgraded, along w/my speakers, and added an Amp and compact subwoofer. Sounds amazing! Brian is the man, and he will definitely help you out. I enjoyed their service so much, that I had my factory alarm replaced w/a new Viper alarm WITH GPS TRACKING! Now I can rest peacefully, knowing my new equipment is safe AND can be tracked (just in case)! Excellent job guys!

Brian at Magic Sound and Tint was amazing, both in the work product and service provided. He finished ahead of the time he quoted me and the pricing was nothing but fair! I requested a quote using the Google Maps app. Brian responded within an hour with a reasonable price for a 3M ceramic window tinting. I received the service (Saturday) the same day. I would definitely recommend this place and return for other services as they offer many. Support our local businesses!

Needed some tint for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and I came upon this gem in Norwalk. I got helped by this guy named Brian, he's a real stand-up guy. Straightforward and does what he can to help you out.He gave me a few options, but I went for the 3M ceramic tint. Brian suggested it since it helps the best with keeping out heat, plus it's got lifetime warranty. I opted for 35% tint front windows and 25% back windows.The tint came out perfect! No bubbles or scratches, and was done nice and quick. I was able to check out their sound systems while waiting, and I'll definitely be coming back for that.I highly recommend this place!Services: Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

I was driving around my neighborhood and decided to have my tint done that minute. I went on Google Maps and 5 places closest to me showed up. I called every single one. This was the only place that was willing to install tint on the spot without an appointment, the price was a little less the the other places and it had good reviews. So I walk in and the Asian guy behind the counter greeted me and remembered my name from the phone call. He was very welcoming and showed me different options and benifits of 3 different tints (cheapest to most expensive) I chose the cheapest one. They worked on my car right away and told me that it would take about 2 and a half hours but was done in an hour and 45 mins. Service was great and no bubbles after it dried up. Very happy customer.

I brought my car to get tinted and a stereo installed, lifetime warranty on both, and when I discovered that their technician connected all 4 speaker to 1 channel on the stereo I took it to get it fixed and was declined on my warranty, the tint they installed bubbled and turned purple I brought the paperwork of their job on the car and was still declined, he wanted to charge $280 for stripping the tint and put in a new one, I went to VIVID AUTO SOUND and they charged me $140 for the same tint job, they installed my touchscreen and backup camera for only $120 for the same quality work this guy wanted $250, this was my experience with this guy and I regret finding him.and recomineding others to this expensive place, WAY more satisfying at VIVID, I recommend that place highlyService: Vehicle window tinting

Love it here!!! Been going here for 7 years now and never had to go bak to complain for anything..Steve is great! Great tint work for low costs :) going bak on saturday for my 4th car to get tint and the homegirl to get hers done aswell. I highly recommend this place.
