There is a company in Arkansas doing business under the same name. Be careful when googling this company. I ordered parts from the company in Arkansas. This company insists on being paid via Zelle and promises that as soon as the payment is received your order will be shipped. It's been 4 days and the order has not shipped yet. I needed this part asap and stressed that when placing the order. I was even charged an extra $25 for express shipping. I was told I would receive an email with the tracking info so I could see where my order was and when I would get it. Never received any confirmation of any kind that I purchased anything from this company. Please do yourself a favor and find your parts elsewhere or you'll be left waiting and having paid for a part you will never receive.

Great service. Ordered some parts and they came in the next day as promised. Had to return an item, no problem. Got my money right away. Always shopped with them for special parts and they usually can get it for you.Thanks to `Will` for his good customer service and professionalism. Very helpful, great attitude, reliable and friendly.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff.I needed an A/C Compressor for my 2007 Honda CRV. This was my second time replacing it because the first time I ordered a cheap part online that broke down in less than 2 months.Folks don't try going the cheap online route and getting a bad part, then never being able to speak to a live person...Call Global Auto Parts where you get great service, name brand quality parts and people that you can actually speak to!My A/C Compressor has been good now for over a year.They are very helpful and even helped me install my Bosch Wind Shield Wippers! They carry Denso cooling products and a wide inventory of quality name brand parts!Thanks Global Auto Parts!!!!

I recommend this auto parts. I needed some spark plugs even though they didn t have them in stock they guaranteed me that they will have them within 3-4 hours which they actually did really quick service and cheaper parts than the dealer or your brand auto parts store. I was really happy with my purchase that I already went back a second time for more parts.
